5 Symbol Of Peace

[God's Cafe, Kira POV]

It has been a few weeks since my first visitors found their way into the cafe.

These past weeks have been rather dull for me, to tell the truth. I had been hoping that The Justice League would show up to check the place out but unfortunately, no suck luck.

Pamela did come to visit a few days after the first meeting to express her surprise about how she can hear her plants speak to her a lot more clearly now and decided to buy another salad for 25 CC.

Since then, I have spent my days reading various light novels and manga from worlds other than Earth. But, honestly, they are nowhere near as good. The characters all suck, no one can come up with original ideas, and the writing quality is just atrocious.

Thankfully my pain ends today since I can feel a new person is about to enter soon enough.

Soon for me anyways. Time flows at different rates in all universes. Connecting to my cafe brings them closer together and synchronizes them at least a little, but not completely.

A year can go by in one universe while a day goes by in another but to me, sitting in my comfy cafe that may feel like a month.

What makes things even more complex is that the omniverse is ever moving, making it possible that the time rates of universes change drastically without warning.

Stopping this train of thought, I hear the front door opening as a scrawny-looking man steps in with several grocery bags in his hands.

Before his foot even reaches the ground, he throws his bags on the floor as smoke appears all around him, filling up the building. Good thing I had opened the windows earlier, or he would suffocate himself in all this smoke.

As the smoke clears away, I see a giant hulking man with a permanent smile on his face processing the information pushed into his brain.

"Man, I was just going out to get some groceries. How did I end up in this kind of a place?" He asks out loud but presumably not directing it at me as he still seems dumbfounded at the situation he finds himself in.

"Hey, welcome to my cafe. In the future, when transforming, please be mindful of other people in the building." Of course, right now, there is no one here besides me, but better to warn him now than have a bunch of Karens demanding to speak to the manager later.

Turning to me, the man starts laughing and says, "Sorry about that, but I'm sure you can understand. I was just walking out of the supermarket when suddenly I ended up here, thought I had walked into a trap, so I transformed ready to fight but well…." His words trail off as he takes a good look around the place for the first time.

"This is unquestionably the craziest thing I've come across in my life" He squats down to pick up his bags before sitting down at a nearby table.

"My name is Toshinori Yagi, by the way, but most call me All Might." He introduces himself while opening up the store and sorting it to show him only things he can afford.

"Any power you could buy for 100 CC would not be useful to someone as strong as yourself. Instead, I recommend you look at the menu for food and drinks, and you might find something of interest to you." I hinted to All Might, who now has a more curious expression on his face as he closes the store and looks at the menu instead.

He scans through the various meals for a while, seeing many powerful effects that could help him in his fights, like temporary increased strength or stamina, but nothing surprised him more than the last item in the drinks list.

[Vodka, 100CC - Functions as an all-cure. Fully cures all injuries, poisons, and diseases.]

Not believing his eyes, I see his smile disappear for the first time as his face adopts a more serious expression, and he asks, "Is this for real?" without ever moving his eyes from the menu as if afraid the drink would disappear if he looked away even for a second.

"Of course, it's real. I'm not here to rip people off."

"Many years ago, while fighting my arch enemy, I took extensive damage that has nearly crippled my ability to fight and is slowly killing me. Could this bring me back to my peak form?" All Might asks after telling me about his fight with All for One.

"I guarantee it. Would you like to purchase one?" I inquire, already knowing the answer to that as he nods nervously.

Before long, the drink is in front of him, and he gulps it down without hesitation.

For a brief moment, nothing seems to happen, but then suddenly, a burst of light erupts out of his stomach area. Within seconds the light redacts back into his body, and All Might lifts his shirt only to see the scars from before having completely disappeared.

"HAH, IT WORKED!" All Might yells out with excitement, the signature smile back on his face even more prominent than before.

"I can't thank you enough for this. I can finally get back to working as a full-time hero without hindrances." He says while patting me on the shoulder with his fully recovered strength. This could seriously hurt someone you know?

"No need to thank me, just be here for any missions when you can," I tell him, and he seems happy with that.

"No problem, I'll be here in an instant whenever you have a job for me. I look forward to seeing where you send me to." He says and picks up his grocery bags, getting ready to return to his own world, but I stop him before he can.

"You won't have to wait for long. The newest customers are about to arrive, and it seems they have a crisis in their hands." I state, and he sits back down.

As soon as I finish my sentence, the door opens for the second time today as a bald man in a wheelchair rolls in, followed by several others.

Note: That whole explanation about time was just there to give me an excuse for time skips in certain universes or explain why time moves faster / slower in one universe compared to another. No need to worry about it too much.
