32 Chapter 32: Awakening

10:00 AM 'New Haven Island, Lake Ontario:

The days soon flew by with the team experiencing growth each passing day under the watchful eye of Arias. He would always watch and help them train each day. Dr.Veritas, on the other hand, spent all her time observing the growth of their newest undertaking and Harley simply taught basic combat classes to students.

Thanks to Arias always pointing out their weak points, Raven and Starfire grew exponentially due to their constant almost nonstop training. Billy did his best as well not trying to fall behind the two monsters he had as teammates. Arias would have him train as Shazam for most of the day while also having him attend Harley's basic combat classes.

The classes were a bit tough for Billy, it wasn't too long ago that he was a regular kid after all. This didn't discourage him but only made him work even harder.

Starfire had managed to go up to level 43 in the simulations. She felt the need to be the best in her Saviour's eyes and always tried to outdo Raven but the two were on a similar level. During her time she'd mostly follow Arias around to assist him in any way she could. Arias used this time to learn more about the Tamaranian Princess, asking about her culture, traditions, and what worlds she visited after escaping before being taken to the citadelians.

Starfire would always grow happy when Arias asked about her people, she thought the more he knew about her people the more he may be inclined to help so she gladly answered any questions he had.

And as for Raven, she would mostly meditate in her room during her free time. When she didn't need to she would also follow Arias alongside Starfire on their walks around Haven Island. Arias never asked Raven about her father but instead her mother, Raven would always talk about how loving and caring towards her she was despite her being the child of a demon.

What's more, her mother would remind her time and time again that although their life wasn't perfect always hiding away in the temple, she enjoyed every single moment she spent with her child. Raven never spoke about how she lost her mother and neither did Arias inquire about it despite his curiosity. He felt she would tell in time anyway.

Billy on the other hand didn't see much of Arias as he trained the most. Arias would usually stop to check his progress and point out areas he could improve in. Other than that they didn't spend much time together as he would rest immediately after training then woke up early to repeat.

After two weeks passed Arias had finally gone to the lab area where he found Dr.Veritas waiting for him.

"You sure took your leader role seriously with the new recruits, I had almost started to think you forgot about your own creation".

Arias let out a small smile.

"I figured you'd want more time to instill more knowledge into her."

Dr.Veritas walked alongside Arias and nodded.

"Well yes, you're not wrong and thanks to that you won't have to worry much about her educational aspect. Except maybe for the lessons Harley added into the program."

Soon they arrived and stood in front of the capsule that housed a beautiful blonde woman with a rather voluptuous figure short blonde hair and blue eyes.

Arias nodded towards Dr.Veritas and the liquid inside the capsule started to drain and opened as soon as the liquid had all been drained. Dr.Veritas lifted the Blonde haired woman's body into the air using her telekinesis and moved her to a nearby operation table.

After checking for any irregularities in her body and confirming they were none she had some droids dress the blonde-haired woman up in a black and green version of the suit the original power girl wore. This one had the additional feature of drawing solar energy towards it.

They left her on the table and waited by the side for her to wake up. Dr.Veritas kept her eyes on the datapad in her hands that monitored the blonde-haired woman's mental and physical status. Arias just stood there silently occasionally glancing over at the datapad in Dr.Veritas's hands.

Soon the blonde-haired woman's eyelids begun to move and the mental chart on the datapad started to see a spike in mental activity and the physical chart soon followed as she started to move her fingers. Dr.Veritas couldn't help by smile and turn to Arias who still looked at the woman with an expressionless face as thinking of something.
