8 New System and Future Plans 2

After leaving the restaurant and buying a few necessary things, Dante returned to Blue Icy Hotel and booked a room on the upper floor. The room was on the twentieth-two floor.

The area of the entire room was not as big as Dante had imagined, only less than 40 square meters, which is like a standard suite. The only thing special was a small bar equipped with a small refrigerator.

"Sir, if you need anything, just use the voice message in the room. I wish you a good rest."

The young lady said and closed the door gently.

After entering the room, the first thing that Dante did was turn on the air conditioner. He then when to take a bath and switched to more comfortable clothes before sitting on the couch.

''You can start now." He announced and the system which had been dormant under his order woke up.

[Greetings master, I'm the consciousness of the new system created just for your usage.]

Dante nodded and immediately fired a question at the new system.

''You mean to say that I have perfect control over you and can set the priorities?"

Of course, he was not a retard to voice these words out directly because the system existed inside his brain, using his brainwaves to talk to him, so he just has to do the same to answer, no need to open his mouth like an idiot because it was how he would look like if someone was here and saw him talking to himself with no one present.

Meanwhile, after hearing its master's question which was more like a confirmation than a question, the system answered.

[Affirmative. Master has an absolute privilege over me and I'm completely under your complete control.]

''That is good to know.''

Although, he had expected those words, hearing them still made him happy as it would mean he hadn't suffered so much pain for anything and it would also mean his first step towards absolute freedom was taken.

Dante felt like laughing aloud but managed to control himself in the end as this is just a small victory no need to overreact as more opportunities would come later, right now he had more important things to do. He had to set his priorities and how he would be using this assistance to the freedom system.

As he was ruminating on many things, Dante lost track of time and became disconnected from reality not until the system's voice rang out and brought him out of his reverie.

[Master, I have a request.] The system said.

[I want to request a name to determine my gender as I'm genderless at the moment.] Knowing its owner's personality the system went straight to the point without a long speech.

''I see.'' It was finally now that Dante did remember that the system was genderless and he had to name it. As for what name he would be using he didn't have to think for too long to finally select one.

''You will be called Nemesis because you will be the tool to my freedom as well the weapon against them.'' He declared and this declaration was to let the system know what purpose she would be serving.

[Nemesis's name registered. Ding..! From now on I'm Nemesis the tool to use for your goals.]

Nemesis declared with an extremely beautiful voice. She had now a gender, a female type system and she knew what her purpose was.

Dante nodded satisfied with her response, he didn't want something complicated as it would be burdensome to deal with.

''What are your features?" He asked right after naming the system.

Nemesis didn't wait for long before answering.

[Replying to master's question. My current abilities except for showing you your status and acting as a danger sensor but only in extreme cases, I'm pretty much useless until you use your privilege as an administrator to set a few priorities. I'm a new system after all.]

Dante nodded as he understood what she meant and it was exactly what he wanted as he would be using this privilege to see if he could get something he might desperately need later.

''I want to use this privilege to have you create a special ability capable of helping me see other's status if I want. Let's see, the limit of this skill will be someone two levels above mine.''

This skill if it could be created would be essential and as for him setting such a limit, it was just because he was conscious of how hard the creation of this skill could be and above everything else he had to set the priority lower to maximize the profit and also being able to see the status of someone with a strength of one level higher is a pretty good thing as it could help you judge the other party, their worth and as well countermeasures if needed to be.

In the situation he was unable to see someone's status this could mean this person was two levels higher than him or even higher and it was now like this ability upon its creation couldn't evolve just as he believed in the evolution of his system, he just has to take one step at time. The first step towards his plans would depend on whether this ability could be created or not, so he had to ask.
