"Hmm! What happened Lucas? Why are you looking so lost?"

Lucas who was having a most heartbreaking movement of his life.

I looked at Lucas who looked so irritated and upset at the same time. I was kinda feeling bad at looking Lucas who was giving such an upset face, So I started to pat him on his head.

Lucas who was feeling a little better after having Fena patting her head leans his head on Fena shoulder while still standing in same position.

While I was doing that I kind of felt fluffy while touching Lucas hair, "Lucas, You know"

Lucas listening to Fena while keep his eyes close," What is it? That I know?"

I was having fun while playing with lucas hair, When my gaze came upon Lucas face whose eyes were closed and his front long hairs which were touching his lips, By seeing that I started to feel a little weird, " Lucas, You know in these years, You truly have become a lot more handsome than before. I really love your long hair that keep fluttering here to there in air."

"What's with you? Didn't you say this year ago too? Why do you keep saying things like this to me every time when I look at you."

'Of course, I am not going to make my hopes up by expecting something unexpected from her. Why she isn't saying anything?'

Lucas waited for Fena response, But it's been few minutes but nothing came back in response from Fena.

Lucas lifted his head and tries to look at Fena,"Why aren't you saying anything Fen-"

Lucas Left staring at Fena with surprised eyes because he never expected that look from Fena.

'What's with her face full red, Her cheeks are as red as roses. What kind of eyes is she making? Such lovely eyes. She is making such a sweet face and making me expect something from her.'

"Fena you, By any chance, Are you embarrassed from what you said earlier?"

I didn't realized what kind of face I was making while looking at Lucas but I could tell that I was embarrassed at that moment and couldn't take it, So I tried to run away while playing dumb.

" My! What are you saying Lucas? There is no way I would be embarrassed. I mean of all the people you mean me, Who is embarrassed."

I left Lucas behind and walked away but that's what I thought. Lucas who was faster than me, stand in front of me while grabbing my hand once again.

"Look at me, Why are you running without answering me properly?"

"I am not running..."

While the two of use were busy with each other didn't noticed the guy who was standing all this time until he called out to us.

"Yo! What are you guys upto? Huh! Flirting with each other in front of the gate? You dare to flirt in front of me?"

Lucas who was trying to make Fena realize that she feels something for him fails, When Max interfered, " Can you please shut up! we aren't flirting here and what's with your timing, You jerk? Can't you get any better timing than this? What is that you want?"

Max who was chewed up by Lucas gets closer to Lucas, " Woah! Woah! What's with you today? Why are you so Mad, You Madman?"

Lucas who let go of my hand divert his attention to Max in meantime, I left the both of them behind and get inside.

"Don't flirt in front of me you guys ever again."

"You think of this flirting? When I didn't even get the chance of kissing, Yet you have nerve to say about flirting?"

"What are you in a hurry for? Go with flow, Soon she will get it and I can tell you that once she gets it, You will be the one in trouble."

"By the way, Is it okay to bring her here without asking the grand duke? He might complain to Grandpa."

"I already talked with Grand duke when we reached the empire."

"I see! So you already let your parent know about this before hand?"

"Yeah! Because I don't want her to make that kind of face again, If she were to go with them today, She would be making that face again. And aren't you here to check on her for the same reason."

"Maybe or Maybe not! Let's get inside! I want to eat dumplings made by your mother."

"Who asked you to come here for dinner? Go back to your place and I am sure your sister must have made some for you. You should eat it without complaining, Appreciate your little sister efforts a little more."

"Yeah, Yeah, I got it but I already had the dumplings she made but they totally sucks and my tongue already taste bad. I can't sleep while having a bad taste in my mouth that's why I came here and your mom also invited me."

"Whatever....."

Lucas who leave Max behind while ignoring him....

It's already morning and I don't remember how I fall asleep. I slept like a log until duchess came and started hugging me in sleep.

I had breakfast and left the Vermilion Estate and arrived at old man's place.

Old man sure was waiting for me in his study room with a serious face. It made me wonder if something happened that he looks like that.

"I am already here, Can you stop making such a serious face."

"You known Fena, My birthday is coming up, Do you know when it is?"

I was a little surprised at the old man words and looked at him with a uninterested look, " Did you ever told me about it, When is your bday?"

Duke who was standing there facing towards the window turned his face towards me and gave me surprised look, " That's right! I never told you in these five years, Nor did I asked you when is yours, Nor did you told anyone about your bday, Nor you asked anyone's bday."

"What's with bday thing old man? Don't beat around the bush."

"Okay! My bday is coming up in next few days, You can say I am going to celebrate on the same day as royal banquet and that's what his Majesty decided."

"So you are telling me that you are so loyal to him that you can't say no to him and decided to celebrate it! Right! So what's the point of telling me? Because I don't think, I am that important for you to, Tell me all these things.

"I am telling you because, I want you to prepare a gift for me with full of love and sincerity."

"Huh! Are you serious? You are going expect a gift from me? Why would you do that? And I don't even have a penny to buy you a thing, Like come on! Don't go on joking around about such things."

Fena who was looking at the duke turns her face towards the door, " Moreover it's not like what I give means anything to you, Or it would make any difference."

"I am serious when I am asking a gift from you for my bday present."

"You can have from other grand childhren's too, You know, So don't go on forcing me with such things. Stop it! It feels like I have to fake my feelings towards you."

"I will give you 100 diamonds if the present from you, I like it."

I wasn't interested in this at all but I can't help myself, When I hear such deals.

"Are you serious? You will give me for real right!"

"Yeah! I will give you, Only if I like it. So choose carefully! What you are going to give me?"

"Okay!Done."

I left the study room happily in search of present for the old man.

I watched the old man for a week and tried to figure out what he likes? Or what he likes the most? But it seems there isn't anything special.

Days passed by finally the day of royal banquet arrived with many celebrations.

On this day many occasions were going to be celebrated, Victory banquet, Next heads of Blanchester and Vermilion Estates and Edward Blanchester Birthday.

Extra story Time

Fena : I watched the old man for a week all he did was....

Day 1 : Eating raspberries all the time in study room while working on some papers.

Day 2 : Took his dog on walk and tried to find a bride for his dog.

Day 3 : He spend whole day playing chess with the former emperor old a$$.

Day 4 : All he did was workout and throwed the trainees on the ground like a mad man

Day 5 : He spend whole day with his grand children's playing in the garden.

Day 6 : He was in the library while reading eroctic stories.

" I doubt that his even gets up in this age."

Day 7 : He spend the whole day making me and Dion run, While dragging him on our backs through a cart.
