5 It Was Time To Reincarnate!

"I will just accept your offer, but before that, I want to make sure of one thing." Luke considered it before making up his mind.

"System, you probably know what I am thinking, right?"

[...Yes host]

"Then tell me, would you ever betray me?"

[Impossible host...]

"Explain, why?" Luke pressed, wanting clarity before proceeding.

[It will be better to show you, host.]

Suddenly, a blue screen appeared in front of his face, displaying a detailed explanation of what he wanted to know.

[Does the host want to become the official host of the God System?]

[Yes/No]

[Note: the moment the host accepts the offer, the host should know that the system and host will be bound for eternity even in the next life; if the host happens to die, the system will also disappear, in other words, death.]

Reading the note, Luke's expression turned to shock as he realized the magnitude of the system's choice of choosing him as host.

"Are you sure that I'm the only one compatible with the system?" Luke asked, his voice filled with disbelief.

[Yes]

"So you will never leave me?"

[Correct host]

"Why are you doing this? I mean, if I die, you will also disappear. Isn't that too much risk for you?" He asked because he wanted to know why the system was taking such a big risk.

[Sigh... Like I said previously, host, I am not your ordinary system; for me to find a host that is compatible and worthy of being bound for eternity is... impossible.]

[So I was lucky to find you host; if you ever choose to not be bound with me, the system will continue and travel between stars and galaxies to find another host, which may never happen again.]

The system explained its robotic voice filled with a tinge of sadness.

"..."

"Okay, I understand your point." Luke nodded, understanding the system's unique situation and the risk of him refusing its offer.

It was willing to bind with him just for the risk of not finding another host later.

After a long time of thinking, he took a deep breath and considered the system's offer carefully.

On the one hand, he could potentially gain incredible power and achieve all his dreams.

On the other hand, there was a risk that the system could harm him or exert too much control over his thoughts and actions.

He decided to ask the system some more questions to clarify the nature of the binding and the potential risks involved.

He wanted to make sure that he fully understood what he was getting himself into before making any kind of decision.

"Can you tell me more about what you mean by 'binding'?" He asked.

[By binding, I mean that we will become one entity. Your consciousness will merge with mine.]

[You will gain access to all of my knowledge and all abilities that I could offer you, and I will help you get stronger.] The system replied.

"And what kinds of risks are involved in this binding?" Luke asked.

[There is no risk to the host; like I said, I will not, in any circumstance, affect any of the host's decisions; the host can act as he likes.]

"Um, okay, I accept your offer. I will trust you on this." Luke accepted the system's offer.

He will trust it as it really doesn't have anything against him, and if what it said is true, that means it could never betray him or leave him, which means he doesn't have a reason to refuse its offer.

He yearned to reunite with his family again and get his revenge on that group of bastards that beat the shit out of him. He can still remember everyone's mocking faces at that party.

'Bitch, get ready because the next moment I see you, you and that guy will be regretting the day you played with my feelings,' he muttered under his breath.

Accepting the system's offer would give him the power he needed to make them pay.

The thought of finally having the upper hand fueled his determination, and he knew deep down that he would stop at nothing to return to earth.

"I'm willingly accepting your offer."

He spoke the words with conviction, his voice steady and resolute.

The system acknowledged his acceptance, a surge of energy coursing through his veins.

[The system is currently in the process of binding with the host after the host has accepted its offer.]

[~~The binding process has been successfully completed~~]

As the merging of Luke and the system consciousnesses was completed, a vast and complex web of information flooded his mind.

The God System was now a part of him.

As the God System merged with him, Luke began to understand its nature and how the system worked.

It was a system that had been designed to make his host stronger and to ensure that it would happen in a controlled and orderly fashion.

The system will reincarnate the host into a world where the host can get stronger faster.

Apocalypse is, in short, the end of a world.

The host of the system can grow faster by acquiring something called GP, short for God Points.

In order for the host to acquire GP, the host must undertake missions.

These missions will be assigned by the system.

Additionally, the host has the option to eliminate either beasts or humans in order to gain more GP, and having intercourse with the other gender also grants GP.

Something that Luke didn't want to do; better if he stayed a virgin at the age of 30, maybe he could become a wizard or an archmage.

With the use of God Point (GP), the host will gain the ability to enhance various aspects of his physical and mental capabilities, such as strength, skills, and other related attributes.

As the merge with the system was completed, Luke felt a surge of energy and a sense of disorientation in the space around him.

It was time to reincarnate!
