Bed time talk

After we enter the house, I'm going straight to the room to put down my backpack while Silvie busies telling her mother about her experience going to the sea. Of course, she skips the part of our time together in the lagoon. After putting down the backpack, I'm going to the well to wash my face from dust that attached there during the trip. I can't go to the pond since it's already dark and there's no lighting on the way there.

When chief Harvard return from stable, he summons me to have chat with him in the sitting room.

"Master Ikki, I must thank you for today's journey. It's a bountiful trip beyond expectation"

"You welcome chief, I also not expecting we can encounter so many things there"

"Right, tomorrow do you have plan master Ikki?"

"I haven't thought anything to do tomorrow chief, Why?"

"I want to ask master Ikki accompany me to Lukas. That saddle things that you put on horseback, I want Lukas to make it, and only master Ikki knows the details".

"No problem chief, I want to ask if there anyone make earthenware in this village."

"Okay, let's have dinner first master Ikki after that we can rest from a long journey today. Please forgive my wife cooking which can't compare with master Ikki cooking"

"It's okay chief, people can eat anything if they hungry"

I rub my nose hearing his praise, actually, I only joking saying that. But whatever, as long as he's glad. So we change place to the dining room. There's already meal prepared for dinner that Mrs. Harvard prepared for us. And just as chief Harvard said, her cooking is plain as before, but because of I also hungry, I'm not picking any food available and just eat them all.

After dinner, chief Harvard please to take rest earlier because he understands we all tired after a long journey. I'm not refusing his hospitality and go to my room to rest. In the room, I take off my jacket and trousers. After smelling that my t-shirt also already dirty, I change my shirt with the spare, including my pants. I wonder if I can get them washed tomorrow since I'll be busy tomorrow with chief Harvard.

After changing clothes, I sit on the edge of the bed. If my guess is correct, as soon as her parent sleep, Silvie will sneak away here like yesterday. My guess is right after I heard chief Harvard snore from next room, Silvie already stands in the door still. She seems surprised to see me haven't sleep and looked like waiting for her. Tonight she wore a one-piece dress with a low neck, which only covers her body until the middle of her thigh

"Ikki, you haven't sleep yet?"

"Not yet, I haven't given my love goodnight kiss"

Under the dimmed light of a candle, I can see she blushing when hearing that. Silvie walk approaching me, instead sit beside me, she directly sits on my lap and wrapped her arms around my neck.

She smiles shyly hearing my praise, well you don't know what will happen in the morning, girl. She looks at the clothes that I'm wearing now and realize something

"Ikki, is this new clothes?"

"Oh yeah, the old one already dirty and need to wash"

"Give it to me, I'll wash them tomorrow"

"Okay, I put that in the table. Thanks for your care"

Ugh! I almost crying for happiness, this is like a husband-wife daily conversation. A faithful wife takes care of her husband dirty clothes and does the laundry.

"Let's sleep Silvie, you must also tired from the journey today right?"

"Um, can I hug you when sleeping like yesterday?"

So we laid down our body in the bed hugging each other like yesterday night.
