SUGGESTIONS REQUIRED and POWER SCALING AND INTERRACTION
I know that changing the original creator's story and their designed characters can be considered offensive but I have no such intention. Even if you consider that this is not right please feel free to drop this fan-fiction. I will change some character's power levels so be prepared. My OCs are

and since for the love interest, the most vote has gone to Ha Yuri Zahard then I will consider her but I won't be writing any romance until the Protagonist reaches at least the 30th floor please bear with me I don't feel confident in writing romance. but can rest be assured you will get a glimpse of it here and there.

---POWER SCALING---
HOW THE POWER SCALING WORKS IF EVERYONE IS GRANTED THE USAGE OF SHINSU BY THE GUARDIAN OF THE FLOOR. It is more to do with how much a person can use shinsu in one attack and how long he can keep using it without burdening his/her body. There is no such thing as core in which they store Shinsu or refine them they do all that while in combat, they give it properties like lighting ice, etc. So the more proficient one is in manipulating Shinsu and the faster he/she can manipulate the more advantage he/she will hold in battle. IT IS NOT CANNON THERE IS NO SUCH INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON HOW PEOPLE USE THEM BUT I THINK SINCE THEY ARE FORMING A CONTRACT WITH GUARDIAN IT'S LIKE GUARDIAN IS ALLOWING THEM TO USE A PART OF HIS OWN POWER FOR THEIR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSE OR MAYBE THEY WERE TOLD TO DO SO(sort of). I will explain more about it in the future.
THE RANKING OF HIGH RANKERS IS NOT ENTIRELY BASED ON HOW POWERFUL THEY ARE BUT ALSO ON HOW MUCH INFLUENCE THEY HOLD INSIDE THE TOWER.

-High Shinsu Comprehension: (his ability to control Shinsu is monstrous though he can't shape them effectively as of yet but can be considered MONSTER AMONG MONSTERS)
-Shinsu Spear: (Shisu molded in the form to resemble like spear the shape isn't perfect but by the sheer amount of Shinsu is compressed inside it can be pretty deadly for anyone below D-rank veteran even with full defense)(I'm making him powerful because he isn't going to be fighting regulars all the time) Right now his most powerful attack.
-Shinsu Bangs: can control 3 bangs but very high damage(deadly for anyone below E rank regulars) creating three bangs is his limit as it requires very high concentration and if fights in close combat so he always have to move them along with him.
