11 Volume 1: Epilouge

I had started spending most of my time on my island. Development had first started with my very own mansion.

Being the rich man I had come to be, I of course would not settle for anything less than the best of the best.

Luxion did not disappoint. The main part of the estate, which was where I'd actually spend most of my time, was around three stories. The exterior was made of stone and kept a lot of the medieval feel this world had.

There were a plentiful amount of windows covering all over. The remaining parts connected perpendicular to the main house and included the hallways and other facilities. They acted as the walls of my estate.

The entrance was exactly across from where the main house stood and included a large gate. Right when you walked inside you'd be met with a path that branched off every so often to lead to the multitude of facilities. Where there wasn't a concrete path the space was filled with what could be seen to be the start of a garden. In the center of it, all was a large fountain that occasionally appeared to change color via the LEDs built in.

The interior was filled with all sorts of modernity that you'd expect from a modern earthling mansion.

It took Luxion and his robots around a week to complete this place. That was of course after he was able to transport a multitude of the robots to this place.

That process gave me the idea to dig underneath the surface of the island and begin construction on something of a separate factory from the main ship.

It'd be nice to keep mass-producing worker robots to use for projects.

Luxion informed me that such a thing was possible, but would require an extension in time for the production of the other project he had been working on.

As for what that project was, it was apparently the production of a robotic armor, the primary mode of weaponry in this world, besides battleships.

Luxion seemed passionate about it, so I told him to give me an outline of what he wanted to create.

To be frank, I didn't like it. It was big, bulky, and stupid. When I told Luxion that he almost seemed to want to fry my face off, but it was how I felt.

I was never much of a fan of mecha or giant robots. I think I'd much prefer something small and simplistic.

Something that would actually just be armor and would rely on my physical ability rather than built-in ones. Elements like being able to fly were nice, but in the end, I'd like to be able to control it with just my body.

Surprisingly, Luxion wasn't too downhearted about the idea and changed his plans to match. The fact that the time for production increased was something that both confused me and worried me at the same time. What was he planning to do to that thing?

It was obvious that, the plan of building a second factory was put off until the completion of that.

About two weeks into production was when the bitch showed up.

[Master, I believe the moment you have been waiting for has come.]

Luxion floated above me as we watched an airship belonging to the Layman Viscount family begin its descent on my island.

"NOIR STARDIA! YOU HAVE DONE IT NOW!" I didn't even bother to hide my smirk as the woman came out of the ship.

Behind her, she seemed to have dragged along both her children. Evelyn looked wildly uncomfortable while the boy who had somehow gotten even more bloated didn't even seem to process what was happening around him.

"Agatha Layman, I do not believe I permitted you to dock your ship on my island. This is my territory, I'm sure you're aware." I spoke with a certain level of disinterest.

"Oh look at you, think you're a hotshot now because you got lucky? Just look at that house, such terrible design." The woman snarled as she put her head high.

I had grown quite a bit and now stood quite a bit taller than the woman, so what she was doing wasn't amounting to much.

"Oh, I don't know about that, I'd say I've seen worse." I looked her over as I said that, before frowning in disgust.

"You little twerp! Enough! I demand you turn over all your possessions. Your insolence has grown too far. On top of that, you will sign this." Saying that she took out some papers from her bag and held them in her hand.

Walking up to her, I took the documents and pretended to read them over.

"Good, now just sign your name. You thought you'd be able to escape this just because you gained a measly rank? How foolish." She spoke with a smirk thinking I was just gonna bend over backward for her.

I made sure to savor every last moment as I held the papers between my thumb and index fingers and began ripping them.

I ripped them in halves, then quarters, then eighths. Every rip seemed to result in more and more shock not just from her but from her children as well.

I let the pieces of paper fall before being blown in the wind, one of the pieces hilariously slapping the woman in the face as they blew by.

"YOU! Do you think you can get away with this?! Like a banshee, she screamed at the top of her lungs.

"You are the foolish one if you believe you have any sort of control over me. I will NOT be married to whoever the hell you tried to set me up with. I will NOT be giving you even a single dia. And I will NOT be giving you any of my possessions."

I made sure to emphasize each "not" to piss her off more.

"Now then, you landed on my island without any clearance, meaning you are a trespasser. On top of that you are trying to force me to relinquish the treasure, I obtained from adventuring. Both are very heavy offenses I'm sure you're aware."

My smirk grew as I drew my sword.

"You have 3 minutes to depart before I take this as an act of invasion and deal with you accordingly."

All three's faces dropped in an instant as they backed away.

"You dare point a weapon at me?!" Agatha seemed to not know how to act.

"Aughh… Mother… let's go." The boy to her right squealed as he began trying to pull her toward the ship.

"Unhand me, boy!" She backhanded the kid causing him to run off with tears in his eyes.

'That's the heir.' I was exasperated at the display.

While Agatha was still deciding on what to do, I turned my gaze to Evelyn. The girl when she looked at me perked up in shock before a frown seemed to graze her lips.

I just shrugged, seemed she still didn't understand.

"You-This isn't over!" Agatha seemed to finally make up her mind as she stormed off back to her ship with Evelyn following after her.

[Shall I make it so it is indeed over?] Luxion asked suddenly becoming visible again.

"No, I'm not against killing but those other two don't quite deserve it. She'll be handled a different way and the other two will be punished in the backlash." I said before turning around when the airship left my dock.

LP: 34,250

It seemed I gained over 5,000 LP from just that event. That meant I also had enough for another teleportation circle. I was feeling pretty damn good.

"Hey Luxion, come on, there's someone I want you to meet."

[Oh?]

I set up the magic circle in a hidden room attached to my bedroom. I had it built specifically for that reason.

I had informed Luxion of my abilities and so he didn't ask as much questions about the circle.

'You're back… I expected you to come a lot sooner.'

Immediately as the light of teleportation began to die down a voice entered my head.

'Aww did you miss me Livie." I asked cutely as I patted the girl's head and scratched under her chin.

'…What is that.' She refused to even acknowledge my question as she instead pointed out the floating orb.

'Ah him, this is Luxion, he's something called an artificial intelligence. I'll tell you all about him later.'

[Master, why are you staring weirdly at this confined girl, if this is something kink related, I believe it would have been better if you did not bring me here.] Luxion seemed to speak in a tone of disgust.

"Please don't jump to conclusions. This is Livie, she's a New Human from a long time ago."

[I see so you've brought me here to kill her.] Luxion's lens shined red.

"Stand down, no, you can't kill her, she's a friend… and the one who bestowed me with my [Get Creative] ability."

'Ehm, what's happening? What did Livie do? Is he really gonna kill me?' She sounded panicked.

'He's joking.'

He's not joking.

I began to question whether or not I really should've brung him here.

[I suppose it is enough torture that Master is treating her as a sex slave.]

"Like I said STOP JUMPING TO CONCLUSIONS!"

'Noir… you naughty boy.'

"FOR FUCKS SAKE!"

Since Livie's telepathy didn't work on Luxion I had to play the role of a translator and conveyed Livie's words.

Luxion had an obvious disdain for the girl but he didn't act on them. In fact, he even put down his resentment to learn more about my ability.

[Master is clearly a lustful man, why not just stockpile LP by indulging in your indecency.]

At this point I gave up on retorting them, instead, I sat down and ate some of the food I brought with me.

Like that, we talked for a while, until we ran out of things to talk about. Livie obviously didn't have much to say and Luxion was temporarily satisfied.

Leaving the room of Livie, I began my venture into the dungeon. It was important to note, that every time I ventured down and cleared a floor, it would prompt a door leading to another floor to open. These doors magically opened again when the clearer was detected and the doors were all connected to one long staircase.

This meant I didn't have to redo floors every time I went back up. And so I picked back up at the 43rd floor.

This time around I had a few weeks to myself and Luxion to tell me if anyone was approaching my island.

I could probably make good progress. Luxion was also interested in following me as we went down further.

Those few weeks passed by very fast. The dungeon was as annoying as ever but I continued nonetheless.

I returned home a few times to gather food and whatnot but otherwise, I was spending my time entirely in the dungeon.

It was also at this time, I had decided on my next purchase with LP.

It was nice to be able to increase my LP through my own satisfaction, but it wasn't as consistent as I wanted it to be. And so I looked for a way to add another way.

[LP conversion(Siphoning)-45,000 points]

Essentially, the skill would allow me to steal the life force of things I killed and convert it to LP. It honestly sounded a bit messed up but what worked, worked.

The skill was a lot cheaper to create even when it was permanent. Like the passive LP regeneration skill I wanted to save up for, it would be powered by the LP it converted.

Speaking of the passive LP regeneration skill, I had bought the cheapest one. I was ashamed to say the skill was basically useless. I was gaining what I calculated to be a tenth of LP every hour as actual profit.

Just for fun, I calculated how much that was in a year and I got…876.

876 LP a year. It was pathetic, and honestly, I regretted buying it even as cheap as it was.

Whatever the case, the siphoning LP converter would definitely be a worthwhile purchase, especially when you consider some of the purchases I wanted to make.

[Hyperion(Magically Powered)- 475,000 points]

An ability that would summon a high-powered beam of energy from the sky. The range and intensity would be in accordance with the magical energy I put into it.

This was something I couldn't even think of how to create using my magic. I would admit, I was a lost cause when it came to magic theory, sue me I can't be perfect.

That didn't stop me from training with it though. I at least had a very considerable amount of magic power, despite having old human DNA.

Back to the dungeon, I was advancing slowly but nicely nonetheless.

In the three weeks I was here I had cleared 6 more floors, which was actually amazing progress. The monsters were tough, but also made me stronger.

Unfortunately, I had to say a temporary goodbye to Livie and the dungeon as my family wanted me to come back for a while.

"Already?! I thought I'd at least get until the academy before this happened." I complained as my mother placed a mountain of letters in front of me.

These were all of course letters from noble's daughters. So in essence, marriage offers.

'It seems my promotion has been announced already.' I sighed as I picked up one envelope.

I had no plans of accepting any of these, I knew how girls were in this world.

"It seems Noir is quite popular with the ladies." My mother chuckled behind her hand as she sat across from me.

As of recently, her attitude has lifted tremendously, though her relationship with my father is still a bit strained.

"Make sure you reply kindly to each of them, even if you plan to deny them all." Alice chided me already knowing of my dislike for the overly malicious woman of this world.

"When we marry, you will refer to me as Mistress and act as a servant for me and my lover." I read out the first letter to the two as I turned blank stares at them.

"I need to reply kindly… To this?" I groaned in despair. Was it too much to ask for a woman with a good personality, as well as a nice figure?

*cough*

"Good luck bro." Alice patted me on the back before she departed the room.

The next few days were spent with me kindly declining marriage offers one by one. I thought there'd be at least one that wasn't like the rest but nope.

Like that, I balanced my life as a noble with my dungeon conquest, island development, and time with my family.

Before I knew it, my 15th birthday came and went. And soon it was time for my transition to academy life.

My family sent me off with smiles as I boarded Stellar and went on my way.

Off to where the main story in the original truly started, and where events I had barely any memory of would begin.
