"Emma, wake up honey!"

"Yeah, mom" I replied. Even though I said "yeah" I would like to sleep some more time.

'Oh no, Isn't today the school reopening. I should better get going'

I rushed out of my bed to the bathroom and washed my face and called my friend!

"Hello, Emma, what's up bro. Morning". Ellie said. She is my best friend, I love her, but not only her, but we can know the to other one on the way.

"Morning Ellie. am doing good! What are you going to wear today? " I asked her.

"Well, as always. A sweatshirt which is oversized and jeans with black boots. What are you gonna wear?"

"I'm planning for a Dress, anyway when will you reach the school? Will you come here to my home before you go to school so maybe we can go together!" I asked her.

"If you insist. And, girl doesn't make breakfast for me, my mom made nice waffles. we can just hurry to school when I get there. It's the first day, no"

"Okay, bye"

And we both hang up.

I rushed to my room and picked a white dress with blue and green leaf prints.

And then I rushed to the bathroom, then I brushed my teeth and took a shower and got out. I just fixed my makeup and had breakfast and also packed for school.

I really missed school this summer break and I am so grateful that am going back.

Ellie arrived. She hugged me and we both said goodbye to mom and dad and we started to walk.

When we reached our school there is my other BFF who was waiting for me and Ellie to arrive.

Ellie screamed," PAWS!!!".

Yes, that is my next BFF 'PAWS'.

"Hey guys, I've been waiting here for an hour. What took so long?" Paws asked.

"Emma walked slow" Ellie joked...

We three had a little conversation and moved to our class.

there was this notice on the wall of our classroom saying

"School trip. Children who are interested, give names to the respective class teacher"

"I can't believe it!! Another exciting thing on the day of reopening? this is so cool" Ellie said

"Of course, it is exciting. Can we gather on paws' house today to plan about it?" I insisted.

"YEP, we can. it'll be so good to have her mom's spaghetti too.." Ellie replied.

"Why don't you guys come over to have a sleepover too?" Paws suggested.
