7 Missions
After the spirit soul finally merged, Gloxinia's soul power began to violently fluctuate as it met with the bottleneck and surged through, breaking through and evolving his martial soul at the same time.
Gloxinia's whole body felt light as the condensed soul power within his dantian had countless threads penetrating into every single cell of his body. The cells in his body were aroused and brimming with energy. They were filled with a light-hearted and worry-free feeling which finally relieved the depression within his heart.
Right at that moment, Gloxinia suddenly heard a monotone-voice call out inside his head, this voice of course was the system.

As a notification saying those words appeared in his point of view, Gloxinia was reminded that his system not only had a status screen, but also a mission board and a whole forest inside!
Now that he has broken through the rank 10 bottleneck, the most logical thing to do is to enter the forest and cultivate, as the system had said it had a better environment inside.
With this thought in mind, Gloxinia called out, "System! Take me to the Fairy King's Forest!"

As yet another notification showed up in front of him, Gloxinia became confused and asked the system directly, "System, didn't you say it was one of your main functions? How can I make a fairy nation if there's no fairy forest? How can I unlock it?"

But, you have already been given many gifts from the system, therefore you must now start working if you want things. To unlock the Fairy King's Forest, you must complete a mission that has Fairy King's Forest as a reward.]
Although what the systeem said about him getting things for free was true, he couldn't help but feel a little depressed as others with systems would get shops and insane abilities straight off the bat whilst he has to work his way up.
But, he quickly cheered himself up, because without pain there is no gain.
Thus, he cheerfully moved on from that and decided to see what he had to actually do to unlock the Fairy King's Forest. "System, show me the mission board!"

System Tip: If you accept a mission, when the time to refresh comes, only the missions you haven't selected will refresh. There can only be a maximum of 3 yearly missions at a time and a maximum of 3 daily missions at a time. All missions are possible to complete within the time limit. Once the time limit is hit, there will be an option to either continue the mission but lower quality rewards or to get a different mission.]
As Gloxinia read the Mission Board tab, he couldn't help but feel a little bit overwhelmed, as all these missions just seemed far too difficult to complete. Specially the Spirit Sea Realm mission and the defeat Soul Masters mission, those are simply impossible for the current him.
First of all, where would he even find 1000 soul masters to defeat? And can he even defeat 1000 soul masters with literally no combat experience?
Secondly, to get to the Spirit Sea Realm he would need to obtain at least 400 Spiritual Power in a single year, which would be impossible.. But apparently, for the system, it is not.
After reading the missions over a few more times, Gloxinia simply accepted the Cultivation, Physique, and Soul Grandmaster missions. Both Cultivation and Physique are pretty easy to completee as he already knows how to cultivate and can simply do some push ups for the physique. As for getting to Soul Grandmaster in a year, he believes that he can do it.
Getting started on his Physique mission, Gloxinia drops to the floor and starts doing some push-ups. After doing about 5 push-ups, Gloxinia is already too tired to continue, so instead he will take this time to start doing the cultivation mission.
After 20 or so minutes of cultivation, he started push-ups again. This cycle repeated itself until 2 hours later.
At this time, Gloxinia has already done all push-ups needed and all the cultivation needed, thus he decides to turn in his missions. "System, turn in all missions!"

Seeing the first part of the notification, Gloxinia smiled a bit smugly, but, when he read that he had only reached 5/500th of the way to soul power 12, he was a bit disappointed, as he thought it would've been faster.
When he reached the second part, the Physique mission, he was completely saddened because it had failed. Seeing that only 1 of his push ups actually counted, he can't help but think that the system is just too nitpicky. He had done the form he was taught and tried his best to maintain it..
Although he was tempted to retry the mission and see if he could obtain a better evaluation, he decided to go to sleep and try it tomorrow, as it was simply too late now.
