1 Hello Once Again

Jed opens his eyes, surprised as he believes that he has died. Jed looked around him and wondered what had happened, only to find himself standing in utter darkness, no one around, nothing to see but himself. He tried to remember what it was that made him think such. Confused, Jed touched his eyes. Opening his hand, he felt his face completely. Touching his face made him rapidly remember what had just happened. He was in a panic. What happened to his beautiful body? All he could feel was the roughness of his skin -- something he did not want to remember. His body returned to its original state. By this time, Jed had finally accepted that he was being mocked by God. His neck and heart were dismembered by two female royals. From what Jed had seen, they were either a forbidden couple or sisters. While he might've not been so wrong about that, he didn't care anyway.

A light shone over his face as he thought about his apathetic death. He had wondered why such a bright light appeared out of nowhere. When he finally looked, he saw the moon and all of its might. Why does he feel like the moon is mocking him? Jed then heard a voice that greeted him. In Jed's eyes, it was the moon before him that the voice originated from. While Jed believed he was undeserving of the moon's grace, the moon insisted. Jed, unable to resist, felt both the cold of the moon's heart and its warmth.

His life flashed before his eyes… a life that he wished he never wasted.
