FIND HER!!!

Yuna and Li Shen peeked at each other with skepticism in their eyes.

Yuna mouthed, "How did they start fighting?" and Li Shen who could read lips just shrugged. He was baffled by their behavior. He knew his brother had a sharp tongue but couldn't he keep it in check while she was around?

Li Shen shook his head, 'Tsk tsk, brother at this pace, it's going to take you a decade to woo your little wife.'

The couple in question had polar opposite expressions. While one was fuming inwardly about how to kill the person beside her, the other had fulfillment written all over his face.

It was a rare sight to see Kiaraa out of composure and Adrian was obviously having fun bullying her.

Kiaraa grumbled, totally forgetting about her lunch date and as usual she instantly composed herself and cleared her throat. The trio turned towards her and looked at her expectantly.

"Why are you here?" She shot the question at Adrian who didn't even bother to look at her but just kept mute.

"Can't you speak?" Kiaraa eyed him, her anger rising again.

Adrian turned towards her sharply and his ferocious tongue got in the way again.

"I don't speak to stupid people as it lowers my IQ. Obviously, I'm here to have lunch. Even a blind person would see that?"

Yuna and Li Shen both gawked at him disbelievingly. This lunch wasn't going to end well. They both peeped at Kiaraa expecting her to burst out any second but much to their astonishment, the queen just sat back with her legs crossed and played with her hair.

She gave a short laugh.

And hell, they felt that this side of her was alarming. They preferred the raging Kiaraa to the scheming one.

She bit her lip out of habit and shot a sinister smile towards Adrian, "Seems like I have to keep that venomous tongue of yours in check...."

She couldn't complete her statement when she was interrupted by a boy who was their classmate. Yuna and Li Shen let out a breath they never knew they held.

The young boy ran towards them with red cheeks. He looked down the minute he got in front of her, too deterred to hold a gaze with her and Kiaraa noticing this, instantly soften her gaze to prompt the boy to speak.

"Uhm... Miss.... miss... Lee, the principal has sent for you" he finally completed his statement with utmost difficulty. He quickly averted his gaze and looked around shyly.

Kiaraa slumped down on her chair with a disgruntled look. She waved her hands at the boy, implying for him to leave and the boy quickly scurried away rather flustered.

Kiaraa sighed, looks like her stars were moving in the wrong direction today.

"Should I go with you?" Adrian asked with a flash of concern in his eyes which made Kiaraa feel agitated the more.

Is he mocking her or what?

She grumpily stood up and glared at him, "To hell with your sympathy." She gave him the middle finger and walked away.

The trio stared at her stupefied and finally Li Shen stared at Adrian and shook his head.

Damn you!!! With such a high IQ, the guy was childish when it came to things concerning Kiaraa.....

South Korea, Seoul...

In an underground basement, the smell of sweat and blood wafted through the air and its inhabitants shuddered lightly. Their knees were weakened and a pang of panic washed through their being. They were drenched in sweat as they felt the cold and powerful aura emanating from the man sitting with his face covered in a throne-like chair.

He had his head lowered and even with that, he couldn't be any less intimidating. They were trained to become the most ruthless and powerful men but still, they felt terrified beyond wits when it came to this man. He had their lives dangling in his hands and he could take it at any minute.

"Speak." He finally commanded and the men cringed. Who is going to tell him? They all looked at each other expectantly, no one willing to sacrifice their lives to tell their boss the issue at hand.

"B... b.. boss.... we.. we couldn't find her." Someone finally stuttered and they shook their heads with pity and also inwardly applauded his bravery.

The boss slowly raised his head and laughed hysterically. The whole underground basement was filled with his evil laughter and the men trembled more.

Bang!!!

The sound of a gunshot reverberated in the basement. The boss had shot the man who spoke in the head. His brain got scattered instantly and he dropped dead on the floor in a gothic scene. The outcome was expected but they still felt a chill run down their spine.

"Just a girl and you still couldn't find her?" he asked and this time the men knew better than to keep him waiting so someone answered immediately.

"Sir, the girl has a lot of backing from the Lee family and some other people."

The man mulled over on that thought for a little while, "Aside from her family, who else would put their lives in danger just to conceal her location?" he asked but the question seemed like a rhetorical question because none of them, not even himself knew the answer.

"What was her last report?" he finally asked a more reasonable question and a man stepped forward with an air of confidence around him.

"Master, the last report we got about her was that she was in the Lee Mansion but due to the high security there, our men couldn't find out whether she's still in there or not."

The man nodded and stroked his chin, "Continue searching for her. If she is in the Lee Mansion then she can't hide forever so she'll eventually come out. Whichever method you use, I don't care but you must find her." He gave his last orders, stood up, and walked out of the room.

The men let out their breaths in relief and the only thing they had to do was to find this girl as their boss was running out of patience. Whoever this girl was, it seems like their boss was hellbent on finding her and bringing her down to her knees. They couldn't question his intentions but only comply with his injunctions wordlessly.
