So, in the face of such a deeply rooted trauma, Alex decided to respond in the way he knew best.
He had his wives disperse around the world, and pick a fight with all three of the major powers.
In this world there existed three groups that created an uneasy balance of power between them. They were the Seven Warlords of the sea, the Four Emperors, and the three Admirals.
The Seven Warlords, currently six, were all pirates that were notorious around the world for one reason or another. However, they had all also accepted pardons from the Marines that removed their bounties, and gave them free reign to do as they wished, so long as they fought in the Marine's interest when called.
The Four Emperors on the other hand were four of the most notorious and powerful pirates in the entire world, with each one commanding an army with territories large enough to be considered genuine emperors. As such, their positions and strength made it to where even the World Government hesitated to take action against them.
And finally were the three Admirals, the second highest authority within the Marines under the Fleet Admiral. The three of them were like a living force of nature on their own, each one being capable of striking fear into all they appeared before, with the exception of a select few like the Four Emperors.
Of the Warlords Alex had his little necromancer, Eri, attack Thriller Bark where Gecko Moria resided, and was building an army of zombie soldiers with his Shadow Devil Fruit. Just by setting foot on the island though, Eri had released all of the shadows Moria had enslaved to his will, and taken control of his army of zombies while also resurrecting those he had yet to raise, like the colossal Oars.
Meanwhile Erza, Yami and Shizuku had gone to Dressrosa to confront Doflamingo, and remove him from his position as king of the country while also taking him and his entire crew captive. And from the clips Alex saw of the battle, it was quite an interesting one with Yami combating Doflamingo's String Devil Fruit with her transform abilities, namely her hair.
While those two particular Warlords were being taken care of, Yue had taken several of her vampires to attack one of the Four Emperors, Big Mom. She, unlike Doflamingo and Moria, controlled an entire chain of islands called Totto where she sought to create a utopia where all the races of the world could live together in 'peace'.
Kaido meanwhile ruled over the island of Wano with the current Shogun being nothing more than his little puppet. So, Alex hadn't hesitated to send the bugged bunny Shia to deal with him, along with Mirajane for added muscle, and Lucy to bolster their numbers against his army.
And while Alex didn't necessarily mind the Marines, as their ultimate goal was to protect the innocent people from the vicious pirates that populated the world, they unfortunately served the World Government as their loyal dogs. So, Alex hadn't hesitated to send San, Lala, Yuna and the Combat Maids to free all of the slaves residing in Mary Geoise where the Celestial Dragons lived, which turned the entirety of the World Government against him in one fell swoop.

After saving Robin, and promising to make her enjoy her life from now on regardless of if she wanted it or not, Alex then gave the members of CP9 a message to pass on to the World Government on his behalf.
'Gather the entirety of the Marine's strength, and all of the might that could be mustered by the World Government. In one week, I WILL personally attack Mary Geoise, and I WILL slaughter every single Celestial Dragon.'

The only things that gave him pause about moving forward in this world was all of the unknowns regarding the figure that sat upon the 'empty' throne above the World Government, Imu, and the possibility of another reincarnator in this world. There was no sign of one yet, but Alex knew they could just be letting events play out according to the original plot like Grant had in Dragon Ball.
Well regardless, his actions today would gain him the attention of everyone all over the world, and if there was a reincarnator then they would likely seek him out or otherwise make themselves known.
Instead of dwelling on that though, Alex thought back to the success of his earlier experiment as he produced an item in the air above him to admire, the Doa Doa no Mi.
