6 Chapter 6
The annoying guy immediately sobbered up and carefully put down the toddler down unto the ground . He was about to talk to the toddler. When Kryst immediately stepped back and gave the man a vigilant eye.
The annoying guy put his hands in the air . " I don't have any malicious intentions towards you little one . I just wanted to save you from drowning . "
Kryst frowned as he watches the motions of the man's lips . He couldn't understand what the man was talking about and just gave the man a warning growl.
The annoying man however got distracted again noticing the clothes of the child . What kind of clothing style is this?
Lienor was deeply shocked . Has the civilizations of the wild barbarians already reached the point that they could already weave a onesie?
Where does this child comes from? Did someone also transmigrated in this world ? Lienor's eyes brightened thinking of that possibility, but if this child indeed transmigrated from the modern times ... Why can't this child understand his language?

Kryst didn't react ... He never heard such languages before. Although he was an asian-american , the language he grew accostumed to is English .
He never heard any other language throughout his life aside from mandarin and English.
Of course , hearing doesn't mean he knows how .
Lienor was a bit disappointed . The child in front of him doesn't seem to be a transmigrator .
" Hello " greeted Kryst .
Lienor's immediately widened . " H-hello , do you know English? "
Oh damn! He finally have a companion who also knows how to speak English!
Lienor's overly excited reaction made Kryst take a step back . Lienor immediately calmed down and said sorry.
Lienor isn't actually fluent in english as he was formerly an asian man before his soul transmigrated into his current body but he can still speak basic English .
Kryst slowly nodded , it's been a long time since someone had spoken to him , he feels a bit awkward when interacting with someone .
Lienor knelt down and stares at the toddler's eyes . " Baby , can you understand me? "
Kryst's stoic face cracked when he heard such intimate tone but he immediately recovered and slowly nods his head in response .
" Yeah "
Lienor clapped his hands in excitement. " Baby , where did you come from . "
" Forest " Kryst usually talks with Yggdrasil within his mind and he rarely speaks out loud making his speaking ability weak and flawed .
He can only speak one word at a time in front of a stranger .
Lienor on the other doubted wether there's really a tribe who have a similar language to the Earth's english . He also doubts wether the child really transmigrated into a child's body , what if the one he's talking with right now was no longer a kid. Wouldn't that be awkward?
Lienor was about to ask again when a gentle androgynous voice resonated throughout the forest . " Baby Kryst? Where are you? "
Kryst's eyes widened and immediately run towards the forest . Lienor wants to follow the child but Kryst suddenly disappeared from his sight .
Lienor slumped down unto the ground dejectedly. It seems that there really is a language similar to the Earth's english .
But a few seconds later , Lienor recovered his mood when a thought flashed across his mind .
" That means , i will no longer suffer learning another language . I just have to find that child's tribe and join them! "
Unfortunately , Lienor was bound to be disappointed as Kryst no longer appeared in front of him again in the creek.
Inside the space , Kryst took a deep breath and thanked Yggdrasil from the help .
" You really have to be extra careful in front of the humans in that world , Kryst . We don't know what kind of world there are outside . "
Kryst nodded . " I know , i was just surprised . I was washing my face into the water earlier but that man suddenly showed up and lifted me up without any notice. "
Ygdrassil could understand that it wasn't Kryst's fault but he was just concerned for his safety and well being .
" Be extra careful next time , Kryst ."
Kryst nodded and stared at the artificial pond which now has water in it . Fortunately , he did not forget to fill the pond .

When Lienor visited the creek the next day. He didn't see the child's presence anymore . He also tried walking northwest but there's no presence of a tribe there and instead he only saw a cliff. Just where can he find that tribe's location?

" Ssil!!! The vegetables are finally ripe!! I can finally cook my food! "
The toddler woke up in excitement and trotted towards the garden with puffy yet excited eyes .
However , Yggdrasil poured a basin of cold water on his head . " Such a toddler like you , can you even cook . "
Kryst paused as his cute face froze stiff . Only then did the toddler realized how useless he had become for not even learning a single skill during his stay in the lab . It's not that he doesn't have any thoughts of learning something new , but he just cannot .
Every test subjects are monitored by the monitoring personnels of the institute and they were not authorized to enter the kitchen in case the test subjects would plan an escape operation and start a fire .
Kryst bit his lower lip in frustration and stared at the garden with grievances . There's a lot of ingredients in front of him , but he couldn't even cook .
Pathetic ...
Moreover , he realized he doesn't even know how to start a fire .
What should he do? The pitiful toddler could only stare at the vegetables with reluctant eyes.
A few seconds later , Kryst decided to exit the space again and look for other ways to start a fire.

A man with a fiery red hair and purple eyes woke up from a deep sleep and opened the tent to greet the sun . The man only wears an animal hide around his waist to cover his jewels and his upper body was bare .
The man then started a fire and roast a wild chicken he caught last night.
" Lienor " a burly half naked man took a seat across the red haired man and joined on roasting their caught prey .
Lienor nodded to the man . The man then exhaled and began talking with Lienor . " I heard that the chief ordered the warriors to begin hunting the next day to pile up food for winter . "
Lienor could understand the tribe's poverty. Unfortunately , the Red Fox Tribe rarely has a warrior with an awakened blood ability to lead the tribe to hunt a lot of prey . The fox tribe itself only has 2 blood warriors , the Old Chief and a young blood warrior who was lucky enough to awaken his blood ability due to an accident that stimulated his body to awaken.
Lienor at first was amazed that the world he transmigrated at has things such as blood ability . He thought it only existed as fictions but he didn't expect to meet a real life fantastical existences.
Blood Warriors ... Lienor also wants to become one. If Lienor awakens a blood ability , he can protect his own self more from danger.

Teenage pregnancy rates in the tribe is particularly high and Lienor was especially distressed by it . He cannot bear to see a teenage girl walk in front of him with a big belly.

The burly man named Lucas suddenly smiled meaningfully and said to Lienor . " You can have a taste after i rolled in the sheets with her. "
Lienor who is drinking a gourd of water suddenly spat out on Lucas face and coughed .
" Fcc Lucas , can you be anymore vulgar? Can't you see that I'm drinking here . " Said Lienor in an angry voice .
Lucas was confused by Lienor's strong reaction and wiped his wet face with the spare animal hide .
" Just eat! Don't talk anymore . You'll only going to ruin my mood. "
Hearing the angry order of the bossy red haired man . Lucas reluctantly bit the roasted chicken leg and starts chewing in silence .
Lucas suddenly noticed how there's no longer stored up firewoods inside Lienor's tent . " Bro , you should repile dry woods again . "
Lienor looked inside his tent and slowly nods in agreement . " I will "
After he he finished his meal , Lienor picked up his water gourd and hang it on his shoulder before picking up his axe again to collect some dry woods for winter .
Lucas and Lienor separated and wandered in the forest to collect woods and trap some small preys.
When Lienor was busy collecting dry branches , he suddenly paused and vigilantly looked ahead. The footsteps he was currently hearing doesn't sound like Lucas' . The footsteps were light and unhurried and at the same time irregular as if the person was struggling on treading the forest path .
Lienor carefully hid his body and waited for the person to enter his sight .
Slowly , a green tail entered Lienor's sight in a slow motion . Then small paws and small reptile body .
The small reptile suddenly stumbled and fell unto the ground .
Only then did Lienor remember the onesie kid who he met a few days ago .
Kryst dully looked at his muddy paws then looked around confirming no one's around before secretly rubbing the mud off his paws unto the body of a tree .
Once the dirt was completely wiped off. Kryst then proceeded on his journey on to finding a way to start a fire .
When he was about to pass by a tree , he suddenly noticed a red color thing. Kryst stared at it with narrow eyes .
Lienor on the other hand got shocked that he was easily noticed by the boy . He saw the boy began on walking towards his direction then suddenly took a tight hold of his hair and pushed it up causing Lienor who was kneeling down to stare right in front of the toddler's beautiful emerald eyes .
" Ciao " greeted the toddler.
Lienor blinked his eyes and awkwardly responds. " C-ciao "
" Kumusta? "
" I-i'm fine , thank you . "
" Good "
Lienor was inwardly shocked ... This baby learns really fast!
The toddler slowly released his grip on Lienor's hair .
Lienor awkwardly pass his fingers through his hair and smiled at the child with obvious awkwardness .
The child then suddenly extended his small hands and spread his palm . Lienor raised brows in confusion and held the baby's palm , but the toddler shook Lienor's hands off and shook his hands in front of him indicating that he's asking for something .
" What do you want? "
Kryst responded in a childish voice with a serious tone . " Fire "
." Fire? " Repeated Lienor
Kryst nodded and shook his hands again. " Fire , give me , Fire. "
Lienor immediately caught what the child wants and immediately beckoned to the child to show him how to start a fire .
The two human and non-human being crouched down side by side and the human starts showing the toddler elf how to start a fire with stones.
The human arranged the dry hays properly and did something that made the toddler focus on his hands with a serious look.
The expression the toddler is making amused the young man and demonstrated it again . He hit the hard rock together and generated a spark , he made sure that the hay was just near after the hay started emitting smokes. Lienor immediately leaned over and carefully blow the hay to strengthen the fire.
Kryst's eyes shoned in amazement and subconsciously clapped his hands in admiration .
" That's how you make a fire , did you get that? "
Kryst nodded with a serious look.
" Then , how about you try it . "
Kryst hesitated then slowly extended his hands to recieve the two stones , he immitated what Lienor did earlier and piled a smal pile of dry hay and carefully leaned over and started hitting the rock together to create a spark .
Kryst jolted when a spark appeared all of a sudden causing his heart to almost jumped through his throat.
Lienor chuckled and rubbed the toddler's back . " Don't be afraid , go ahead , you'll never get burned by it . Go on . "Encouraged Lienor.
Kryst habitually bit his lower lip and tried doing it again . This time he didn't get surprised by the spark and brought his courage up . A few seconds later , Kryst successfully started a fire .
" I did it " Kryst slowly muttered .
Lienor clapped in agreement and nodded. " You did it , good job baby . "
Kryst subconsciously scratched his neck in awkwardness hearing an adult man calling him baby. He knows that the man was unaware of his real age but ... He can't hel feeling awkward being intimately called like that . He's already a fccin' 50 years old man , although humans no longer age fast and his youth didn't fade because of the experiments did by the scientists to him , he is still a certified old virgin man inwardly .
Kryst reached out inside his onesie and pulled out a baby carrot . The toddler extended his palm to the young man and gave it to him .
" Gift " Kryst uttered .
" A gift? " Repeated Lienor
Kryst nods his head in assurance . Lienor gazed at the baby carrot with complicated eyes.
" For me? " Lienor pursed his lips and looked at the toddler with watery eyes .
Kryst got confused by the reaction of the young man but he still nodded and pushed the baby carrot to his chest . " Thanks ... Fire teaching ... Gift . "
Lienor covered his lips feeling overwhelmed. The scenario of a toddler extending a baby carrot in front of him with a serious cute look made Lienor's motherly love for children ignite.
" Ah , you're the first person in my whole life who gifted me something without any I'll motives. Aaah baby , thank you for the gift . " Lienor accepted the gift while feeling flattered and wipes his tears in a feminine manner .
" You look stupid . " Said Krystal all of a sudden.
Lienor burst out of laughter and pinched the cute looking child . " I did those intentionally . "
" I ... Know . " Kryst answered and slowly turn his body . " I'll go ahead now. "
" Wait! "
Unfortunately for Lienor again , the baby disappeared again . He can no longer detect his presence in the forest despite him searching in every nook and cranny of the forest . Of course it's impossible to check every place but it's impossible that the child would disappear without leaving any traces .
