Chapter 14 - Giovanni (2)

His face goes red and he makes a move to come to me. I smirk, my expression egging him on to make the move. It's been a while since I beat someone up. And I think I'm up for violence tonight.

"Bryce, where's my snow globe?" Malia asks, her voice toneless as she continues her search.

Dickhead stops and turns to her, confusion written all over his face. "What?"

"The snow globe I gave you last Christmas. Where is it?"

"Your… Why are you looking for that stupid snow globe right now? Mal, we need to talk. It's not what you think, okay? I don't love her so I'm not cheating on you."

Malia rounds on him so fast as if that statement hit her in the face and I lean back, folding my hands on my lap. I'm missing popcorn. Maybe he has some in his cupboard. I'm sure he won't mind if I help myself.

"I need my snow globe, Bryce."

"I don't know where it is!" He rubs his hands down his face frustratingly. "Will you please talk to me like a normal person?"
