5 Stand By Me.

Jin Tian sent all the solar energy in his body through his meridians until they were filled to the brim with power. As he filled them up, more and more meridians came into existence. It was an utterly heaven-defying way of cultivation. Even a god wouldn't have as many meridians as Jin Tian had in his body. By the time Jin Tian stopped the process, every part of his body was filled with meridians, including the insides of his organs and bones.

Unlike what other cultivators would experience when going through the earlier levels, no impurities were expelled from his body. The only sustenance he needed was blood, and he had already evolved past human limits so there was no need for excretion. Jin Tian felt boundless energy flowing through his meridians as he squeezed his fists. He had finally reached the Energy Circulation Level.{Second Level Of The Energy Arts Realm.}

'The amount of solar power I'm feeling within myself is magnificent! I'm probably thousands of times stronger than the average cultivator of the Energy Circulation Level. Now, to the next level, Energy Convergence!'

To enter this level, one had to gather their vital energy to form a sea of energy within themselves. In Jin Tian's case, his vital energy from heaven and earth was already purified into true solar energy, so he was guaranteed to be stronger than usual cultivators at the third level. Jin Tian directed all of the energy he accumulated into his abdomen, quickly forming a vortex that absorbed even more vital energy from heaven and earth. The image of the sun behind him had stopped growing, and another one formed next to it, speeding up the rate at which he purified energy. It also increased how fast he could absorb energy drastically.

Both his physical strength and durability were growing more powerful by the second as solar energy surged into his body. A golden aura started to envelop him, making him look like a god that had just descended from the heavens. As the size of his sea of energy grew, the atmosphere around him got so hot that the mountain itself started to melt. If a higher level cultivator caught sight of what was happening, they would be in total shock. In fact, a few cultivators were experiencing this exact emotion as they watched Jin Tian from a not so distant mountain.

A beautiful young woman with long blonde hair and luxurious white dragon embroidered robes stood tall with her mouth agape as she stared at this scene.

"Senior Brother Yu, it should be impossible to cause such damage by just breaking through to the Energy Convergence Level, right? Melting rocks should only be possible in the Master Of Energy level or above! What type of art could he be cultivating? It has to be imperial-class at least!"

Standing next to the woman was a handsome young man with long black hair tied in a knot and sword-like eyebrows. His piercing gaze ran all over Jin Tian's body as he slowly started to drool. He refused to take his eyes off of Jin Tian's body as he responded coldly, "Junior Sister, that art is way above imperial-class. That has to be saintly-class at least. He either has to be someone from an important clan or a fool that just had a fortuitous encounter in these mountains. If it's the latter..."

The young man clenched his fists, causing his seventh stage aura to leak out as numerous small white dragons suddenly started to fly around him. The young woman standing next to him started to feel a bit suffocated from his overwhelming aura, causing her to use her true energy to mitigate the effects. As Long Yu, the senior brother, was about to engage in conversation with Jin Tian, a nonchalant voice suddenly came from the direction of the blazing inferno in front of them.

"Long Yu and Qin Ying huh? Don't waste my time with the pleasantries. Judging from that bloodthirsty aura you just released, you're not here to be friendly."

The duo of disciples was taken aback by how familiar he was with them. They weren't famous by any means in the martial arts world nor were their clans. At most, their names would be mentioned once or twice but it shouldn't be enough for a random cultivator in a forest to know them. In truth, the reason for this was because of the spirit within Jin Tian. The spirit was the judge of sinners and a lord of hells so it was only right that it would be possible for him to see the souls of everyone he came in contact with. No secret could be hidden from him. {Doesn't need to see them with his eyes for the ability to work, as long as he could sense them it's fine.}

A large frown appeared on Long Yu's face as his energy started to flare up once again. He then shouted, "How do you know our names?! Are you some kind of assassin that was sent here to lure us out then kill us? You dare try to kill the disciples of the House Of White Dragon?!" Jin Tian slowly got up from his cross-legged position as he opened his now golden eyes and finally noticed the destruction he caused.

"Sheesh! This art is more destructive than I thought. Hm, I'm guessing the reason I didn't feel these flames or the heat is because I'm immune to it. I wonder if I could..." Jin Tian imagined the flames/magma flowing into his body and just as he had hoped, they quickly sank into his sea of energy, making him even stronger. Even the heat in the area was gone.

"Freak! Do you think you can just ignore my questions?!"

Long Yu was incensed at Jin Tian's disrespectful behavior and continued to shout insults at him. The latter just continued inspecting his body as he had just broken through to the Energy Convergence level. His piercing red eyes from before had now turned golden and even his hair had grown a little longer. A majestic golden aura surrounded his entire being as he stood there in the sunset. His sea of energy was so large that those at the top of the energy arts level couldn't hope to compare. Never mind the quantity, even the quality put most top energy arts experts to shame. That was the power of a godly-class energy art that channeled energy from a cosmic entity. That was the power of one who represented the cosmos.

"I'm tired of this! Qin Ying, kill him! Be careful! Don't take any chances with freaks like him!"

The truth was that even though Long Yu had a much, much higher cultivation level than Jin Tian, he couldn't help but feel a sense of unease whenever he looked at him. People like Jin Tian wouldn't usually leave themselves so open unless they were confident in their martial arts. So he planned on using Qin Ying to gauge Jin Tian's strength as even a weaker cultivator like her should be too much for him.

She drew a short sword from her waist that was embroidered with beautiful sunflowers all over its hilt and exuded a calming type of true energy. This was the weapon manifestation of her energy art which was unlocked in the sixth phase of the energy arts level. Unless two cultivators were practicing the same art, no two people would have the exact same weapon. Almost every cultivator in this world was unique. Qin Yu felt a bit scared of attacking first as it wasn't easy to cultivate to her level but she knew she couldn't disobey her senior brother so she resigned herself to her fate.

"Flowing Sunflower Sword! For your arrogance, you will die!"

A stream of white sunflowers made out of true energy appeared in the air and surrounded Jin Tian, making him look like he was standing in a luxurious garden. Qin Ying stood about 5 meters in front of Jin Tian and lightly swung her sword, causing the sunflowers, which were actually small blades, to fly towards him with amazing speed. But that's when Qin Ying felt an incredibly powerful fist hit her abdomen, breaking her ribs and her concentration at the same time causing her energy art to fizzle away.

She flew back off the mountain and plunged headfirst towards the ground, causing Long Yu to open his wings, rushing towards her in hopes of saving her. Wings were something one gained in the seventh phase of the energy arts level but it still depended on the class of one's art as first-class energy arts and below gained nothing unless they are given a whole separate art that provided wings. This confirmed that Long Yu cultivated a royal-class energy art at least.

Long Yu luckily caught Qin Ying and sent some true energy into her body to heal her.

'Her ribs are broken and her abdomen was almost completely punctured! I didn't see him move so could it be some other attacker? Maybe a hidden accomplice? What the hell is going on?' Long Yu felt completely uneasy at the prospect of a hidden attacker waiting to strike at him from the shadows. No matter where he looked or spread his senses, there was nothing he could find.

The actual culprit stood in front of Jin Tian like a guardian angel and could only be seen by him or by those cultivators who were powerful enough. It was a tall, muscular humanoid spirit that bore a striking resemblance to Jin Tian. It had heart-shaped motifs located on different parts of its body and was completely yellow, almost golden in color. This was the manifestation of DIO's and now Jin Tian's, soul. A protector, Jin Tian's closest partner, and one of his most powerful assets. His golden eyes glowed in excitement as he saw the hulking spirit standing in front of him.

"The World."

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

A/N: The Elder God that sent him to that world merged DIO's and Jin Tian's soul so that he could gain the stand. Normally, that would result in a whole new stand but hey, let's not get into specifics. So don't be surprised if you see some characteristics of DIO in the MC's personality. Also, small spoiler:

Hermit Purple is here too.
