"So, is that it?" a young man asks the entity who had introduced itself as a God overseeing reincarnation and transmigration.

"Exactly, my young friend, this is no illusion; everything I have proposed is indeed true!" God replies with a broad, inspiring smile.

"..."

"I know it's difficult for you humans to grasp such an event, but occasions like this are not so rare in this vast universe," God reassures the young man, who still seems to be processing the information.

"This is truly unbelievable! I've imagined this happening multiple times, but I never expected it to actually come true..." The young man responds, still at a loss for words.

"Indeed, you've hit the jackpot. Reincarnations usually don't come with as many benefits as I'm willing to bestow upon you!" God smiles as he speaks.

"Benefits?" The young man then asks, intrigued. Just having a second chance seemed like more than enough.

"What comes next? Perhaps wishes?" The young man wonders with great anticipation.

"Exactly, wishes or something similar. It all depends on your luck," God says, summoning a roulette wheel with a flashy title glowing in neon colors: "Random Worlds," where various worlds are listed for a television-style draw.

"Should I do something? Is there anything I need to know?" The young man asks, as he had never experienced anything like this before in his life.

"There's not much you can do, so let's start your draw, and then you can decide how to proceed!" God says casually as the roulette wheel begins spinning rapidly clockwise.

"Playstation! Playstation!" The young man jokes about the situation, having watched many children's TV shows where toys were given away via a roulette wheel, though he never had the money to participate in such a program due to his family's financial situation at the time.

Seeing God looking at him with an amused expression, the young man reflects on the fact that he had "predicted his former thoughts" afterward.

"It seems obvious that he can read my thoughts, but I really don't mind... Playstation! Playstation!" The young man reflects deeply, unconcerned with the world.

As the roulette slows down rapidly, anxiety takes hold of the young man's expressions, as he hopes to reincarnate into a fantastical world from one of his favorite animes.

Under his expectant gaze, the roulette finally stops, and God announces the results of his luck aloud.

"Global Lord: 100% Drop Rate," God says, indifferent.

"What do you mean? You must be kidding me!" the young man says, displeased with the result, as his bad luck had gifted him with a universe very different from the ones he loved most.

"You didn't get as lucky this time..." God says with slight concern, as this specific universe was very complicated to deal with due to a gigantic war for a supreme title that various divine powers coveted fervently.

"I won't be able to survive in this world..." the young man says dejectedly, knowing much of the plot, and even if he reincarnated with many advantages, the chance of having to submit to the powers or end up dead along the way was too high.

"There's nothing that can be done now; your luck has already been cast, and your fate has been sealed. The only thing I can do to help you is to grant you wishes instead of randomly drawing them," God gives his verdict.

"Damn..." The young man sighs at the outcome.

"I should be happy; at least I can reincarnate into a fantastical world. How many wishes can I make?" The young man, mentally shaken, still tries to somehow accept reality.

"You can make three wishes, how about that? It would greatly reduce the pressure of being killed early on and increase your chances of survival, as well as making your situation very similar to those fanfics from your old world," God quickly suggests, noticing the extent of the boy's concerns.

"It's alright... There's not much that can be done; I'm truly cornered."

"Then be quick and decide your first wish; you can ask for anything that isn't too excessive. As you should know, the Supreme Will in this universe desires a starting point that's almost equal for everyone involved," God warns the boy while requesting a wish within the standards.

"Equal, you say? There's nothing equal in this world... I have to wish for something incredibly strong to have any guarantee of survival," the boy thinks and quickly begins to evaluate his options.

"Definitely not!" God interrupts the boy's thoughts, making him slightly frustrated.

"Darn," the boy curses, reassessing his options.

A few minutes later, the young man finally has an idea that could satisfy his deepest desires.

"This is a bit complicated, but it can be done in a certain way... It will require some adjustments; you'll find out later," God then speaks, giving the young man a glimmer of hope.

"Then I wish to be a Saiyan. Don't forget that my lineage must possess all your abilities and talents at the highest possible level!" The young man says with enthusiasm.

"As I said before, you can have that, but forget about the innate abilities of the Legendary Super Saiyan lineage; the Supreme Will won't allow the existence of such entity," God says, indifferent.

"That's fine, as long as you make the correct adjustments to the lineage to have great potential, I don't mind," the young man emphasizes his thoughts.

Seeing that the God in front of him had nothing more to add, the young man finally announces his second wish.

"Since I already have a powerful lineage, I believe I should request an equally powerful talent as a starting point. I wish for my Lord Talent to be something akin to the Dragon Ball wishes, a legendary-level talent so that I can make some wishes upon fulfilling certain conditions, but don't make them fly around the entire High Continent," the young man announces his wish and emphasizes some conditions so that he can actually use this talent.

"Hmm... I'll ensure that, but I'll adjust your talent the way I see fit!" God responds.

"Thank you for your consideration; I'll remember this favor!"

With a favorable lineage and a talent of equal potential, the only thing he lacked now was a good foundation to cultivate his martial arts. So with this thought in mind, he announces his final wish, which would ensure him and his future subjects a place to explore their potential.

"My third and final wish now is to possess a special building in my territory that guarantees me a supply of class change certificates of the Divine Realm level of rare classification suitable for Qi handlers equal to that of Dragon Ball Anime," the young man says proudly, knowing full well how difficult it would be to obtain such a class in the early stages.

"What a cunning little boy... Indeed, this is a good wish; I can't deny that, but this is also extremely complicated. At the very least, I would have to grant you a Mythical-level talent," God says with a slight frown.

"Wait, so could I have asked for my previous talent to be at the Mythical level too?" the young man asks hastily.

"Of course, you could have, but you didn't! The loss is solely yours, little boy... HA HA HA," God laughs at the boy's misfortune.

"Damn it!... If only I had known that before!" The young man curses himself for his stupidity; he clearly could have tested the waters beforehand to better understand his maneuvering room to be more efficient in his wishes.

"Now that everything has been decided, it's time to set sail. Good luck! And try not to die too quickly; I'll be watching you from afar!" God says, then makes a gesture with his hand, expelling the young man from his realm without even allowing him to bid a proper farewell.
