The beginning

Well as our heroine is still a child I shall tell you in her place. Gongja is a 4 year old child who was a delight to whoever that saw her. She helped her father and brother by tending to the farm's chickens whenever she got the chance. She also loved feeding them and talking to them regularly.

Bai (her father): " good work as always." he said that as he wiped the sweat off of his forehead and approached to carry Gongja. as she got within his arms she hugged him as she looked at him while asking.

Gongja:" Is it food time already?, father".

He nodded as a response to Gongja's question while heading into the cottage while Chang followed behind with a bitter smile.

As they entered the Cottage Mrs. Feng was waiting for them with the meal already set and ready to be eaten. While they all took their seats Feng had noticed Chang's expression and tried to take in the whole scene behind it. she laughed as she thought that Chang was jealous of Gonna because she was carried while he wasn't so she said.

Feng:"Chang dear, don't pout like that Gongja is still young and she might trip and that's why your father carried her."

Chang was stunned for a bit then tried to say

Chang:"i...i wasn't upset because of that."

His father looked at him in a questioning matter trying to figure out the reason why he was upset. when Chang noticed that all eyes were focused on him he blushed a bit in embarrassment then said in a low voice.

"I...I want to carry Gongja too."

As both parents heard him they looked at each other then laughed a bit.

Feng:" sorry Chang but, you're only 3 years apart so you might fall if you try to carry her."

Bai:" your mother is right maybe if you get stronger I'll let you carry her not only now but to her groom in future as well" as he said that he started patting his head while Gongja was seated on father's lap and observing everything while smiling. she then got off and headed towards Chang and kissed his cheeks as a consolation. His cheeks became strawberry red as he smiled in happiness while thinking *my sister is the cutest being in the world. she is a fairy that was sent to earth and i need to work hard to become stronger and protect her.*

The family dinner went on smoothly and everyone went to take a nap including Gongja. Gongja. Although while Gongja was falling asleep the heard a scratching sound coming from outside. And because Gongja was more of the curious type she went to the window and noticed someone getting into the barn. she stepped outside and headed towards the barn door to notice some red stains on the ground trailing to inside of the barn while hearing a sound of heavy breathing. She was about to enter untill she heard a sound of clopping coming closer. she tried to hide the red stains in a hurry untill the source of the clopping sounds appeared right in front of her. around five horses carrying five men with shining armors appeared Infront of the barn. one of them stepped off of his horse then kneeled Infront of the child. he was kind in nature as he also had a wife and children.

Stranger:" Hello child, what is your name".

Gongja:" i shouldn't tell my name to strangers but because you seem like a kind person I'ma tell you. I'm Gongja, what is your name Mister?". she said innocently.

Fang:" Im Fang little Gongja but I have a question for you. did you perhaps see anyone near here or trying to escape somewhere?"

She shook her head in denial as a response. the man then noticed some of the blood traces then asked her about them.

Fang:" Then little Gongja, could you tell me what are these red stains on the ground"

Gongja was about to get nervous but then she thought of an idea and said.

Gongja :" my father had slaughtered one of our cows today outside but then it got a bit aggressive to he moved it inside to take it's last breaths and here I am cleaning the stains of my dear friend"

as she said that she started faking tears and crying so the man awkwardly rubbed the back of his head then sighed and got on his horse again then left while deciding to believe her. Gongja watched from between her fingers that were covering her face as they left. And what no traces of them were left behind she decided to enter the barn to find that the....to be continued
