16 16. Barbecue

Alex quickly manoeuvred the car and drove towards Selena's small apartment. He bought her one on a high rise building as she liked the view.

Parking the car down in the parking lot, he got out along with Pamela and Hancock. "Let's go get Selena". Alex said and started walking towards the lift.

Pamela glared at Hancock, who just followed along with Alex without even looking back at her. There was a smile on her face as she didn't even bother to look at Pamela.

Alex left them to their own devices. 'Hancock is a Goudere from what I have observed after staying with her. So there is no worry in that regard. Just have to be careful of Selina and everything will be good'.

Alex thought as he made his way up the lift while keeping his hands in his pocket. All of them got in the lift but Pamela just kept glaring at Hancock.

"Okay Pamela stop and try to get along with her please". Alex smiled softly as he patted her head.

"Hmm, okay". Pamela nodded shyly and agreed but not before giving Hancock a final glare.

The lift quickly at the designated and Alex left with the two girls.

"Hey Selena, open the door!" Alex knocked on the door and announced his arrival.

The door was quickly opened and a girl in tight leather pants, high heels with a white T-shirt came out of the apartment.

She had black flowing hair with red lipstick and green eyes that made her look stunning that simple and seductive outfit.

"Hey Selena". Alex gave her a hug as he greeted her.

"Hi Alex". Selena also smiled as he sniffed his scent secretly but Alex was fully aware of this with his keen senses.

"Hi, I am Boa Hancock. Dear's First Girlfriend". Hancock took Alex's arm with one hand and presented her other hand for a handshake.

Selena squinted her eyes when she looked at Hancock and her reaction was like a cat getting her toy stolen.

She quickly hugged Alex tightly and refused to let go and even put her head on his chest in front of Pamela and Hancock.

Hancock's face darkened and her lips twitched and a frown appeared on her brows. She looked at Selena with a scary aura and momentum.

"Let go of Dear". Hancock said it word by word.

"No! Why should I! I knew him first and you came out of nowhere!" Selena glared back with equal momentum with no plans of letting go at all.

She had been dependent on him all these. He was like her bright star and he helped her through everything. He was with her when she needed and now, she wasn't going to lose him to someone else.

Alex smiled helplessly as he looked at their catfight. Well it was a catfight to him. "Alright, stop fighting. We can always share right". Alex said as he hugged all three girls with a dazzling smile.

He didn't care about their opinions and quickly hugged them with his powerful arms that left no room for complaint.

After hugging them for a while, he let go and looked at them with a smile. 'As a qualified Hypocrite and scumbag. I have to know how to handle my Harem'.

Alex nodded his head in his mind and stroked his imaginary beard. 'My Dao of Harem is practically bursting. Sometimes my genius generates Gravity'.

All of them still had some friction between them but the situation had calmed down and was much better now.

Pamela and Selena knew each other before. So there wasn't much of an aversion there. It was just that Hancock came out of nowhere and broke the balance that was maintained between the girls and Alex.

"Alright, let's go or we'll be late for the party". Alex said as he led them out of apartment with a smile.

All of them boarded the car and Alex sped off to Barbara's house. The way was peaceful as Hancock got to sit in the front while the other two sat in the back.

"Here we are". Alex stopped the car in front of a small house that looked neat and clean. It wasn't all that big but it was still quite spacious for two people.

Alex opened the door for the girls like a gentleman and led them to the door. Alex rang the bell and waited at the door patiently.

"Hey Alex, welcome". Barbara said as she happily hugged Alex and led him in the house by quickly taking his arm.

She was so excited that she didn't even notice the other three girls behind Alex. Alex just smiled at her enthusiasm and patted her head out of habit.

The girls looked at each other and smiled helplessly as they walked in behind Alex without saying anything but their eyes spoke volume.

"Where's uncle Gordon?" Alex asked as he looked around the living room and didn't see him anywhere.

"He had to go on an emergency. I am just waiting for everyone to come to start the party in the back". Barbara shrugged her shoulders as she sat next to Alex on the couch.

Hancock was sitting on the other side of Alex with a smile as she leaned her head on his shoulder and just stayed there contently.

"Who else is coming?" Alex asked as he wasn't all that familiar with people in the school.

He just had a limited number of friends. Mainly Barbara, Pamela, Selena and Hancock who was already his girlfriend.

"I invited 5 girls and 2 guys. They should be here any minute". Barbara said and the door bell rang as she finished.

"Speak of the devil". She smiled as she got up from the couch and went to welcome the guests.

The rest of the people quickly arrived as they greeted each other with a smile and some of the girls even started winking at Alex.

"Hi guys, let's go to the backyard for the party". Barbara announced with the smile and everyone shouted and ran to the back.

"Alex, can you do me a favour and handle the barbecue please. *whisper* I will talk to you about the girl later". Barbara looked at Alex as Gordon was going to handle the barbecue but he was not here and she could only ask Alex.

"Okay". Alex smiled helplessly as he headed to start the barbecue.
