C32 Lazarus Syndrome 1/2

"So uhm... What'ya all doin' here?"

"What did she say?"

"Speak normally please. We can't understand what you're saying."

I tried speaking casually to them but it appears that the familiar tall girl with the white hair could not understand me. It was as if she was unfamiliar with the accent I used.

"Okay... Anyway, are you one of the Carson's boy?"

"Hmm... I think so?..."

He said with a confused expression. It looked like he wasn't sure if he was considered one of their child so I tried asking him in a different way. Maybe he's their slave or something.

"Are you the biological son of the Carson's?"

"No."

"Ah, I see. Then who are you guys and what were all you doing here? and did you see the Carsons get in the graveyard?"

"... Yes? I guess? or did they really bury her body here before?"

So they did come here, but when? and where are they? Are they already gone, did they go home already? He had an unusual wording so I asked him for further information.

"So where are they now?"

"Oh, her body's not here now, Mom said she was taken to some factory to-aw! What was that for?"

"Seth, you shouldn't just casually tell people about these stuff. They'll get creeped out just like what happened when you kept talking like that to me."

The pretty girl pinched Seth's side which caused him to jolt in pain and after that whispered loudly to him about the ridiculousness of these events.

"Really? You thought I was creepy?"

"At some point, yes, but it's over now. I've already seen so much weird stuff in this world that nothing will surprise me anymore. I think?"

I let them talk to each other as they seem to be wary of me. They've been really calm about this situation right from the start. It was as if they were used to these wild activities.

I think I've caught myself up into some really troublesome people.

We're actually sitting inside my limousine, eating candy and talking about what happened. The car was really wide that both of them could lie flat side by side and would still leave space for me to roll on, not that I want to. I had them sit on the floor while we talked because they liked it.

From the information I've collected, nothing was really useful so far. I think I might have to bribe them if I really want to know.

"Hey, you two."

"Yes?" x2

"Aren't you cold sitting on the floor?"

"Nope, not really."

The boy said while the girl just shrugged.

"It's really comfy on this furry mat and I casted self warming magic on myself."

Said the girl while rolling around the bear's fur mat.

"Cast one on me too, Char!"

"No way Seth! I still have to get back at you for what you did to me!"

"Come on, I didn't have a choice back then!"

"I hate you Seth!"

They're both really talking about something that would make anyone curious and as a person who really hates being in the dark, I finally decided to try and bribe them.

"Hey, Seth. You want to get warm right?"

"Yes?"

He answered questionably.

"Scooch closer to me."

"Okay? but why?"

While still sitting on the mat, he scooched his butt over to me who was sitting on the leather coated seat at the very end of the car.

"Feels warm right?.. oh! your hands are cold."

"Yeah... It feels warm~"

I took off my sandals and placed my legs over Seth's shoulders as he faced the other way to make him feel warm but he held my feet with his cold hands so I was a little surprised. I was wearing a one piece mini dress so I think I'm quite appealing as I am now and of course I had shorts under it.

"What do you think you two are doing?"

It looked like he liked it so I tried asking him the questions.

"So Seth, mind telling me what happened?"

"You mean why is she mad at me?"

"I wouldn't ask that if I were you."

The tall pretty girl advised. From the tone of her voice, it sounded like it had something worth diving for but also sounded like she was warning me about that thing worth diving for.

"Yes Seth~"

I seductively whispered to his ear.

"brrrr! *Shiver-Please don't do that, it's really cold."

"Just tell me, please?"

"I rubbed a weathered gravestone with molds using my bare hands and was ordered to cover her mouth with it, so- Aw hey!"

No wonder she was angry at him. That's not something a boy like him who looked like that should do to a pretty girl like her.

'Char', was a really pretty girl.

Her white bluish white hair was like from someone who lived in hotel, her skin too was extraordinarily white, like a baby's but most of all...

Although I could tell she was wearing contact lens, but it had nothing to do with it as her contact lens were not the flashy type but the type were for color blind people.

I think this girl bought it from my store, coincidentally someone stole a pair and the person who stole that pair was this disgusting boy.

The contacts had some effect to how her eyes could be seen by others, but I, for a person who specializes in selling those things would be able to ignore those effects and see through her real eyes. Her blue eyes were out of this world... I mean literally, her eyes were see through, it looked like it was about to disappear.

I wouldn't want to accuse her of being a thief, so I'll leave it at that for now.

"Ew! Seth! Please! Go wash your hands! There's water over there!"

*Sigh

"Really!? there's water here? Thanks little miss!"

After pushing the dirty Seth away with me feet, I wiped the part where he held me with a napkin and threw it out the window while he took the bottle of water under the seat on the other side of the car.

"I can't believe I tried seducing you!"

"Seducing me? You would never succeed even if you were the last girl on earth, little miss!"

Seth proudly declared, while pouring the water on his hand outside the window to wash it.

"What's 'Earth'?"

Ticked by the Seth's bold claim, I ignored Char's question and started yelling at Seth.

"Really!? That's a bold claim for an ordinary guy!"

"Hey, I just said it because I don't really want to get arrested for dating a children. I didn't mean anything from it."

"Then take it back and apologize!"

"Alright, I'm sorry I didn't mean it little miss."

He stood slightly and apologized while bending 90 degrees, probably because he would bump his head if he stood straight.

He's a good person after all.

"And stop calling me little miss! I have a name!"

"I know, I know, you're Fio right? born the 5th of December. Age, 15?"

He said as he threw the empty water bottle then slowly closed the window he was using.

"Wow, you know a lot for someone who doesn't have any romantic interests in the person."

"Whaat? You don't know her? She's famous!"

"You know me?"

"Yeah, Of course I do. Fiorella, A.K.A sadistic little flower. Isn't that right?"

I hid my face while nodding in embarrassment. I didn't expect for him to know me. He was so casual to me even though we just met.

"You're famous? She's famous?"

After giving it a little cool down, I shook my head and answered with pride:

"Yes I am! and now that you already know, bow down before me, you lowly peasants!"

"Eh? Why should I? No princess would ever bow down just because you have a little fame on you, you should know that for a fact."

"A 'little fame', you say? I am-What is that?!"

A bright glow coming from outside the window was gleaming through and caused me to halt my declaration.

It was so bright that when we turned to face it, we had to cover our eyes even with the dark-tinted glass window of the car.

"So bright!.. Oh, it's gone?"

"Hello? Seth? Char? Little girl? Come out you guys!"

Seth rolled down the window again and called out to the voice calling us.

I think I was being referred to as 'little girl'.

"Oh! There you are, come with me for a bit. I'm going to talk to the 'newly revive guys' you piled."

"She's probably just scared of the dark. Do you have a lamp here?"

Asked Char after opening the car and getting off it. Seth and I followed after her while saying:

"A lamp? Why would I have a lamp in a car?"

"Just use your powers to make light. It's brighter that way."

"You're right. A lamp would just be in the way."

As soon as she said that, a tiny light source came glowing on her hand and floated above our heads and started to walk towards where the voice came from.

"Magic..."

I whispered in awe.

*Chuckle

"Stop that!"

"haha-I'm sorry, it's just, I can relate to you in these matters. When I was your age-"

"Okay stop. I get it, you don't have to tell the whole story."

I said to Seth who started telling his tale when I saw a much smaller sized cute girl with a circlet on her hair ahead of us.

She was the same girl who made fun of me earlier, she was probably the cause of the bright light and loud voice too.

"So, what did you want to talk about-Hey! Hey! What's with the sword!?"

"Woah."

I haven't seen magic this intense since birth!

It was the circlet on her head, it transformed into a golden glowing sword when she took it off!

The glow was so bright that you can't say for sure what the actual features was. The only thing you could see was her hand holding a golden light shaped like a sword.

"I have to do this Seth, or else you'll be sent to the other place."

"Do what exactly?"

I asked Char who was quietly watching the two, attacking and evading each other. It looked like she too, was amazed by the formless glowing sword.

"Revenge."
