She's not what I thought..

Xen was conveniently shown the way by one of his subordinates but he was soon blocked by a man in a expensive looking black robe, he had his hair in a bun and had a scar on his right cheek.

'This man's posture.. he practices the sword everyday.' Xen deduced within a matter of seconds.

"Xen, you must practice! You go out everyday to mess around and I'm tired of it! As my student I won't have you spending time on these frivolous desires! You must be stronger, you have to be! While you were absent another city fell, but you were busy playing in the desert." The sword expert angrily yelled at Xen.

'I know that it's not my fault.. but this is kind of annoying..' Xen wanted to just kill him and leave, but his mind thought of something more entertaining.

"Oh! I'm so sorry teacher!" Xen got out on one knee and took a rainbow colored pill out of his pocket and presented it to the sword expert. "Please accept this as my apology! I found this deep within the desert!"

The sword expert was surprised and put his head closer to the pill to inspect it.

'There is quite a large quantity of mana leaking from this pill.. It's genuine!'

The sword expert put on his best smile and laughed.

"Oh Xen! You know I was just playing right! Thank you for your gift my favorite student!" Xen laughed inwardly.

Xen normally wasn't this immature or enjoyed doing pranks but seemingly due to his new race he had inherited some quirks here and there. Not every reincarnation he's had would have the same personality after all.

The sword expert then parted ways as he spoke about how he was going to consume the pill and attempt to reach a higher level in his sword arts.

Xen laughed knowing what soon would happen after the man ate the aphrodisiac.. Xen condensed the potion into a pill in a moments time, the purity increased as well..

'Poor guy..' Xen smiled and left.

Soon after Xen arrived to the room to meet with his fiance. He slowly opened the door and his eyes were met with a black haired beauty.

The female's eyes were like a summer sunset, pretty and ever-changing with a hint of honey. She was pure perfection, but to Xen she was pretty average.

"Hey!" Xen smiled.

"God, you're back. I told you to just pretend to come see me, you're such a disgrace. Hurry up and get out of my presence!" The female scowled.

'Excuse me bitch, what?'

"Watch your tone wench!" Xen growled at her with ferocity

"Excuse me?!" The female went to slap Xen but he caught her hand and began to crush it.

"Watch your tone before it's too late!" Xen crushed her hand harder as cracking sounds could be heard.

"You can't tell me what to-" She stopped as she looked into Xen's eyes and saw emptiness. A soulless look that was cold enough to kill, she was taken over by fear and began to shake..

"Who are you!" she shouted as she retreated back and closed her eyes. She dug her nails into her eye lids in an attempt to get Xen's look out of her mind.

When she opened her eyes Xen was already gone.

'I.. I have to tell my father! We must proceed with the war immediately!' The female ran out of her room and left the house.

Later that night in a Barn in the village there was strange noises that were heard. Rumors of an eerie moaning and barn animals screaming were spread around, of course, it was the Sword Expert!
