Valerian gazed at the sunlight seeping in through the periphery of the mushroom forest in the distance. He pointed at it with his tiny paw. "Myu~"

"Haha, that's right, Val." Adam gently patted Valerian who was sitting on his head. "We'll finally leave this place."

After spending a month in the neon mushroom forest, they were finally able to see some sunlight. Or at least, something that resembled sunlight. Naturally, they were very happy about it.

"Myu! Myu! Myuuu!" Valerian grabbed Adam's hair and started jumping excitedly.

"Yeah, don't worry. After we leave this forest, I'll take you to lots of nice places." Adam couldn't help but chuckle seeing the young dragon behave this way.

However, he couldn't blame him. After all, he too was very excited to leave the forest and explore the other areas of the secret plane. Both of them yearned to go on great adventures.
