11 Fighting

Fury was happy about the delivery and the gift. He accepted delivery himself.

"Nice doing buisness with you, did Morganrote hire you?" He said probing.

"No its me," Mike replied. "There was am accident in the lab it resulted in some cosmetic changes to my appearance."

Mike figured with the weird shit that happens in comics then this would not be a big deal.

Fury nodded before asking what the expirament was.

"Sorry," Mike responded, "that's classified, a company secret." Mike then left to go back to Morganrote to get ready for the day.

POV Fury

"What the hell?" Fury wondered aloud. "What kind of expirament could change a person's complete appearance?"

"Sir," an agent approached. "The dark magic signature we have been monitoring has moved within a few hundred yards of Morganrote."

Fury sighed. "Continue monitoring it. Three towns were wiped clean recently in its wake."

POV????

A gray skinned girl in a purple cloak shivered in the cool night air. Thanks to her father disaster followed her where ever she went. Sobbing into her cloak she remembered the last town she entered.

She had only wanted a warm bed for the night. She had been on the run for so long. She had awoken to the sounds of screams as her father's followers ripped apart the town.

Barely managing to escape she found herself on the road again. "I must stay away from everyone." She said to herself. "I must keep them safe."

As she moved she found a high concrete wall. Figuring it was the closest thing to shelter she would get she leaned against it to sleep for a little while before moving on.

POV Mike

Mike was put with Shuuji to the western side of the complex. The security system had alerted them of an intruder leaning against the outer walls. Seeing a potential enemy they had gone to investigate. After all Mike still had no clue who had sent the assasin last time.

Moving forward slowly and carefully they found a young girl wrapped in a cloak napling fitfully against the wall. Mike recognized her as Raven. As they approached she woke up a panic in her eyes.

"Get away, I don't want to hurt anyone." She said.

Shuuji laughed a little. "Takes alot to hurt this old man."

Mike was about to respond when both he ans Shuuji noticed a group of clack cloaked individuals walking through the woods towards them.

"Give us the girl now!" One demanded menacingly.

Mike fell into a combat stance. "I don't think so." Glancing to the side he saw that Shuuji was also ready to fight clearly feeling the evil presence that the group was putting off.

"So you choose death." The one who had spoken before said before all three turned into large horned demons.

The melee began and quickly became chaotic. Shuuji demonstrated his immense skill beating back two of the three attackers with ease. Dodging blows at the last second every counter attack was devastating. He then drew the sash from his waist.

Mike silently shook his heat for a moment. That sash could wrap around a target like a whip, or slice it like a sword. But in any one else's hands it was just a strip of cloth. Mike had asked about it and Shuuji had stated, " You'll understand eventually."

Mike then concentrated on his own opponent. While he could dodge and fight back too he noticed he was making no headway against this opponent. It felt like he was punching steel and his hands began to ache.

Feeling his back against the wall time slowed. The enemy moved at a crawl. He saw a fourth enemy moving towards Raven. It had remained unnoticed in the melee.

Something inside of Mike snapped in that incident. He began to glow in a golden light. Unbidden a incantation rose to his lips.

"This hand of mine glows with and awesome power. It's shining crest tells me to defeat you."

Stepping forward he moved his hand in a slashing pattern like he was swinging a sword.

"SHINING FINGER SWORD"

A green light erupted outwards. The light devastated the enemies. Destroying the one in front of him and the one attacking Raven instantly.

Mike felt drained and as he fell he saw Shuuji finishing off his two opponents. Mike's vision then dimmed.

POV Raven

Raven stared in shock at the unconscious boy that had unleashed an attack the likes of which she had never seen before.

She watched as the old man felt the young man's neck for a pulse. Seeing him nod she felt a sense of relief. The old man then glanced at her.

"Guess you better come in." He then turned picked up the younger man and began walking.

Raven numbly followed after wondering who these people were who were able to beat back the people that had been pursuing her for months.

POV Shuuji

As he laid Mike down in the office of the complex he glanced at his right hand. Mike bore a tattoo the king of hearts. Shuuji's hear skipped a beat. 'To think that I would see it again.' He thought to himself.

'Not only that but that was clearly the Shining Finger Sword.' He continued. It wasn't impossible to unleash one of the Undefeated of the East Schools techniques without a Gundam but the drain on the body was substantial.

*AUTHOR NOTE*

Hey Guys sorry I don't have a more stable release schedule. Anyway I know that Domon required a Gundam to use his moves. I changed that due to him learning from Master Asia who "uses nature's energy" to attack. Also I figured it would make since for Mike to be able to defend himself so I just made it far more draining for him to use the techniques without a gundam.
