20 Chapter 20
The time flies so fast in a fleeting moment. As time passed by , the hidden space also gradually changed with the care of the first elf , Kryst . The fruits now grew taller and started blooming flowers and are about to bear fruit soon .
The spring expanded and extended all the way to irrigate the farm . Yggdrasil was so happy being surrounded by plants .
Kryst harvested all the ripe vegetables and suddenly encountered a problem .
" There's too much vegetables and i can't eat them all . These will eventually rot and it's such a waste to let them rot in the wooden warehouse . "
Last time , Kryst built a small wooden warehouse with the assistance of his thread . He also took the liberty on excercising his dexterity and control . Wriggling his fingers , Kryst could still feel the tingles whenever his strings lifted up a heavy wood . Unlike his former body who had been baptized by countless tortures , his new body is too soft and sensitive and can't endure the feeling of fingertips being pulled .
He can't easily control his fingers as he is still a young boy . Whenever he forced himself to lift an object 50 tomes heavier than himself , he would start bleeding and his bones especially in his hands would hurt a lot .
Currently , his fingertips were wrapped around by a gauze made by Yggdrasil from plant fibers that they discovered when in the forest .
Kryst sat his butt on the hammock and sweeps his eyes around the place .
It was lonely being alone but he's contended . Pitzy and Ollie on the other hand was busy hunting outside to hone their hunting skills . He can't just prison them in the space where everywhere is safe . Not even a single wild beast could be found .
Kryst then decided to dig a wide and deep pool and make an artificial pool and raise fishes and shrimps . It's been a long time since he had eaten sea foods . The only downside is he doesn't know how to cook .
He hasn't yet find any salt lake and Kryst was about to go insane from hyponatremia . Eventually , Yggdrasil forced Kryst to drink blood from the animals .
If not because of his racial advantage , he would have long since died because of the low sodium concentration in his blood . Remembering the scene when he was forced to suck blood like a vampire . Kryst shuddered and hugged himself .
Yggdrasil was still silent . Kryst had been waiting for a long time for him to wake up . Yggdrasil was about to bore another elf fruit and Yggdrasil was forced to shut his perception of the surroundings and concentrate himself on successfully bearing the second fruit .
When Yggdrasil bore Kryst , he had just impulsively put Kryst's soul in the elf fruit and doesn't know how he should produce the elf fruit properly . Does he have to get another soul to transform the fruit into an elf or wait until the fruit gets awareness ?

And Kryst wasn't aware of Yggdrasil's struggle . Kryst heard from Yggdrasil that he was a silver elf fruit and that's the reason he got a silver hair .
When he questioned Yggdrasil last time that if the two elves he bore mated, would it be incest . Yggdrasil furiously denied it .
Yggdrasil said that to bear a fruit elf , he have to fuse two types of DNA information just like how an egg cell and sperm cell fused . Yggdrasil possessed different types of dna and could produce elves with different dna informations .
However , Kryst's situation was a little different .
It could be said that Kryst dna information was from his previous body's corpse . Yggdrasil fused his own dna with the corpse and undergone a rebirth like process as 32's corpse was used to create another body ( elf fruit ) for Kryst's soul .
And since Yggdrasil was the one who made Kryst's new body , it automatically caught Yggdrasil's information and became the first elf .
When Kryst heard it , he dully commented. " Isn't it just like recycling? You used my body to recycle it to become an elf , the difference was , my body got your dna . No wonder i still retained my mutant ability . "
Because that corpse contained the mutant's dna that had already fused with his own body .
So basically , Yggdrasil wouldn't produce elves with same sources.
Yggdrasil has an incomprehensible ability . As the Tree of Life , he was just like a god , no to be precise , he's indeed a god but a peculiar one. He possessed different types of chromosomes within his body and could produce elf fruit that are not blood related . To summarize , he is just like a fertilization device which possessed countless dna informations and produces elf fruits through fusing those chromosomes.
However , he can only produce elf fruits but cannot reproduce another tree of life . Even if you pluck the elf fruit and planted the seeds , it won't grow into another Yggdrasil .
The next day , Kryst was awakened when he felt the coming of another life . Kryst suddenly felt his blood boiling in excitement and immediately climb down from the hammock and sat in front of the towering tree and watched as Yggdrasil quickened his pace . Gradually , a small lump of azure crystal like sphere grew out from a certain Yggdrasil Flower and became a small sized elf fruit .
It's color is azure!!! Will the second elf posses an azure hair?
Kryst subconsciously touched his silver hair . He's Kryst Moon because he's a silver haired elf . Then if he formed a family in the future , they will inherit his surname Moon .
But since Yggdrasil said that the elves are blood related because they come from different chromosomes .
That means , this azure elf has to possess different surname as him . If they have same surname , that means they will become a family .
But aren't blood related ...
Family can't undergo inbreeding ... So they have to establish different clans in the future .
Silver Moon Elf Clan , Azure Moon Elf Clan , Crimson Moon Elf Clan , Verdant Moon Elf Clan , Golden Moon Elf Clan , and etc .
Kryst's emerald eyes shone as he decided to give them surnames through the color of their hair , and once they became an adult and form their own family , it wouldn't be incest since they don't have the same surname .
It wouldn't be uncomfortable for them in the future .
Yggdrasil will produce more elves , and different types of elves will soon came into life soon .
Kryst then started thinking ... What elf would he mate in the future ...
He considered letting the elves breed with different races but the future elves would become half breed and not pure elf anymore . He doesn't want to have different race mix with their elf race .
However , that would be unreasonable as love prevails over anything . There would be a time that the elves would someday get attracted to different types of species or race .
The second elf wasn't yet born but Kryst has already thought far ahead for the future of the elf race and his style of thinking is quiet complicated and confusing .
Why worry about incest? Yggdrasil's elves aren't blood related at all , unless the elves mated and form a family only would they produce a blood related baby elf .
The author's mind : I MYSELF IS CONFUSED ... DON'T TALK TO ME . Further explanation will be given soon but let me tell you , there will be an elf division in the future on which type of elf they belong but as they reproduce , there would eventually be some peculiar elves with mutated genes that will appear through the fusion of different types of elves . Just like how Ice is formed through the combination of Water and Air .
