29 One Sided Battle

Woo-ji, driving the Jeep, suddenly noticed a swiftly approaching figure in the driver's side mirror. For a brief moment, he took his right hand off the steering wheel and used it to rub his eyes, thinking perhaps he was hallucinating. But even after clearing his vision, the figure was still there, now directly behind them.

Kyungsoo, sensing something amiss, yelled, "You guys should brace for impact."

In that split second, outside the jeep, Ji-Hoon swiftly pulled his katana from its sheath and swung it. The wind pressure created by his swing formed what seemed like a blade made of wind, and it effortlessly cleaved the Jeep in half, from the trunk to the engine, creating a clean cut.

In the heart-pounding moment when the Jeep was cleaved in two, Kyungsoo, Ji-Min, and Woo-ji had already reacted swiftly, their senses honed by the countless challenges they'd faced before the restart. They leaped out of the vehicle just in time, escaping the imminent explosion.
