The ability to use poison that was highly corrosive against even aura, on top of being absurdly durable, adding that to Neo's already incredible abilities should make her more than enough to beat down Cinder.

...That, and Tyrian may be with Cinder. And he has poison himself. Giving Neo your venom may in fact make her immune or at least resistant to poison herself.

It may not be cool of you, but you don't really want to give magic power to dudes. After all, you'd been ignoring it as best you could, but ever since you gave that power to Xiao Long, you could feel a connection with her. You could feel where she was right now, and even her emotional state more or less. Hell right now she was confused as all hell and panicking a ton.

So since you aren't going to give these powers to Qrow, Neo is your best bet to make stronger for dealing with your enemies.

You reached deep inside yourself, just like you did with Yang, and repeated the same process. Only this time, you built the spell template, with two abilities, and two different ones from before. Thankfully, after experiencing it the first time and, you new what to do and what to avoid doing.

It took a few minutes, and you could feel Neo's curiosity and a beginning of impatience, only for that to change into shock and awe when you cut the magic off form your core and attached it to Neo's aura.
