"HEeeeelppp Eek!" My voice is hoarse with all that screaming and yelling. My knees and elbows were bleeding.

Gritting my teeth, I shall endure this.

While grinning inwardly yet very nervous at the thought of it failing.

Not long after, I saw the second part of the plan.

"ADVENTURERS!" Making delightful sounds as I saw my savior. There, Lisa, Lumine, Noelle, and Mika dressed as Adventurers looked like they came from the domain hunting.

The Abyss Mage behind me cursed.

"What a shitty luck of this fool. Hmmm, Vision Holders. Not good! I need reinforcement. You! Get the others here!" It pointed at a Hilichurl.

The Hilichurl in question pointed at itself.

"Hah! What are you dawdling at, go! I'll kill you!"

The Hilichurl ran off, scared silly.

I overhear that as I smile. The plan is going with the flow. I just hope nothing happens...

Shit. Did I just jinx myself?

"Help me!" With a beggar-like appearance, I stumbled in front of the Adventurers on my knees.

"What happened to you!?"

Lisa quickly helped me stand up. She caressed my face. Woman there is no time for that, get your acting done.

However, her expression is full of concern. She saw those bruises were real. Turns out, I didn't get them with all the stumbling, with my level how could I easily bleed? Of course, to make it more realistic I have to self-inflict these wounds.

Why? For the plan!

Amber, Lumine, and Noelle's expressions showed true concern. I did not tell them about this. Even more so, Eula. I didn't let her in this second group, cause I knew how she would react.

To go so far. We cannot make mistakes. I'm worried about their acting skills. They aren't actors, it would have been obvious and the enemy will find it hard to believe.

They looked like they wanted to say more I eyed them not to say more.

I pointed at the enemy behind me.

"They are chasing me!"

"Abyss Mage!" Lisa cried out as she pretended to be shocked. For a woman who read thousands of books, she should be good at acting.

Covering herself with lightning, she raised her hand toward the Cryp Abyss Mage.

"Curses! An electro! Are freaking kidding!"

Amber ready her bow with fiery arrow."

"Damn it! How is my luck so bad? Curses!"

Of course to Lisa and the others, it was cursing gibberish. They didn't even know what it was talking about.

Seeing that the Cryo Abyss Mage hesitates.

Lisa took this opportunity.

"If you can understand me, Leave! You can't defeat us. Even with those behind you!" With a voice full of confidence Lisa said sternly. The Cryo Abyss Mage kept cursing under its breath.

Both sides were on stalemates.

The Cryo Abyss Mage knows it will be at a disadvantage. The only path it could take is retreat. But does that apply to Abyss Order tho?

The Cryo Abyss Mage raised its hand and then gestured for its subordinates to attack... At least that should have been if they had immortality.

But the Cryo Abyss Mage retreated. Why? Did my plan fail?

Did I jinx myself knowing jinxing is idiotic?

I'm crying in tears right now, It feels so deeply uncomfortable knowing something like this happens. Very uncomfortable that my heart almost jumped out. It was excruciating to feel. So hard that I cannot control my laughter!

I need to calm my countenance lest all the plans I came up with will be nulled.

The doubts I have since the Pyro Abyss Mage. What doubts? Ronan, what is it?

They are Immortal, right? They should be. So why the doubts? Everything has a price! Resurrection shouldn't be so cheap, isn't it?

Ronan, The Pyro Abyss Mage fought to the death. You see, the Pyro Abyss Mage wasn't in the right mind. Why would a leader like an Abyss Mage divulge top secrets without knowing the consequences, it's not an idiot even if he knows humans don't know what is talking about.

Abyss Order aren't stupid.

Seeing the retreating figure of the Abyss Order. I grinned inwardly but I never dropped the act.

If I guess correctly, the Cryo Abyss Mage will never let us go because of its disadvantages. From what I've seen with these assholes, they have huge pride and love toying with the weak.

I pretend to tell Lisa's group about what is happening to Calla City out loud. I sound vexed and sad.

"My family! They are in the city! Please help them!"

I could pretty much guess the Cryo Abyss Mage's thoughts when Lisa finished those lines. With that, it's cemented that Abyss Order will pursue us.

"Nooo! My family!" Pretending to clutch my chest painfully.

Lisa embraced me. Since I'm slightly taller than her by an inch. She pulled my head to her deep ravine. She's quite a tall lady I must say.

This woman keeps seducing me. Does she think I will remain passive? Of course not, How can I not use this opportunity?

All the pain and shame, I should be rewarded. Right?

Our group of five moved towards Mondstadt. While knowing we were followed behind. I hope it's a large group at least hundreds or so.

Amber and Lumine were silent as Noelle. Actually, Noelle is not a quiet person, she is quite talkative if you talk to her. She appeared silent all the time because she i was like a maid.

A maid who only answers if you order. Really, these people are quite unique on their own.

Not long, we found ourselves in a quiet place. A place perfect to set an Ambush. Of course it's not us that will be ambushing, it's the Abyss Order.
