Frisk's POV

"Why didn't you wait for Mom to come back again?" Chara grunted, their arms crossed. Frisk moved their arm from their face, immediately getting snow blown in their face.

"Sans and Papyrus's apartment isn't far!" Frisk replied, barely able to hear their own voice over the wind. "And I want to get these invitations out before the end of today!"

"Mom wouldn't have taken that long," Chara replied, landing beside Frisk. "She just went out to buy one thing!" Frisk only replied with a shrug. The apartment was in sight now, a yellowish light shining through the window. Finally, they stepped onto the porch and knocked. Moments later, Sans appeared at the door, his eyes widening.

"Frisk? What are you doing out in this crazy weather?" he asked, gesturing to Frisk with his hands. "Come in, come in." Frisk nodded, stepping inside. Sans closed the door behind them as Frisk stomped the snow off their boots.

"OH! HELLO FRISK!" Papyrus was sitting at the table, a bowl of spaghetti in front of him. "YOU SHOULD'VE TOLD ME YOU WERE COMING OVER. I WOULD'VE MADE YOU SOME SPAGHETTI TOO!"

"Oh, I just came over to give you these." Frisk took off their gloves, pulling the folded invitations out of their bag. Sans took both of them. He placed one of the invitations on the table in front of Papyrus, and unfolded the other to read it. Papyrus grabbed his quickly, scanning through it.

"Holiday party, huh?" Sans asked, meeting Frisk's eye. "Yeah, we can come to that."

"Okay." Frisk pushed the door open, cringing at the blast of cold air. "I'll see you there then!" Frisk took a step outside.

"Hey, hang on a sec, kid!" Frisk looked back at Sans. "It's really cold out. I can give ya a ride home."

"Oh… No, you don't have to." Frisk's teeth were already chattering. "I actually have nine more invitations to hand out." Sans's eyes widened.

"Alright, Pap-" He cast a glance at his brother. "You gonna be okay alone for awhile? I'm gonna make sure Frisk doesn't become a human popsicle."

"FINE BY ME!" Papyrus replied, with a wave. "I'LL BE HERE WATCHING THE TV AND EATING SPAGHETTI!"

"Eh, do whatever," Sans replied, with a shrug. "Just don't burn the place down 'til I get back." He winked before turning and making his way out the door. Frisk glanced at Chara.

"See?!" they exclaimed, throwing their arms to the sides. "Even SANS doesn't think you should be out in this weather!" Frisk shrugged before following Sans down the driveway. Chara let out a sigh. "Why do I bother? You don't listen to me anyway…" Frisk cringed but said nothing. Sans stopped in front of his red car, pulling the front door open. With a click, the rest of the doors opened. Frisk slipped into the backseat, pulling the seatbelt on and putting their bag in their lap.

"So… who're you delivering invites to?" Sans asked, starting up the car. Frisk pulled out the invitations, scanning the names.

"Uh… Undyne, Alphys… Clover, Ray... Napstablook, Poppy, Teri, Mettaton and… Monster Kid."

"Uh…" Sans stared down at the steering wheel for a moment. "I think I know where most of them live… You may have to give me a few addresses though." The car was pulled backward out of the driveway.

"Thank you…" Frisk murmured, gazing at Sans. "By the way." The skeleton kept his eyes on the road.

"Eh, it's no prob Frisk," he replied with a shrug. "You could've just asked you know. Toriel or I would've gladly given you a ride." He paused to chuckle. "Though I guess she was busy?" Frisk nodded. Sans chuckled again, turning around one of the corners. "Figured as much. I haven't seen her much lately… 'spose I'll catch up with her at the party…" Sans's cheeks reddened. "I'll, uh, have to think of some new jokes for her."

"If it's a pun, she'll love it," Frisk replied, with a shrug.

Sans snorted with laughter. I guess so…" The car screeched to a halt in another driveway in front of an apartment. "Here we are… Alphys and Undyne's place." Frisk pushed the door open, grabbing the invitations. They knocked on the door.

"Uh…" The door was pushed open, revealing Alphys's nervous face. "Oh! Hey Frisk. What are you doing out here in this weather?"

"I wanted to give you these," Frisk replied, holding out the invitations. Alphys took them in her claws.

"Holiday party?" she asked, smiling. "Yeah, me and Undyne can come."

"Where is Undyne?" Frisk asked, glancing inside the apartment. Nothing moved within the small area.

"She's still asleep. We stayed up late watching anime last night…" Frisk chuckled. "Um… anyways, I'll see you at the party!" Frisk turned and made their way back to the car.

"Alright, who's next?" Sans asked, backing out of the driveway.

"Ray and Poppy."

"I know where they live," Sans replied, putting his foot on the pedal. Frisk looked out the window. A blanket of white mist covered the air, and a few snowflakes melted on Frisk's window every now and then. It was already sticking to the road, making their drive slow and hard as the car made its way down the hallway. Frisk drew a smiley face in the fog on the window. After a while, they stopped in front of a red house. When Frisk knocked on the door, Ray and Poppy's mother answered the door.

"Sorry Frisk, Ray and Poppy can't play right now," she informed, peaking through the door. "We're spending time as a family right now." Poppy and Ray were now standing behind their mother.

"That's fine." Frisk took the invitations out. "I just came by to give them these." The mother turned around, still keeping the door mostly closed as she handed Ray and Poppy the invitations.

"Christmas party?!" Ray exclaimed, his jaw dropped. He pushed the door open to look at Frisk. "Heck yeah, we'll go!"

"Ray, don't let the cats out!" Poppy snapped, pushing Opal, their fat gray cat, into the side room. She ushered Frisk inside. Frisk stomped their feet on the doormat to get the snow off before stepping inside. Poppy and Ray turned to their mother.

"Well mom, can we go?" Poppy asked. She and Ray both stared at their mother with large, pleading eyes.

"Go where?" Frisk glanced into the living room. Poppy and Ray's father was sitting on the couch, his short red hair almost exactly the same as Ray's. The lights of the Christmas tree were glowing beside him.

"Frisk's family is throwing a party on Christmas and they want to go," the mother answered, pointing at each child accordingly.

"Christmas day?" The mother nodded.

"Come on!" Ray groaned, clasping his hands together. "We ALWAYS spend Christmas with family!" Poppy shoved Ray aside, glaring daggers at him.

"You can come too," Poppy suggested, taking a step closer to her mother. She glanced at the Christmas tree. Checkers, a black and white cat was sitting within the presents, batting at one of the ornaments. "And…" Poppy picked up one of the wrapped boxes. "We can unwrap our presents there."

The parents exchanged glances. "I suppose that's fine…" they sighed. Poppy and Ray gasped, rushing toward their parents.

"Thank you, mom! Thank you, dad!" Comet, a brown cat walked by Frisk, rubbing his side against their leg. Frisk kneeled down, stroking the cat's cheeks. A purr rose in Comet's chest.

"Hey, Poppy!" Frisk called, patting the cat's head. She made their way toward them. Frisk pulled out the next invitation as Comet rubbed his head needily against Frisk's arm. They lifted the invitation. "I was gonna go to Napstablook's next. Do you know where they live?"

"Oh! Here." Poppy took the invitation in her hand. "I'll give this to them. It'll save you some time."

"Okay," Frisk replied, standing up. "Thanks!" Comet was now letting out needy meows, staring at Frisk as they made their way to the door. "I have to go, kitty," they cooed. Poppy chuckled, scooping Comet into her arms. Frisk nodded before leaving. They got back in the car, looking at the next invitation.

"Clover next."

"Where's he live?"

"Two, seven, eight, three Lambert Road." Sans typed something into his phone before driving down the road.

"Which house is it?" Sans asked after a while. Frisk looked out the window, wiping off the fog to look around.

"It's the house with the huge "Falcov Gonzalez" sign over the door," they answered, pointing at the sign in question. Sans nodded, pulling up in the driveway. Frisk ran up to knock the door. A few muffled voices echoed from behind the door before it was pushed open, revealing Clover.

"Hola, Frisk!"

"Hey, I just came by to give you this." Frisk handed Clover the invitation. "I know you don't celebrate Christmas but it could be a fun way for us to hang out…" Clover scanned through the invitation before looking back up at Frisk.

"Yeah, I can come," he replied, pocketing the invitation with a nod. "I'll tell my parents about it."

"Great." Frisk turned away. "I'll see you there!" they called as they made their way down the driveway.

"Esperate!" Frisk looked back at Clover, who was rushing toward them. "Um… Tonight is the first night of Hanukkah and I was wondering if… you could… come over?"

"Sure," Frisk replied, pulling out their phone. "I'll ask Mom if she can drop me off… and I'll see if Ace wants to come too!" they called as they made their way back to the car. They only went to two more houses after that: Teri, who offered to give Mettaton his invitation, and Monster Kid. Then they were homeward bound.

Clover's POV

Clover sat in the kitchen, staring blankly at the table. The screen door was constantly swinging around as his Mom and Madre were going back and forth between the grill outside on the patio and the stove inside. The food was mostly done being prepared and just needed to be heated. A bag of chocolate coins laid on the table beside the unlit Menorah, just begging to be touched. Clover perked up as the doorbell rang.

"Lo tengo!" Clover called, jumping up and dashing toward the door. Toriel, Frisk, and Ace were standing outside. "Hola!"

"Hello, Clover," Toriel greeted with a wave. "We are glad we could make it." Clover ushered the three inside.

"Oh hello!" Clover's mom made her way toward Toriel. "Are you Ace and Frisk's mother?"

"I am," Toriel replied, extending her hand. "It is nice to meet you." Clover's mom and Toriel smiled as they shook hands.

"Hey Clover," a voice murmured. Clover glanced at Ace, who was clutching a wrapped box in his shaking pale hands. "I got you this." Clover cracked a smile, taking the small box in his hands. He made his way toward the kitchen, ripping the wrapping paper off in one movement before putting it into the trash. A box of art supplies remained.

"Thanks Ace," Clover replied, putting the art supplies and the card down on the table. "I, uh, got something for you too, but I figured I should save it for Christmas." Ace shrugged, nodding in agreement. Frisk was sitting on the couch, looking around the house while Toriel and Clover's Mom spoke in the kitchen. Minutes passed, and the others arrived. Ray and Poppy came together, their parents sharing a brief exchange with Madre before leaving. Finally, Kat and Teri were next.

"Hola!" Clover greeted, running up to them. "Glad you could all make it!"

"We're glad we could make it too," Kat replied, pushing the door closed behind her.

"Yeah." Teri nodded, pushing a lock of her frizzy hair behind her ear. Clover gestured them all to the kitchen. The brisket was now spread out in the middle of the table. Toriel and Clover's Mom and Madre were still chatting. Behind them, the oven was turned off and on top of the stove, were several trays of latkes and one of noodle kugel. Little containers of sour cream and applesauce also laid on the counter.

"It's a bit early for dinner isn't it?" Teri asked, tilting her head to the side.

"Maybe," Clover admitted with a shrug. "But we wanted to have dinner before we light the Menorah at sunset." He glanced out the window. The sun was still high in the sky, painting the sky with the bright blue hues of daytime.

"That does look good though," Ace replied, pointing at the trays of food.

"It is," Clover responded with a nod. Clover's parents and Toriel gazed at the group.

"Oh, is everyone here?" Madre asked. Clover gazed at his friends, who all nodded. He nodded as well.

"Bueno, bueno," she murmured to herself. "Everyone!" She spoke up. "There's one table in the kitchen and one in the living room. Sit wherever there's space."

"Food will come your way," Clover's mom added, turning to Kat. "Kat, dear, there's plenty of kugel and latkes you can have."

"Thanks!" Kat exclaimed, making her way back into the living room. Clover followed her. He took a seat at the table, gazing at the TV. Kat, Frisk, Ray, and Teri sat around him. Ace and Poppy sat with the adults in the kitchen, staring longingly at the brisket in the centre. Clover gazed at Frisk and the others. Muttering to themself, Frisk was looking at seemingly nothing, though Clover guessed it was Chara. Teri and Kat were both silent. Clover's Mom walked by, putting four plates on the table. Kat took the one with no brisket. Clover, Ray, and Frisk took one plate each, sliding it in front of them.

"Enjoy!" Clover's Mom sat went to sit beside her wife. Toriel, Ace, and Poppy were in front of them, the former already snarfing down her pile of brisket.

"What is that?" Ray asked, pointing at his plate.

"The kugel or the latkes?" Clover asked, looking back at him. Ray raised an eyebrow. Chuckling, Clover pointed at the kugel. "That's kugel. It's egg noodles." He pointed at the latkes. "And those are latkes. I like calling them potato pancakes."

"They're really good," Kat replied, taking a bite out of her stack of latkes. "Could use some flavour though…" Kat sat up with her plate in hand and made her way toward the other table. "Hey! Can I have some applesauce with these?" Clover glanced at Frisk. They had pushed their brisket to the side, one of which had a bite out of it, and was now scooping up a bite of kugel.

"You don't like brisket?" Clover asked, pointing at it.

"Oh…" Frisk pushed their plate closer to Clover, moving the brisket toward him. "You can have it. I haven't eaten meat in a long time and I've… kinda lost my liking for it." Ray took the brisket before Clover could, smirking as he bit into the already bitten piece of meat.

"Yeah." Kat sat back down beside them. "My family don't do meat… and I can imagine Toriel doesn't either." Frisk nodded.

"Fair enough," Clover replied, snatching a piece of brisket off Ray's plate. His friend scowled at him as Clover took a bite out of it. When everyone was done, Clover took everyone's empty plates and put them in the sink, rinsing and scrubbing them the best he could. Meanwhile, the sun was beginning to set on the horizon. Clover's Mom pulled the Menorah out of the storage closet while Madre found a lighter in the drawer.

"Clover, mijo!" Madre called. Clover looked up from the sink. "Ven acà!" Putting the last plate in the dishwasher, Clover made his way toward his parents. The Menorah was set on the windowsill.

"Are we ready to light it?" Clover's Mom asked, putting the unlit candle on the far left of the Menorah.

"I think so." Madre walked closer, holding the shamash in one hand and a lighter in the other. Clover stood between his parents. Toriel and Clover's friends stood further back.

"Do you want to light the candle?" Madre asked, clicking the lighter on. Clover's heart skipped a beat.

"Si!" Clover hastily grabbed the shamash then took the lighter carefully in one hand. He brought the flame to the candle. Lighting up the top of the shamash, Clover brought the tip of it to the first candle. He handed the shamash to his mother. She put it on the top as Clover put the first candle on the Menorah. Clover stepped back to stand beside his parents, gazing at the lit Menorah as they began to sing.

"Barukh atah Adonai." The family's voices filled the house, echoing pleasantly off the walls like a choir. "Eloheinu melekh ha'olam asher kidishanu b'mitz'votav v'tzivanu i'had'lik neir shel Chanukah…" Clover dipped his head, looking behind him. His friends and Toriel were clapping and smiling, though some held bewildered looks on their faces. Clover's cheeks heated up.

"Was that spanish?" Ray asked, taking a step forward.

"Actually it was Hebrew." Idiota. Clover turned to his parents. "Mom, Madre, can we get the dreidel out?" Clover's parents exchanged glances.

"Alright, I'll go get, his Mom answered, making her way toward the storage closet.

"Yes!" Clover exclaimed, jumping up.

"What's a dreidel?" Ace asked, stepping slowly up to Clover's side.

"You'll see." Clover turned and made his way toward the kitchen, pulling a huge bag of gelt out of the pantry. Madre pulled a huge bowl out of one of the cabinets. In the living room, Clover's Mom had already put the dreidel down on the tile floor. Clover sat down in front of it. He put the bag down beside him, stretching his arms out as Frisk, Poppy, and Kat sat beside him.

"What's gelt?" Ray asked, pointing at the bag.

"They're chocolate coins," Poppy replied, licking her lips as she stared at the bag. "They're delicious, trust me."

"When did you have those?"

"I've been to Clover's house on Hanukkah. Remember? Last year!"

"So have I," Frisk added, raising their hand. "I've played Dreidel, it's fun." Kat and Teri nodded beside them, scooting over to sit in a circle around the dreidel. Clover pulled the bag open. Madre put the bowl in the middle of the seven of them before she, Mom, and Toriel backed away.

"So for those who haven't played." Clover was already getting chocolate coins out of the bag and distributing them one at a time to his friends. "These gelts are the game pieces, so don't eat them." He glared at Ray. Face reddening, Ray re-wrapped his piece and put it back on the ground. "So, I'll give everyone nine pieces." He counted out how many he had given out. "Bien, bien," he murmured to himself. Clover looked at the bowl. "And put seven in the bowl, because there's seven of us playing." Clover counted out seven pieces and put them in the bowl. He took the dreidel. "Uh… I'll explain what each side does as we go. Who wants to go first?" Teri's hand immediately shot up. Clover pushed the dreidel toward her, which she immediately took in her hands and spun like a top. It landed on Nun.

"Dangit," Teri grunted, slumping down.

"What?" Ray asked, raising an eyebrow.

"That's Nun," Clover explained, pointing at the dreidel. "Nothing happens. Now, the person to the left goes first so…" Clover pointed at Ray. "It's your turn." Ray smiled, taking the dreidel in his hands and giving it a huge spin. After a few turns, it landed on Shin. Clover's eyes lit up.

"Shin, Shin, put one in!" Several people chanted. Ray let out a grunt, dropping one of his gelts in the bowl.

"Guess I know what that does," he grunted, pulling the rest of his gelts closer. Clover and Poppy went next, both landing on Nun. Then it was Kat's turn. She gave the dreidel a small spin and after only a few rotations, it landed on Hei.

"Hey!" Several people gasped.

"What's that one do?" Ray asked, pointing at the dreidel. Kat was already reaching into the bowl, counting out four of the eight pieces and putting them in her pile.

"Half," she answered, spinning one of the gelts on the ground as if it were a real coin. Frisk and Ace went next. It landed on Nun for both of them.

"That's one round, so…" Clover, Frisk, Poppy, Kat and Teri put a piece in the bowl. Ray and Ace followed their lead.

"Are we supposed to do that after every round?" Clover nodded to Ray.

"What does the other side do?" Ace asked, pointing at the dreidel as Teri picked it up to spin it.

"Gimel? You take everything in the pot," Clover answered with a shrug. "It's impossible to get." The dreidel landed on Gimel. "OH, COME ON!" Frisk, Kat, Ray, and Poppy were shouting at the dreidel as Teri grabbed the bowl and poured the gelts into her pile. It had more than doubled. Everyone put one piece in the bowl, replenishing the amount. Ray went next. Again, the dreidel landed on Shin.

"Shin, Shin, put one in!" Everyone chanted. Ray rolled his eyes, dropping a gelt in the bowl.

"Why does that only happen to me?" he grunted, folding his arms.

"I don't know," Clover replied, shrugging as he spun the dreidel. "Maybe you're just not that good." The dreidel landed on Shin.

"Shin, Shin, put one in!" Ray chanted. Clover frowned, dropping a gelt in the bowl as Poppy grabbed the dreidel. It landed on Nun a few more times before it got to Ace's turn. The dreidel landed on Gimel. Everyone let out groans, though Frisk applauded their brother as he took the gelt in his hands. He left one in the pot. Everyone else put one more in and it was Teri's turn again. Clover looked at his pile. He only had six pieces of gelt left, which looked measly compared to Ace and Teri's piles. Teri got Nun. Ray got Hei this time, taking four of the seven pieces from the pot before handing the dreidel to Clover. He tensed as he spun it. Por favor, obtengo algo bien? (Please, can I get something good?) The dreidel landed on Hei again. Clover took two of the three pieces, leaving one in the pot. Poppy took the dreidel.

"Esperate!" Clover took the dreidel back on the ground, grabbing a gelt from his pile. "There's only one left in the bowl. All of us have to put one in the bowl."

"Oh! Right!" Poppy put one in the bowl. Everyone else followed her lead before Poppy took the dreidel back. The game went on quietly for a while. However, all of the turns were Nun and Shin, with the pile of gelt in the bowl progressively getting higher and higher. Clover was tense, waiting for the dreidel to land on Gimel or Hei. Everyone's pile had shrunk. Even Teri and Ace only had a few pieces left and Frisk was surviving off a loan from Ace. Many had only one piece. Finally, Clover spun the dreidel and it landed on Gimel.

"WOO!" Everyone was shouting in protest as Clover dumped the mountain of gelt into his lap. He put one in the bowl. Everyone followed his lead though Ray, Poppy and Kat backed out of the circle with their arms crossed.

"Of course you got it," Teri grunted, pushing a lock of her hair behind her face. Frisk spun the dreidel next. Shin. Frisk was left with just one Gelt. Ace was next. Hei. Smiling, he took four of the eight pieces and added them to his pile. A few turns later, Frisk was out. Ace, Teri, and Clover were the last three remaining, and it was clear who had the most gelts. Ace went next. The dreidel landed on gimel, allowing him to add three pieces to his pile.

"Wanna end it here?" Ace asked, clutching his pile of gelt. He had four pieces, Teri had seven pieces, Clover had the other fifty one! Because of course he did.

"Sure," Clover replied, pushing part of his pile into the middle of the circle of kids. "Here, you all can have some. I can't eat all of this."

"Thanks!" Ray snatched a handful of pieces, tearing the wrapper off one.

"Don't make a mess!" Madre called from the kitchen. She was chatting with Toriel and Clover's Mom at the table. Clover took the wrapper, shoving it into the gelt bag. Each of them did the same. Each of them were smiling and eating the chocolate coins.

"These ARE good!" Ray exclaimed, shoving about three gelts in his mouth at once. Clover chuckled, scooping the wrappers up and putting them in the bag.

"Hey…" Frisk murmured in Clover's ear. He met their gaze. "Can we talk somewhere privately?"

Clover raised an eyebrow. "Just me and you?" he asked, popping another gelt in his mouth.

Frisk shook their head. "All of us. Me, you, Kat, Teri, Ray, Poppy, and Ace." They pointed to each of them accordingly. "I have something I have to tell all of you."

"Uh… okay." Clover gazed at the others, gesturing toward them with his hand and mouthing the words come on. They all stood up, piles of gelts in hand.

Frisk's POV

Frisk sat down on the ground, leaning against the drawer. Everyone else sat in front of them. Clover closed the door behind them, leaning against it.

"Alright… Frisk sighed, setting their gelts down on the ground. "There's something I have to tell you. Something I've been keeping from you."

"What is it?" Kat asked, shifting in place.

"It's about what happened after Flowey absorbed everyone's souls." Everyone's eyes widened. Poppy nearly choked on a mouthful of chocolate.

"Oh!" She leaned forward, her glasses slipping down her nose to reveal her eyes gleaming with interest. "So you're finally telling us?!" she exclaimed, pushing her glasses back up.

Frisk nodded. "Yeah…" The room was silent, with all six pairs of eyes fixed on them. "So… Um… After he absorbed everyone's souls, Flowey achieved his real form… A-Asriel."

"Asriel?" Kat repeated, raising an eyebrow. "As in… Toriel and Asgore's son?" Frisk nodded. Everyone else gasped.

"FLOWEY IS TORIEL'S SON?!" Frisk flinched as Ray's voice shook the entire room like an earthquake.

"Shush!" They exclaimed, putting a finger over their mouth.

"Asriel was resurrected into that?!"

"Was Asriel always like that?"

"How is that even possible?!"

"What did he want with our souls?!" Everyone's questions and gasps blended together so much that Frisk couldn't tell who was talking.

Frisk met Kat's gaze. "Kat, you know how Flowey was created, right?"

"Oh… Yeah! We talked about it in Alphys's underground lab… We said he was an accidental lab creation…" She looked away, confusion gracing her features. "But how can that be if he's Asriel?"

"He has Asriel's memories," Frisk answered, gesturing their hands as they spoke. "And when he absorbed your souls, he gained the ability to look like himself… And feel love." Frisk looked away with a sigh. "You see… Flowey doesn't have a soul so he's incapable of love. I thought of giving him my soul but that would just create another problem and trying to give him half of my soul would have hurt me. So that's where you guys come in."

"You want us to give a part of our souls to Asriel?" Poppy asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Ideally, a seventh of everyone's souls…" Frisk met their friends' gazes again. "As long as you all want to do it."

"Of course!" Kat replied, scooting toward.

"Um…" Poppy rested a hand on her chest, crunching her fingers. "Will it hurt to literally rip our souls apart?"

"Well yes-"

"And how can pieces of seven different souls make one soul to give to Asriel?"

"I don't know," Frisk admitted, looking away. "But is it at least worth a try?"

"I'll... think about it," Clover replied, pulling the wrapper off another gelt.

"I don't think we should…" Frisk glared at Poppy, who was rubbing her elbow and avoiding their gaze. "It's not that I have anything against Asriel but… It's just absurd! There's no way it will work… We'll just end up trading one problem for another."

"She has a point," Teri admitted, her head hung low. "We might end up hurting ourselves if we do this…" Ray beside her nodded.

"I'll still help!" Kat replied, raising her hand. Clover and Ace exchanged glances before looking back at Frisk.

"I do wanna help Asriel…" Ace admitted, resting a hand on his chest. "And if giving him part of my soul will help… then I will."

Clover nodded. "An innocent person shouldn't have to suffer."

"I'll give you time to think," Frisk replied, pushing themself to their feet. "But… can we meet up and talk about this soon?"

"Sure but… where can we talk?" Kat asked, eating a gelt.

"My house will work," Teri replied, raising her hand. "My dad usually leaves us alone, and he won't suspect anything." Frisk nodded. Ace stood up beside Frisk.

"Okay, I'll see you then." Frisk and Ace made their way into the living room side by side, collecting their gelt before their mom drove them home.
