Fateful reunion Part2
As the kid continues to climb the mountain he still doesn't see the end in sight he felt a gaze on him.
He shuddered and looked up he still couldn't see what was happening up there but he felt the gaze from up there
Bewilderment written all over his face he continued to look up hoping to catch a glimpse of what was looking at him,not seeing anything after 10mins straight of looking even when directing ki in his eyes he continued to climb.
However the more he climbs the stronger the gaze felt.
As he reached the clouds and pushes his head over them he saw a sight he thought he would never see
He saw the end of the mountain he also felt something too,he felt strong bloodlust however it wasn't as strong as the old man.
He just ignored the bloodlust and continued Which casued the sword to smile.
As he approached the summit of the mountain he was surprised yet again, instead of a pointy tip the mountain had a flat land with a huge ass tree that just ozzing with mana.
However he then saw a Gigantic Snake wrapped around the tree with its blood-thirsty eyes gazing at him.
He felt a sense of déjà vu when he saw those eyes he thought (Haven't I felt this gaze before)
However as if the cunning snake would just let him pounder in peace,it pounced towards him it's image was like a blur with it's maw wide open ready to swallow the kid whole.
However on pure instinct the kid raised his sword and parried,he raised his sword in a vertical position and rest his hands on the katana non bladed side
The snakes teeth collide with the katana and form sparks, however with a cunning glint in its eyes it shot it's tail filled with mana towards the kid torso.What happened next however shocked it to its core
The kid saw the tail shot towards him and he grinned he thought (Hell even to those gigantic woves claws couldn't even cause a tear in this coat you who is several times weaker want to hilarious).
He then took a sword stance even while the tail was coming for him and willed ki into his sword and pushed the snake back, however the tail was still coming for him.
The mana filled tail then bounced off of the trench coat,the kid took another stance and said in a incoherent Voice.

The snake not expecting a attack from such an awkward angle, mind you all this happened while the snake was still reeling from the kid parry.
Saw a blue flash and then it disappeared, however on pure instinct it's body moved while it's brain didn't couldn't keep up with what was happening it's body somehow did.
As it's head moved it saw a blue slash where it's head was a millisecond ago, sacred the snake eyes then lit up with purple mana.
The kid saw that somehow the snake dodged it and thought (What the Fxxx How did it dodge that).
However the next second it saw the snakes eyes lit up purple and all his hair stood on ends, before the sword could even warn him or even before his mind can tell his body to move the snake released its innate ability.
With a gust of wind an attack invisible to the eyes he felt an immense amount of pain in his mind space his eyes started bleeding,his ears beld he also coughed up some blood however he didn't fall.
Surprised that the prey still haven't died with its thrump card it's eyes lit up again however this time the kid didn't let it finished he took a sword drawing stance and said in a whisper.

And with a mourning sound of the sword and with a Thud a head fell
As it was preparing it's ability to kill the kid once and for all its eyes saw the kid standing in the same position with a cold look on his face.Its ears then heard a mourning sound an then the lights in the snakes eyes fade.
As he looked at the headless snake he thought (Oh I remember now this was the gaze I felt when those cannibal tied me up.Back then it was so terrifying however now it's head lay at my feet).
He sighs an said in a low calm voice "This snake could be considered the reason why I met him and is probably also still alive to this day"The sword who heard his thoughts and also his whisper answered"that's just how life goes kid "she continued "now stop getting sentimental over the slimy creature an approach the tree"
The kid sighs again an started walking towards the tree as he looked at the tree from up close it looked absolutely magnificent it had bright yellow leaves with it being so tall that the kid had to bend his neck to look up at it.
As he was gawking at the tree the sword said "It's a mana tree, legend says that the whole universe contains mana because of world tree's,It's only a Lengend though"
He thought ( fascinating)The sword continued"Direct ki towards your eyes and look towards the left branch "He looked and saw a blue shaped fruit sapping.
As if reading his thoughts she said"In the next 6 years it will bloom and turn into a fruit which will be quite helpful towards you"
He looked at the sapling an ask"So what are we going to do by the time"she asked"you are going to settle your debts with those cannibals and then we will start training I will help you perfect your foundation so you can finally advance to the high stage".
He asked"why do we need to settle the score with those savage's "she answered"Because to enter the higher levels you need to have a firm mind and you don't meet the requirements yet".
His face fell and asked"so your telling me because I Never killed any humanoid creature I don't have the required mindset to advance " she answered in a plain Voice"why you think you've been stuck for 4 years kid it's because you are scared to take another human or anything that looks human life".
He asked "Then why didn't the old man tell me"she answered"he probably forgot ".
The kid sighed and said"Haa your probably Right so when does the hunt begin ".
She said in a slightly excited voice"NOW OF COURSE ".
