Jack gritted his teeth and swung the bat once again.

The ball was still in the air— it went past multiple trees and landed on the ground.

Jack had already reached the second base and turned towards the third base.

Emmett saw the ball— he smirked and was about to touch it.

''What the f—'' Emmett quickly backed off, the ball was on fire, but then he saw that the ball didn't turn into ashes.

Instead, the fire only made the ball hotter, but that fire was still deadly towards Emmett.

''T-That's cheating!'' Emmett shouted.

Jack reached the third base and turned towards the final base.

''JACKY, GOOO!'' Alice shouted with a broad smile.

Bella looked shocked, 'Where is Emmett?'

Rosalie and Jasper turned towards the forest and raised an eyebrow.

Carlisle and Esme looked strangely towards the forest.

Emmett was stomping the ball, trying to make the flames disappear.

Emmett looked at the ball with an angry face, and after Jack reached the final base. The fire disappeared mysteriously, and the ball was unharmed.

He gritted his teeth and grabbed the ball.

He threw it towards Carlisle, who caught it with ease.

Carlisle looked at the ball, and felt that it was very warm.

He chuckled and shook his head.

Emmett left the forest with an angry face, while Rosalie and Jasper looked at him with questioning faces.

Jack high-fived with both of them.

Edward appeared next to Bella and said, ''So, it's 1-1 score?''

Bella nodded dumbly.

''Time to win!'' Alice said and grabbed the bat.

Bella was still curious, but no one wanted to answer her question.

She looked at Jack with a curious expression.

They played baseball for another few hours until the thunderstorm started calming down.

The score ended as 6-2, and it was Jack's team who won.

Jack got two home runs, and no one could stop him from cheating.

''Yayy!'' Alice and Edythe hugged each other tightly.

Emmett was displeased, ''Cheater... Cheater...'' He kept murmuring quietly.

They left towards the Cullens Residence.

It was not too late yet, and Bella will stay some time with Edward before going back home before Charlie becomes worried.

Jack smiled, and the baseball bat was lit in flames!

Slowly the aluminum bat started transforming, and a menacing-looking skull appeared on it, which spat fire!

Esme gasped and covered her mouth.

''Yeah... I like this.'' Jack grinned.
