"Connor, don't leave!"

Seeing that Connor McDonald was about to leave, Dominic Turner quickly reached out to stop him. 

Then, he turned to Cindy Stone and said, "Cindy, if you don't want Connor to join us at the bar, you can go on your own!"

Cindy was stunned. She seemed to be in disbelief.

"Dominic Turner, what did you just say to me?"

Cindy asked Dominic with a slightly angry expression.

"I said, if you don't want Connor to join us at the bar, you can go on your own. Besides, Connor is treating us to drinks today. If Connor is not coming, then I won't go either!" Dominic gritted his teeth and growled.

"Dominic Turner, are you out of your mind? You are picking a broke chap who delivers food over me?"

Cindy's eyes widened in disbelief.
