2 Chapter Two:Is She The One?.

"It's nice to meet you too, dear wife." Alice extended her hands to seal an agreement between her and Valentino. Valentino reached out and accepted the handshake which sealed the deal between them.

Alice then smiled and grabbed her designer's bag, getting up to her feet, she took a last glance at Valentino and said.

"See you around later." She excused herself and started to leave, swinging her hips seductively which captivated Valentino's attention. However, he quickly took her eyes off her as she looked back and waved at him when the real reason she did that was to know if he was looking.

Everyone usually stares at her, she has a killer shape. 

"Hope this works out." Valentino murmured under his breath with a little bit of faith that it would. He got his phone out when he felt it beep.

"Oh f**k," He swiftly dashed out of the restaurant in a flash, searching for Alice. It better not be that she was gone or he'll be damned. Still, at the thought of that, his eyes eventually fell on her about to get into her car. 

"Hey, Miss Alice!" He yelled and waved at her. And thankfully for Alice having sharp hearing, she turned only to see Valentino waving at her, which left her wondering why because they were done with whatever business they had with each other for today. 

All she wanted to do right now was to head home, rest and then get ready for the new contracted job she got. She smiled at him and got into the car and then drove towards him.

"How may I help you, Mr Valentino?" Alive asked when she reached him and rolled the car's window down.

"Can you start work right now?." Valentino requested and expected the way Alice reacted.

"What?!" Alice was startled, she didn't expect that to come from Valentino. It wasn't part of their deal.

"Sorry but something kind of came up now and it's urgent," Valentino explained, scratching the back of his head nervously.

"I don't mean to be rude but I don't think that's what we need right now, we just sealed an agreement and need a little space to get ready and here you are already. I think we should stick to that," Alice had hoped to take a break today and start work tomorrow, so it was going to be hard to do what Valenno wanted. 

"Yeah, I know what we agreed on but you see I just received a message from my parents and they are at my place so, I don't mind if you reject the offer, I just need you to take on the job right now,"

Valentino explained the situation at hand and Alice being such a generous person couldn't say no to him. He had this look in his eyes which she couldn't resist.

"Ok, let's go"

"You know I don't mind if we go along with your car," Valentino said, watching Alice come out of her car. 

"It's fine, I will ride on yours. We can only make your parents believe that we are together if we make the perfect couple right.?"

The breeze was cool and accommodating, the sight and everything were just so real, Alice felt so nice and comfortable with no thinking but just had to enjoy the little moment she had all through the ride. 

Valentino, who was already used to the cool breeze and everything was just focused on what will happen today. It was wrong of him to lie to his parents, but he had no other choice. The only thing he could do was to feel sorry for them since they were the ones that pushed him to this.  

Alice wasn't wowed when Valentine drove her to his place, she was rich with a lot of wealth so she didn't act like all those random girls, who would drool at the sight of his place though she got to admit that he was damn wealthy too.

"We are here," Valentino announced when he stopped the car and then told Alice a few important things that she needed to know before they head right into the house. "This is the time to prove to me you are worth the job, my parents' name is… "

"Mr & Mrs frost Daniels," Alice chipped in, taking Valentino by a huge surprise when she said that.

"Well…I didn't expect that but I'm impressed, I must say," Valentino confessed. It appears like today won't end up so bad since Miss Alice just proved herself worth the job.

"I'm a smart woman and a professional with my work. So, let's get going and before I forget to warn you, do not get too surprised by the other little things u might know too," Alice said with a smirk playing on her lip. "Come on, get down and open the door for me, they might be watching, don't forget we have to act real," She ordered politely, Valentino seems not to believe she could do this but maybe he might eventually be the one to ruin everything with the way he was acting. 

Hasn't he ever been with a woman before? 

"Right," Valentino agreed with Alice and quickly did as he was told. 

He opened the door like the gentleman he was for Alice and shut it after she was out. He then grabbed her hand and intertwined his fingers between hers as they began to head into the house.

There was loud music blasting inside the house, However, Valentino wasn't surprised. His family was probably throwing a party for him, thinking he had a girlfriend for real. Mrs Annabelle, Valentine's mom was the first person to notice her precious son walk right into the house with a lady right beside him.

"Oh my God, my baby is back!" She screamed out of excitement and dropped the drink in her hand, rushing towards her baby to embrace him. She has missed hugging that warm body of his.

"Take it easy, Mom. You are about to squeeze the life out of me," Valentino hinted at how tightly his mom embraced him and was slightly embarrassed at the way she played with his face next. 

"Oh my God, you look so thin, haven't you been eating? Are you sick?" Mrs. Annabelle turned Valentino's face to the side, check-in out if he was sick. She forgot about the girl he came with and was embarrassing him.

Alice found it funny and laughed but not to a noticeable extent. She kind of enjoyed the little show going on. 

However, everything suddenly came to a halt when Mr Daniel Frost, Valentine's dad made his presence known and even the warm air instantly turned cold. 

"Is she the one?"
