ONCE AND FOR ALL

Layla and Fiora finished their story which put Gace into shock. "Do you like it?" asked Fiora to Gace standing near him holding his hair in her hand. "Do you really think that's all?" asked Mr.Adrian to Fiora. "What do you mean by that?" questioned Fiora. "Have you ever thought about your Father's death? What if I tell you that he was killed too? His death wasn't a simple car accident." said Mr.Adrian. "What the hell are you saying?" asked Fiora. "You both think that you are really smart but that's not true. I am the only smart one here." said Mr.Adrian. "Tell me What happened to my dad? Did you kill him too?" asked Fiora. "I don't remember clearly." answered Mr.Adrian. "Don't play with your words. Answer me straight." shouted Fiora. "He survived the car accident and got treated on time." told Mrs.Adrian. "Wait a minute! What are you saying? If thats true then he would've been alive." said Fiora. "He was killed afterwards but the accident wasn't the cause. You were deluding yourself thinking he died due to an accident. Pathetic!" said Mr.Adrian in his trembling voice. "Then who killed him afterwards? It was you. Right?" questioned Fiora. "You really want me to admit the sin I haven't done." said Mr.Adrian. "Don't lie! Who could have done that except you? You are the reason of everyone's misery." said Fiora. "I didn't. Trust me! I loved my brother and No one more than me wanted him alive but your sly mother." Mr.Adrian said and took a pause to breath. "Why are you dragging my mother here?" asked Fiora. "Because she killed your father by giving him poison and then she regretted it afterwards. She became depressed and started using drugs to relieve her anxieties." told Mrs.Adrian. Fiora was stunned. "Are you out of your mind? Watch what you are saying...." said Fiora hesitatingly. "If you don't want to believe, that's your choice but your mother wanted to kill us both to get everything under her name. She was a psychopath." told Mrs.Adrian. "Shut up! stop lying." yelled Fiora as loud as she could. Fiora was in deep thoughts like she was trying to remember something she forgot long ago. Layla came little nearer to Fiora and put her hand on Fiora's shoulder. "Don't believe him. He might be telling us a lie." said Layla. "I also want to trust that but I think he is not lying." said Fiora and put her both hands on her head. "Are you okay?" questioned Layla. Fiora shouted loudly and fainted on the floor. "Fiora! Fiora! wake up." yelled Layla while holding her. On the other hand, Mr.Adrian coughed Large amount of blood. Layla was occupied by Fiora's situation so she didn't bother him and took Fiora to her room and called a doctor.

Layla was standing outside of Fiora's room while doctor was checking on Fiora inside. Guard came running to Layla. "What?" asked Layla. "You should come and see." said the guard. "I am busy here. Handle it yourself." said Layla. "No, He is dead maybe." said the guard. Layla heard him and started running quickly to that room. She went there and saw Mr.Adrian on the floor while Gace was crying alot. She went to him and checked his pulse but it was clearly of no use because he was dead by then. "Take care of his body." ordered Layla to guards. "Why? Why did you kill him? He didn't order me to kill your dad. I did that on my own. I was angry how you rejected me and insulted us so I want you to regret your behaviour. I let my emotions best of me. Dad found out later on and he was just protecting me all the time but after he suspended me, I thought he abandoned me too but I was wrong. He was always on his children side." shouted Gace loudly. "You brought this misfortune on your dad. He paid for your sins and now you will too." said Layla. Gace somehow managed to cut his hand rope and picked a crowbar near him and tried to attack Layla but Layla showed a quick reflex and shot him in head. It all happened in seconds. Layla took a deep breath with her eyes wide opened. "Burn in hell! Gace." said Layla standing near the both corpses. She finally took revenge for her father. She completed what she started. It was a long journey with alot of hurdles but she managed to complete it.

Layla went back to Fiora's room. She was awake. "I heard a gun shot." said Fiora. "It's all over now. Both of them are dead." said Layla. "You did it." said Fiora. "And you! Don't let his words bother you. He was just playing with your mind." said Layla. "No he wasn't. It was all true." said Fiora. "What are you saying?" asked Layla. "I knew everything from the start but I faked my memories into something else. I knew it was my mother who killed my father by drugging him something terrible but I believed the opposite." explained Fiora crying. Fiora was very little when she witnessed her mother poisoning her biological father and killing him but that time she was so scared and wasn't accepting the fact that her mother could kill somebody so she distorted her memories to protect herself from the truth. She created false memory of Mr.Adrian drugging her mother to death replacing the real memory. She then lived with her mother like nothing happened untill the day her mother died of drug overdose.

Fiora was feeling bad not knowing the truth. "It's okay. Everyone has a right to protect themselves from the things that hurt them." Layla consoled Fiora sitting near her bed. "You are right. I should just forget everything and move on. I am surprised that things ended up so differently from what we planned." said Fiora. "Life is so unpredictable. When we think that it's going according to our plan, we are wrong. We are not the one controlling our lives but it's our life controlling us. We all are assigned with different characters that we are playing in our stories. When we started this, we never imagined we will discover all these new things in our journey for example Julia, we wanted to use her but she ended up dead by my hands because she betrayed us and Noah, He was supposed to help us bring documents from one point to another but then he came to me unplanned and I fall in love with him then Uncle Adrian, He was our villain but it turns out that he was not behind the single thing. He didn't kill your parents nor mine. He was just playing his own role in life. And us, We thought of living different lives but ended up becoming what we never imagined to be." said Layla and smiled slightly. "You are right! I hope life will give us little break now." said Fiora. "All these dramas are never going to end." said Layla. "You are the drama queen here. Go and talk with Noah." said Fiora. "Why are you bringing that up? Just end it." asked Layla. "Are you really going to be alone forever?" asked Fiora. "I am not alone. I have you." answered Layla. "Stupid! I am going soon." told Fiora. "Going where?" asked Layla surprisingly. "I am leaving the country and going for specialization. I applied in the university and got accepted." said Fiora. "What? and you are telling me this now. When are you leaving? and where?" asked Layla. "I am leaving in a week to Korea." said Fiora. "South korea? That's really far from here. Why are you going there?" questioned Layla. "Well they have really handsome boys." said Fiora and laughed. "Oh my God, Lucky you! I didn't even complete my graduation otherwise I would've gone with you." answered Layla sadly. "You can complete your degree now. It's not that late." said Fiora. "I will think about that. Now that everything has finished, I can do that. But you will leave me?" said Layla with a cute face. "I still have a week. We can enjoy in this time and I have something important to take care of before leaving." said Fiora. "What's that?" asked Layla. "It's a secret." said Fiora. "Oh come on." Layla insisted Fiora to tell her but Fiora didn't open her mouth.

Layla and Fiora spent the whole week together enjoying with each other. They went to shopping, movies, dinners, parks and clubs. They made beautiful memories to remember after Fiora will leave.
