I : In an exclusive first, we have the paragon of the new age of literature. With a reader-base spanning millions on his plethora of books, Edward Eckart!

E: Thank you for having me here. It's an honor.

I : Mr Edward, there are many things that people would like to ask you. But first, can you tell us if the rumors about your traditional debut are true?

E: Debut… Well, many of my novels have gotten a paperback release. But for your question, I think you'll have to wait a few months to find out.

I: Can you share with us how your daily routine looks like?

E: I try to get eight hours of sleep every night. I wake up, go for a walk, come back and usually write a bit. Then the rest of the day goes into the many tasks that pile up, it varies. But I read one hour and exercise another no matter the cost.

I: A walk before writing, would you say that's the secret to your magic that has grabbed many readers by the hand?

E: Not at all. I am a very bad writer. For most authors, the magic is in the editing.

I: Take notes, everyone who wants to be an author! It's advice straight from the best!

Mr. Edward laughed - - 

E: I am not all that. Everyone has their own style.

I: We have a few questions your fans are curious about. One, what do you like to eat the most?

E: I've tried a lot of new food these days with traveling. I think cheesecakes still hold a special spot in my heart.

I: Next, who is your favorite character amongst your stories?

E: Oh! Nice question. I would say it's cheesecake-man who makes a cameo in every novel.

I: For those who don't know, cheesecake man is a comic relief in most of Mr. Edward's books. Truly a versatile character. 

I: Now that you have won the Pacific award as well, what are your plans for the future?

E: I have big plans up ahead. I hope to be able to impact many lives with my upcoming projects. Especially those aspiring to share their stories in this age.

I: Do you plan to expand out of webnovels? 

E: While I have dabbled into different mediums, it is mostly to learn. I consider myself a webnovel author first and foremost.

I: What about your personal life?

E: My mom will pester me to get married in the next few years. I think that will be what I'd like to solve for my personal life.

The interviewer laughed – 

I: Do you have any advice for others who would like to follow the same path?

E: I am still learning a lot from my seniors and friends, so I will not comment on writing. But as far as chasing your goals go. Start and you'll learn. Success or Failure will never be in your hands, so do what only you can and try.
