Future Plans

Ever since the Revelation of my mother being Catherine future 'the Great' and my father being Peter future 'the Dead', I'm saddened that the chances of me going back home are almost non-existent, I still have a slight hope this was all just a very realistic dream but that's just me probably being too optimistic. Anyway, let's start with the background situation around the world.

The Seven Years' War is either happening now or is on the brink of happening, a shame that I can't intervene in it since I'm too young to do anything and if nothing changes in history the Anglo-Prussian alliance should win and Prussia should cement itself as a major power.

I'm very happy that I picked architecture as a major in university, they usually make you research on projects built by great architects or civilizations which led me to a wormhole of researching the history of the period.

Fredrick the Great made Prussia a strong contender to the Habsburgs and Austria. I'd prefer a weak Austria that had the illusion of looking strong than an actual strong Prussia. It's a shame that Empress Maria was so close to winning but my father had other ideas.

France? I'd also prefer if France won as they also had the illusion of looking strong when they were actually weak, Louis the Sixteenth was a great enemy to have but could he even count as an enemy? More like an ally if you ask me.

The Ottomans can be disregarded as they can't threaten anybody, more of a threat to themselves than anything. Their Jannisary army is full of ill-disciplined soldiers who are more of a threat to the reigning Sultan than to their enemy.

The British though? They were a threat that should be squished to ensure Russian supremacy on the continent, everybody who knows basic history knows their navy was fearsome, but their greatest strength? It's their financial power, they managed to fund all of Europe's wars against Napoleon and continued being a thorn in Napoleon's side.

Of course, there is an undiscussed country that can be helpful, Denmark-Norway, their navy was powerful for its size and they are necessary for Russia to control the Baltic Sea and pressure Sweden so they are a good ally to have.

Finally, Russia, Russia is in an amazing spot if you ask me, a huge country with a lot of resources and a big population, although most of the population is serfs which has to be dealt with if Russia is to industrialize, plus the fact they have the Baltic and Balkan Seas in their hands is a positive.

However, revolutionary ideas are spreading throughout Europe and these ideas will cause a war but I'm not too scared as that war can one-hundred percent benefit Russia if I play my cards correctly.

The most problematic one will probably be Napoleon, but I won't prevent his rise as first he is too far and second, If the menace of Napoleon defeats all of Europe and Russia, the savior of Europe comes at the last moment well everybody will love Russia and Russia can claim anything it wants as it was the savior of Europe.
