Chapter 18 (She is kinda freaky)

I was looking at my phone while thinking for it's properties in this world. I also had access to social media which means I could contact my students and those who I had in my contacts. Like Yuji

So I decided to chat with him. It was still weird because of the knowledge of how signal works. -Yo Yuji, I am alive, But in another world as I can think of it. If you see this contact me back ,My phone works here somehow and I am not sure how it is possible without signal.- Message not send

(Damn i can't contact anyone, but can see updates and new things from my old world.)

After I send him the message. I looked up, Aqua and Kazuma started arguing for some reason.

He was holding her bottle of alcohol and she was crying about it

"Yall good?" I asked with my phone still in my hand

"Kazuma I need your help." A blond woman said as she rushed in

"Who are you?" Everyone asked except Gojo

"Hey Darkness." I said, She was with a different outfit

"Would you guys quit role-playing? I need your help." Darkness replied after she moaned by their words

"Yeah guys by the way i didn't told you that I placed a energymark on her. And I knew what was happeningto her. You guys should stop worrying about things that are not sure to have happened" Gojo said "You can tell them Darkness."

"So alderp asked me to marry his son, and I need your help for it. I don't want to marry him." Darkness said as she gave a drawing of the guy

Kazuma ripped the drawing in half Darkness was confused by his Action and asked him "Why did you do that?"

"My hands slipped" Kazuma answered

Aqua then grabbed the pieces of the drawing and glued them together

Then She gave it to Kazuma

The girls started talking. And Kazuma though for a little Megumin asked him what's wrong and he ripped the drawing in pieces

Then we went outside Aqua started crying holding the pieces of the ripped drawing

"I will not accept this arranged marriage!" Darkness said with anger in her eyes

"And if she does she won't be able to come to quests with us." Megumin added

Kazuma though for a little, but was interrupted by a voice "Kazuma Satou I would like to have a word with you!" The Prosecutor yelled

"Yeah what's up?" Kazuma replied confused

"There are strange monster surrounding the town. You are coming with me, all of you" The prosecutor said with still anger in her voice

Then Megumin made an excuses so they are let to help Darkness

"Megumin you should Go with them, If there is a ton of monsters out there that's a job for your explosion magic" Kazuma said after he put his hand on her shoulder

"But i can't just-" Megumin said ,but got interrupted

"Yes you can you are the only one that can" Kazuma said

Then Megumin agreed and went with Those people

After that we went to the mansion of the dustiness family (Darkness's family)

There we met her father and had a chat. "Then you will consider it Lalatina?" Her father asked

"Of course I will Father. I Your daughter Lalatina will happily attend the meeting." Darkness replied

"And who are those people?" Her father asked

"They are my fellow adventurers. They nicely attended to be with me in the meeting as my maid and butler" Darkness answered

Her father thought for a little and then he ordered his maids to give us clothes. i didn't really asked to be a butler but whatever

After we got dressed up we were in the hallway walking toward the entrance of the mansion "I am counting in you, Look sharp." Darkness said with a serious look on her face

After that we waited for this guy to appear

All the butlers were in the same position except me, I had my hands in my pockets

"I am glad you agreed to this, You look great. All I want is for you to be happy." Her father said

"Don't selibrate yet. I said I will attend the meeting, but I never said I would marry him." Darkness said before she started to laugh like maniac

"Chill out Darkness." I said as everyone looked at me

"You traitor, You will regret this." Darkness said as she got closer to me

"Believe me I won't." I answered with a cocky smile

She tried to hit me but she wasn't able to After that The door opened

It was the guy from the drawing "Sir Walter has arrived." Darkness's father said. When he said so Darkness started walking aggressively toward the guy and started introducing herself. "Again you need to calm down." I said with my hand on her shoulder

After that she got me in the hallway for a talk, we were alone "What are you doing? You were supposed to be helping me." She told me

"I never said I will." I answered which made her excited

"I know the reason alderp arranged this marriage, and it is to give his son more power."

"I don't want to marry him because When he looks at me his gaze is pure." Darkness said

"Yeah I don't care." I answered which made her excited again

When she calmed down she said "The type i am attracted to is the opposite of him. He may be fat and he should be weak willed enough despite of my love for him he is easily distracted by another women. A man that sits on the couch and entire day drinking and blaming society for his problems. Also Slightly perverted. If in debt better, at the end of the day he will throw a empty bottle on my and say, Yo Darkness get your fat ass on the streets and bring me back my money." After that she moaned again

She was kind of friaky, After she said that my facial expression changed into more-like annoyed

"... Let's just get to the others." I said After I did a facepalm

Then we went to the others in the room where we met Her father for the first time

Alexei was there, Aqua and Kazuma also, They were standing behind a couch

Darkness sat on the couch of the opposite side where Alexei was

"I should introduce myself, I am Alexei Barnes Alderp" He said

"And i am Lalatina Ford Dustiness i will spare you the details of my family for even the son of a lord should know a..." Darkness said but was interrupted when Kazuma used ice magic on her

Alexei asked if she is okay and she answered positively

"it seems that seeing you in person has excited mylady to no limit." Kazuma said

"It seems I am in the way here. How about you go for a walk in the garden." Her father said with a happy smile

When hd said that We went to the garden Aqua clapped and some fishes came out of the water

"Any hobbies?" Alexei asked

"Goblin hunt..." Darkness said but got interrupted by Kazuma's hit

"It seems you and your butler are getting along well." Alexei replied

Darkness though for a few seconds and spoke "We do, He goes with me to places where no butler should go. We eat and bath together and in bed..."

"Don't worry mate this never happened" I whispered to Alexei

"Enough." She said as she ripped the bottom part of her dress.

"Alright Alexei. You will accompany my in the training hall. we will see what you are made of." Darkness said pointing toward him

I stood there kind of bored because nothing much was happening.

"I am knight i would never raise my sword to a woman." Alexei said

"Why you spineless.. you should be like Kazuma he has no problem throwing down on a woman."

"If you are going to fight, Do it already it is getting boring." I said with a neutral expression

After i said that Darkness just went for the training hall and Alexei after her

I still haven't remove the mark and so sat on the floor

When Darkness was in the room I teleported there

Alexei and Darkness did a sparing duel. It took long time Darkness didn't land one hit

"Give up already, you should have had enough by now." Alexei said

"Keep going Do not hold back let loose all of your strength upon me."

(It's good she didn't said that to me because she will be a dead meat in seconds.)

"I give up. My skills are great, but your will is greater." Alexei said as he dropped his sword and had his head facing down

"Kazuma show him how it is done." Darkness replied excited

"Nah I am bored and I don't have something better to do so you will fight me." I said as I stepped forward

"Fine then Don't hold back." Darkness answered

"That's a death wish then" I said to her

We started a fight she was with a sword and I just dropped it, but It wasn't over

"What are you giving up?" Darkness asked

"No I am just using my style of fighting." I answered

She then proceeded to hit me, but I dodged it. I was dodging it because it just adds more fun to the battle

Left and right i dodged every single one of her attacks or is she missed them all

Then I stood in one place waiting to get struck, but it never came

After that shd dropped her sword and attacked me bare hand

She tried to grab, me but didn't manage because of my infinity "Imagine getting the honor to hold my hand" I said with a teasing voice

Which made her angry

I grabbed her wrist and gave a palm hit on her belly which made her release air

"I believe this is enough, Just say I give up." I told her

"Never." Darkness replied angrily her wrist was still in my hand and she was hold herself by this

"Let's just make this quick. Look me in the face." I said, At which she did

"Good night." as I put two fingers on her forehead which knocked her out, She collapsed on me "I thought you would like some refreshments and so brought... " Her father said after a maid opened the door. He was holding a bottle of alcohol

"..." I was just staring at him I thought for a little, Nothing

"Aqua any ideas i have nothing to say." I said

"Yeah... So... Kazuma." Aqua replied and didn't knew what to say

"So She wanted to fight Alexei, and he gave up. Then she wanted to fight me, but fought Gojo instead So he knocked her out without harming her." Kazuma said

Her father thought for a little and said Pointing toward the maids "Change her clothes and bring her to me." And so they moved her

Then we went to the room where we were before going in the garden

The maids dropped off Darkness on the couch

He then proceeded to tell About Darkness's past "My daughter was always awkward around others, Even after she became a crusader she had a difficult time finding friends. Every day she would stop by church and pray to Eris for someone to adventure with. Then She found a friend, a thief girl and she was so happy. Her mother died when she was young, so I may have spoiled her a bit, but I also tried to let her have her freedom perhaps I am the one to blame."

"I think Lalatina is a wonderful woman And if it weren't for Kazuma I would want to marry her myself" Alexei said

"I am sorry I don't know where you are getting at." Kazuma said with a neutral expression

"Obviously you would make her happier than I could." Alexei said closing his eyes

"I don't care you are a son of a lord i will beat your ass." Kazuma replied while lifting his sleeves

Lalatina's father started laughing and then requested "continue looking after her make sure she doesn't do anything too foolish."

Darkness opened her eyes and sat on the couch

"Good morning." I said Smiling

"What happened? Where am I? Wait, why am I dressed different?" Darkness asked

"I will just say, I win." I answered "Sometimes power overwhelmes the will."

"I will be going now. I will tell my father I refused the arrangement that should be convenient for us all." Alexei said Before he exited the room

We were silent for a bit when the Door opened again "Kazuma Satou! Where is Kazuma Satou?" It was the Prosecutor and Megumin behind her.
