Pirates

Diesels enthusiasm quickly became boredom as theres not much to do on a ship and it apparently takes a few days to go between islands. Since there wasn't anything to do he decided he'd have to get fishing gear to take with him when he was traveling. He also wanted to try this world's seafood so it would be a great way to pass the time and help keep him and Fenrir fed on long trips. Fenrir was also bored but considering his size he had to stay at the very front of the deck so he wasn't in the way.

'Watching these guys work makes me remember I know nothing about sailing. What a blunder, I'll have to learn or hire a crew to sail a pirate ship I capture, judging by the size of this ship I see my plan to float around on merchant ships wont work considering my and Fenrirs size. I'm sure that when I imbue a ship like the riders bike it will be able to move on it's own basically sailing itself, but since I plan on having Vegapunk design it for me itll be at least three or four years before it can be built.'

As Diesel was lost in thought he suddenly felt something and glanced off to the right of the ship. "looks like I wont be so bored for the next thirty minutes or so."

"PIRATES!!!!!!" The lookout finally noticed them and started freaking out while the rest of the ship broke out into a sweat. The merchant captain was looking the worst as he felt he was about to lose his fortune and possibly his life but then he remembered I was there. "You there! You said you'd protect us for a ride so you need to honor your word and stop those pirates!"

I was about to reply as the crew was starting to feel a bit of hope again, but the lookout yelled out "ITS THE ROCKY RAIDERS!!!! We're doomed!!" Somehow this seemed to send everyone into a deep despair and they looked hopeless. 'I can feel the pirates from here with haki and they seem pretty pathetic honestly, not much stronger than the people from the village felt. So these guys must be rather brutal to cause this kind of reaction.'

The whole time the pirates had been gaining on them as they were quite a bit faster. They were about a mile out when something foul struck Diesels nose that for some reason infuriated him. After a moment of thought he realized this must be the riders ability to smell sin, he was excited that he can use this and see people's souls without transforming. That'll make it easier to get close to evil as even the hardest criminals would be terrified of a giant flaming skeleton coming for them.

Getting back to the matter at hand, he turned to the captain and asked "since I'll be the only one fighting if I beat them can I borrow some of your crew to sail the ship back to port?" The guy obviously felt Diesel stood no chance but was grasping at straws at this point. "Kid I have no doubt you and your wolf are strong, but that group is led by captain Rock. Hes got a 15,000,000 beli bounty because not only is he evil but he also ate one of those devil fruits! Rumors say he can create, control, and reshape rocks which he uses to make armor and weapons for his crew!"

"I'm not worried about rocks just answer my question. Can I borrow some crew to sail that to the nearest marine base after I kick their asses?"

"Yes if you can save us."

With that out of the way he told them to keep moving and that the pirates would have to get closer so he could jump on their ship. This didn't exactly make them happy but it was gonna happen anyway so they just hid and hoped for a miracle. Fenrir had just sensed them to but after noticing how weak they were he just resumed his nap without a care in the world.

About twenty minutes later the pirates finally got side on with the ship. Some short dumpy guy with a ridiculous hat started monologing about how hes come for all their possessions and if we didn't hand them over we'd all die and blah blah blah. With that Diesel finally got up and walked to the edge of the ship and looked at the fool. He could see all the innocent people he had harmed, men women children and the elderly alike.

Diesel didn't bother to speak as he was gonna send them all to hell soon anyway. Jumping across the gap between ships he landed in front of the evil bastard and transformed. The pirates were so shocked and terrified that they forgot to try and run not that he would have left them.

Diesel pointed his flaming finger at the pirates and said in a gravelly voice "All your souls have been stained by the blood of the innocent. Your all guilty." What followed was a one sided massacre with the only survivors being the captain and first mate as not only were they the worst but also the ones with the biggest bounties. They tried to fight when he started his attack but were squished like bugs and the captain wasnt even able to use his devil fruit. When it was all over he grabbed the two and picked them up by the necks. "You have harmed the innocent. Look into my eyes. Feel their pain."

This was the first time he used this ability and he found it was surprisingly draining as he felt he could only use it a couple times a day for now. The two pirates apparently couldn't handle their punishment as Diesel felt them die not very long after. 'Hmmmm. If I remember right the Penence Stare can kill but rarely does most just wind up brain dead or insane. Either way I dont want anyone to know exactly what I can do before the Marineford war so it's a good thing I had those guys hide inside the ship.'

"Oi! you can come out now the pirates are all dead." As they hesitantly came out and started gawking Diesel was looking at his new ship. It was about twice the size of the Thousand Sunny but small enough that it was still pretty fast. He was only planning on having about fifteen or twenty crew who's only jobs would be to sail the ship where he wanted and keep lookout while he slept.

It was right about the size he wanted so this trip worked out great as the bounty should be enough to pay for a ship yard to do some renovations he wanted for himself and Fenrir.

Deciding they had gawked long enough he said "send however many is needed to sail this thing and we'll escort you to the city your going to."
