13 Battle at the Celestial wall

"Vitu, hand me the void piercer."

Ruby eyes widened, "No Lord Alusec, you're still too weak to wield it."

"Silence! I forbid you from meddling..." Alusec turned to stare at her while speaking. He turned back to Vitu and stretched out his hand.

Vitu sighed inwardly knowing he couldn't do anything to change Alusec mind since he was currently in this state.

"As you wish my Lord" Vitu answered while increasing in size, shining a blinding light across space.

Swoooooonn!

The hilt of a sword appeared from the light, which Alusec pulled out.

It was a very long sword about three meters in length with a pointy tip and curved out sharp edges. Half of it was red while the other half was black.

After a few minutes, a doorway appeared in front of Alusec. He went in immediately not wasting any time.

"Close it!" Alusec commanded Miracule.

"Mas....." Before Ruby and Vitu could call out the doorway was closed.

Alusec found himself in another part of the galaxy. In front of him was a vast transparent wall, that kept bleeping in and out of existence.

This was the Celestial border, and beyond it was the celestial realm. The wall was there to prevent anyone below the god level from coming in.

If anyone below the god level tried to visit the celestial realm, they would be restricted by the wall.

Alusec was not yet back to his full strength, so he was also restricted.

He stretched out his hand to touch the wall, only to be repelled back with a strong force.

Alusec rage was once again reignited as he punched out with his right fist while holding the sword in his left hand.

"Aahhh!"

Bang!

His fist connected with the wall only for him to be sent flying into the distance as the wall repelled the force he sent out with twice the power.

"Cough! Cough!" Alusec felt his insides churn. The fist he sent out was powerful enough to destroy a whole street, imagine the force multiplying by two.

Alusec held the hilt of the sword with both hands, "Void piercer, ignite!" Alusec shouted out.

Booooommm!

The sword ignited in flames, as it increases in size. One-half of the flames were black while the other was red. It was still increasing in size while Alusec hands were trembling from the weight as he struggled to hold it up.

It finally stopped growing, reaching almost the size of Calicrum's Time saber. It's dazzling flames spread far across the galaxy.

"VOID DESTROYING SLASH!" Alusec screamed out and flew towards the wall, attacking it again.

Baaaaaaannnggggg!

The sword slammed into the wall and a seventeen-meter deep crack was formed on it, but it started repairing itself again.

At the other end of the galaxy Ruby and Vitu watched the footage of Alusec causing a crack on the wall and were shocked, 'I remember him saying that he had only recovered a thousandth... I'm a deity but yet, I can't cause a crack on the wall.' Ruby thought.

Ruby and Vitu could see Alusec's hand trembling as he tried to attack the wall again.

At the wall Alusec shouted while clenching the sword tight, "Mirage of Desecration!"

He slashed out once but the slash transformed into ten consecutive strikes, connected together.

The crack went from being seventeen meters long to over seven hundred meters.

Alusec didn't pause for a second and kept slashing out, milking out strength from the very depths of his source world.

Slash! Slash! Slash! Slash! Slash!

Craaaccckkkk!

The cracks kept increasing on the wall and the regeneration couldn't keep up with his slashes.

-In the celestial realm

The mandiru mountains

Gods gathered above a large mountain peak floating in the air while crossing their legs.

They were in the hundreds.

A god was in the middle, with a crown floating above his head. He had long blue hair and a red robe with dragon engravings on them.

This man was none other than Calicrum.

"Fellow gods I greet you." When he spoke, every one of them placed their attention on him.

"We gather here today to discuss a potential threat to our future!" The god who was none other than Calicrum stated with solemn look.

When Calicrum gave the reason for calling the gathering, chatters could be heard all over the place.

They never expected that a day would come when something that could threaten them, would come into existence.

"Yes.... do not be surprised, there is truly something... or to be more precise someone who can threaten our existence." Calicrum continued.

"God-king Calicrum, who is this person you speak of?" One of the gods asked.

Everyone focused on Calicrum again waiting for him to spill the beans.

Calicrum paused for a dramatic effect before continuing.

"He is none other than....." before he could finish his statement he felt something.

A kind of vibration coming from the far ends of the celestial plane.

They all felt it and stared eastwards.

"Someone is trying to break through the wall." Calicrum eyes widened as he spoke.

"It can't be? did he come here to get caught again? hahahaha..... this is awesome, he just offered himself up on a platter..." Calicrum senses had already arrived there in a split second and he realised who the culprit was. 

Swooooonnnn!

Calicrum flew eastwards after speaking not explaining anything to the rest of the gods. Abilech, Zorander, and Vera followed him, but they couldn't catch up, Calicrum was the god of time and space after all.

A kind of portal opened up in the process of flight and he immediately phased through it.

The other gods stared at Calicrum entering into the portal in a distance, and understood that the threat he spoke of was the one causing trouble at the wall.

"I want to see who this threat is with my own eyes!" One of the gods spoke and flew in the direction that Calicrum went to.

The other gods stared at each other and nodded, flying off in the same direction.

They were all heading towards the celestial wall.

-Back at the wall

Alusec was already bleeding from almost every part of his body, his hands were trembling violently while blood trickled out from both sides of his lips. There was already a wide hole in the middle of the cracks.

"Huff! Huff! Huff! Huff!" Alusec kept panting.

He felt so much pain in his body, but it couldn't compare to the pain that he felt in his heart. The wall was no longer repairing itself, the void piercer had damaged its ability to repair.

Alusec raised his hand up wanting to attack again when he sensed something heading towards him from inside the wall.

Calicrum was very fast and had already seen the huge cracks in the sky like that of spiderwebs. He sped towards the crack which was in space and could already see Alusec.

Alusec noticed him too, his rage and killing intent was fired up again.

In the other part of the galaxy, Miracule informed Ruby and Vitu of the approaching threat.

"Miracule, you need to open a barrier for us to get to Lord Alusec or he's going to get caught again." Ruby shouted out.

"My orders were the opposite." Miracule answered.

"Do you want master to die?" Vitu asked.

"No, but I cannot disobey orders unless master is in grave danger," Miracule answered

"HE IS IN DANGER RIGHT NOW!" Ruby and Vitu shouted at the same time, pointing at Calicrum who was already standing opposite Alusec.

"Oh.... I meant the danger of death... and master is currently unkillable." Miracule answered.

"Hey, old dog.... do you want to be demolished and turned into a resort center?" Ruby threatened.

Miracule; "..." 'did she just imply that I bark?'

"I'm sure you don't, now open that portal you son of a brick!" Ruby voiced with a look of annoyance.

Miracule;"..." 'what a way to degrade me, I was made from the finest materials and not from some common bricks' he thought but did not dare retort.

"It will take a while, hold on." Miracule decided to compromise.

-Back at the wall

Alusec and Calicrum stood on opposite sides and stared at each other from a distance, although they were thousands of meters apart, they could see each other clearly.

"You came back to be imprisoned master..." Calicrum was in the process if speaking when Alusec interrupted with a word.

"DIE!"

Alusec raised the sword up, with his aura intensifying like waves.

'What's this oppressive feeling? he should not be able to use power on this scale.' Calicrum thought, his face filled with bewilderment as he felt the powerful and oppressive aura climbing.

'I can't let him complete whatever technique, he's trying to use.' Calicrum thought and prepared to attack.

Alusec aura kept climbing to the extent that even the celestial wall was started to tremble.

He opened his eyes and turned the sword sideways.

"Time and space chaotic slash!"

"Space compressing necropolis!"

They both shouted out at the same time, Alusec being the former and Calicrum being the latter.

Alusec slashed out, while Calicrum sent out a large time and space coffin with the intention of trapping Alusec.

The slash was covered in black and red flames and flickering between reality and illusion as it traveled, breaking through the the wall.

It continued moving towards the large coffin.

Calicrum was shocked because they both sent out an attack of time and space which would cause complications upon contact but he couldn't retrieve an attack that he had already sent out.

Booooommmmm!

The coffin and the slash slammed into each other and exploded, causing huge shockwaves, which traveled across the entire area in a rippling form. 

Bang!

The shockwaves collided with both Alusec and Calicrum sending them flying away from one another.

Alusec coughed out a mouthful of blood as the pain made him release his grip from the sword and lost consciousness. His robes were in tatters, with blood seeping out of his orifices.

While he was floating away in space a doorway appeared in front of him and a white pair of hands reached out and pulled him into it. The doorway closed up and disappeared.

After flying a distance away, Calicrum steadied himself and looked around, only to see dimensional rifts that were created due to the blast. The celestial wall was torn down and no longer repairing itself.

There was a long cut on Calicrum's face that made him look hideous.

"How was he able to use that amount of strength, didn't he just recover a thousandth?" Calicrum wondered to himself in shock.

The gods finally arrived at the scene and saw the torn-down wall and the galaxy in chaos with Calicrum staring at a particular direction, his back facing them.

"What happened here God-king Calicrum." One of the gods asked.

Calicrum turned to face them with his eyes closed.

Gasp!

They were shocked to see a large cut on his face. He suddenly opened his eyes with a fierce glint, "THE GODLY ABOMINATION HAS RETURNED!"

Gasp!

Again the crowd of gods were shocked.

That word... Abomination! Was a familiar one.

After recollecting who that title was given to back in those days, a lot of them had pale faces.

"There's no need to worry, he still very weak right now.. " Calicrum tried to calm them down, but they looked at the chaos that the battle had caused and thought at this same time, 'This is the power of someone recovering.... when he finally gets to full power what will become of us.... we're done for!'

"Not to worry! I have a plan in mind and I believe we might be able to end him for good this time!"

(Author's note: A lot of people will think of dropping this novel at this point but believe me, there's a reason for every annoying plot/situation.... please keep reading and in the future chapters you'll understand why this had to happen.
