So, for her, using a little energy to derive some rules from the destiny element is quite easy and wouldn't even impact Teyvat.

' As for the rules, first is stars and constellation, second should be fate and beliefs, third is conceptual gods, and forth is luck. '

For Phanes, the destiny element makes use of constellation than people's faith, so it's natural to have the divinity of stars, constellations, fate, and beliefs.

As for conceptual gods, it's a God that holds dominion over a concept. It's her reward toward the seven. Now, the seven earthly Archons will have their ideology becoming a divinity. And lastly, luck, the chance she left for all life to fight for a better destiny.

Phanes began to quickly purify the Abyssal energy that she once sealed before deducing the four rules for the destiny element.

While she was closing her eyes and deducing, a heavenly phenomenon was observed in all of Teyvat.

The dark sky was gone, but a beautiful aurora was filling the sky. The seven Archons felt a certain palpitation, one that is accompanied by vitality and opportunities for them and for their people.

But the four shadows were the ones to truly feel it, although they didn't understand how or why, but they could see and understand what's happening.
