I woke up to a startling noise in the room, upon looking around I noticed that the room that I was in, was unfamiliar. Immediately I sat up from the surprisingly comfortable bed and looked around my surrounding. The room was white and it has a gentle aura surrounding it, I was calm, very calm than usual and I think the room did contribute to my calmness.

As I rise to stand on my feet, I felt myself floating in the air, I wanted to scream but my voice didn't seem to obey me. I was still floating continuously in the air without a destination. I started flapping my hands in an attempt to control my new found ability but so enough I hear someone chuckling, I whip my head immediately to the direction of the chuckling. I saw a man standing at the doorway of the unfamiliar room, still chuckling and I stopped flapping my hands knowing that it was because of my flapping hands that was causing his chuckling.

He walked into the room and pulled me down to sit on the bed, he also pulled a small bedside table and put a plate of hot pudding on it, that was when I noticed the steaming pudding. My stomach immediately groan to remind me that I have not eaten since...

Whoaaa.... My memories were rushing back to me in full force..... Sean with Emily kissing in our apartment....my fiance and best friend..... I felt my cheeks wet I can't believe am crying then I realized that while I was running out of the house, I had run into the highway and....and....Oh my God.

My mind drifted and I began to reminisce what had happened before I woke up in this mysterious room.

A young beautiful woman could be seen, striding peacefully, along the road holding a shopping bag. Inside the shopping bag was a beautiful dress, a wedding dress actually. The dress was encrusted with diamond and white lacings, it was a really beautiful dress that's why the woman bought it.

In a few days, kira would be getting married to the man of her dreams, Sean. She was so happy that she started hopping even though she was matured and was a renowned host of a popular TV show. Every now and then, people would sneak glances at her, some would even go as far as to wave at her, she waved back at few and smiled at others. She was really nice to people and she was loved especially for her kindness. After a few more minutes of hopping on the road, she arrived at a apartment complex where sean stays currently, even though she didn't tell sean that she was coming, she rushed into the corridor and opened the door as she knew the passcode of the house. She wanted to show the wedding dress to sean even though she was told that it was a bad omen for the groom to see the wedding dress before the wedding.

As luck would have it, Sean wasn't in the living room but she knew he was in the house because soft melodious song was being played in the room. Kira quickly removed her old dress and slip into the wedding dress to show it off to sean. When she had finished adjusting it, she elegantly walked into the room in an attempt to give Sean a preview of the wedding only to come face to face with Sean kissing Emily on his bed. For a moment, her brain couldn't process what was going on in the room.

Emily was her bestfriend and they have known each other since her first year in high school, she was also her chief bridesmaid. So to say she was stunned by what she saw, would be an understatement. She stood rooted on the spot by the door and from the looks of it, the cheating couples hadn't noticed her because they were still very concentrated in their little kissing show. In an instance, Sean flipped over Emily and was now hovering over her on the bed, Kira couldn't take it anymore and she immediately spoke up " I can't believe that you guys can do this to me" after she had said that one sentence, she saw that Sean immediately turned around and saw her, Emily also saw her and stood up from the bed then she crossed both her hands together before saying "I can't believe it took you that long to know that Sean doesn't love you but me, you are such a dummy "before she could utter any other word, I lifted my hand and slapped her hard across her face then I immediately ran out the room, I looked over my shoulder to see if Sean would come after him but I saw him consoling Emily about the slap.

My heart couldn't take it anymore and I started crying, when I got out of the house I couldn't see my way because I was blinded by tears, I ran across the road, I couldn't care even though I was hit by a truck because the man I have loved all my live betrayed alongside the girl who I thought was my bestfriend. As I was still crying, i heard a sound like an honk and before I could process what was happening, I felt my whole life flashing before my eyes and sharp pains that have never felt before engulfed my body, the only thing I could hear was distinct voices of people shouting words I couldn't quite understand, before I could blank out completely I heard something like "call 911" and "she was hit by a truck" then my vision completely blanked out.
