Author Note: Sorry for the slow update guys, I'm doing quests rush & events rush in HSR & Genshin.

After Ryūhei ended his turn, everyone in the surroundings cheered. Now they knew that a powerful monster wasn't invincible as long as they had a card to counter it.

Eni only had 2000 LP left. It was a miraculous counter by Ryūhei in just a turn to turn back the situation. In addition, this makes the duel even more exciting to watch. Now, the situation is reversed as Eni is at a disadvantage.

"My turn. Draw! I reveal my draw, Jar of Greed, and draw another card. Activate a trap card, Jar of Greed, and draw 1 card. Activate a spell card, Monster Reborn, then target Blue Eyes Ultimate White Dragon for a special summon! Set one card into my spell/trap zone. Switch to the battle phase! Attack the face-down card on the left of the opponent's field!" When Eni declared her attack, Ryūhei immediately flipped the card she attacked.

"Activate a flip effect of Man-Eater Bug! This card allows me to choose your monster card to destroy. And I choose to destroy Blue Eyes Ultimate White Dragon!"

However, Eni responded.

"Activate a trap card, Destruction Jammer! I discard 1 card to negate the effect that destroys my Blue Eyes. Then, destroy the Man-Eater Bug! My turn is over!"

That was a desperate defense performed by Eni. She didn't have any trap or spell card on the field after this, which was indicating that the last attack was her last attempt to struggle.

"Hehe, my little maid, it seems I won this duel." Ryūhei chuckled while looking at Eni. However, she just responded with a smile. Still, he saw that smile as her white flag.

Then, Ryūhei declared.

"My turn. Draw! Activate a continuous trap card, Call of the Haunted, and special summon Suijin! Switch to the battle phase. Gate Guardian, attack the Blue Eyes Ultimate White Dragon! Blue Eyes destroyed."

After the Blue Eyes Ultimate White Dragon was destroyed, there were no more cards in Eni's field. But just as Ryūhei was about to continue attacking, Eni suddenly interrupted.

"Activate the effect of Blue Eyes Jet Dragon! When a card on the field is destroyed by battle or a card effect, I can special summon this card from my hand or graveyard. Special summon, Blue Eyes Jet Dragon! Activate another card effect, Deep Eyes White Dragon! When a face-up "Blue-Eyes" monster I control is destroyed by battle or a card effect, and I have a dragon-type monster in my graveyard, I can special summon this card from my hand. Special summon, Deep Eyes White Dragon! Since this summon is successful, inflict 600 damage to you for each dragon-type monster with different names in my graveyard, The White Stone of Ancients, Blue Eyes White Dragon, Blue Eyes Ultimate White Dragon, and Assault Wyvern. 4 names in the graveyard, so I inflict 2400 damage to your Life Points directly. Then, I can target 1 dragon-type monster in my graveyard and this card's ATK becomes equal to that monster's. And my target is Blue Eyes Ultimate White Dragon."

"Holy madafaka. How come this kind of shit is happening?" Ryūhei cursed out loud after Eni summoned 2 high-level monster cards after he destroyed the Blue Eyes Ultimate White Dragon. He just needed to perform a direct attack with Suijin or Sanga to finish this duel. But, his luck said otherwise.

"Hehe, you're out of luck, my dear master." Eni let out a chuckle.

"Fuck! That deck is cheating!" Ryūhei pointed at her deck in annoyance. However, Eni shrugged her shoulders.

"Ah. Nibi is the one who arranged all the decks. It has nothing to do with me."

He had to admit that her deck was better. However, his Gate Guardian had the highest ATK in the current field. Unless Eni takes out a spell card to destroy the Axe of Despair, he is still at an advantage.

"Switch to the main phase 2. Set a card in my spell/trap zone. My turn is done."

Since two high-level monsters were Special Summoned, he couldn't attack anymore. Blue Eyes Jet Dragon had 3000 ATK and Deep Eyes White Dragon had 4500 ATK. However, his monsters excluding the Gate Guardian had 2600 ATK and lower. Even so, he didn't change the battle positions of the cards because the effects of the two were beneficial to him. Suijin, Kazejin, or Sanga had the same effects, which negated the first attack. Or rather, as long as one of them is being attacked while face-up on the field, their effects can reduce the card that attacked them to 0 ATK during damage calculation only. And this effect can be used once.

When Eni drew a card, she showed the card to Ryūhei before drawing another card. And surprisingly, the card she showed to him was the Heavy Storm. It was a powerful spell card that could destroy any spell and trap card on the field. However since Eni didn't have any spell or trap card on the field, it wasn't considered as a kamikaze if she activated it. Ryūhei didn't know the second card she drew. However, knowing that she got the Heavy Storm, he expected her to activate that card.

"Activate a spell card, Heavy Storm! Destroy all the spell and trap cards on the field!" Eni slapped that card into the field. However, Ryūhei flipped the card in his spell/trap zone.

"Trap card activated, Magic Jammer! Negate the activation of Heavy Storm and destroy it!"

Ryūhei looked at Eni with a smirk.

"C'mon my little maid. Don't be so stubborn and accept your loss!"

However, Eni chuckled in response.

"Are you sure about that?"

Then, Eni pinched the one card that she had just drawn out using her index and middle fingers while showing it to Ryūhei. The lightning strike image on the card caused Ryūhei to curse loudly.

"Fuck that Raigeki! How come you have so many disgusting cards on your deck?"

"Hehe. Activate a spell card, Raigeki! Destroy all monsters on my opponent's field! Switch to the battle phase! Deep Eyes White Dragon and Blue Eyes Jet Dragon, direct attack! And your Life Points are gone, my dear Master. It's my win, hehe."

*Clap* *clap* *clap*

The audience immediately cheered and gave them applause for bringing such an exciting duel. At first, Eni dominated the game. But, by using trap and spell cards with various effects, Ryūhei could turn the table for a moment and almost win the duel. It was unfortunate that Eni had a lot of powerful cards. Thus, when she got the chance, Ryūhei was defeated in an instant.

"Shop owner, are those cards for sale?"

"Little Ryūhei, how much are those cards?"

"Can I try that game with my friend?"

After that, Ryūhei was bombarded by question after question. Although the Yu★Gi★Oh TCG is complicated to play, that doesn't stop people who are interested in a strategy game like this. This kind of game requires finding the most optimal plays and strategies from a player. And since there are a lot of cards in the Yu★Gi★Oh TCG, it has led to more mechanics and combos that require a lot of planning and skill to execute correctly. Of course, there are luck factors as well. Well, since this game requires a certain amount of IQ, some might not like this kind of game because this kind of game requires a lot of thinking. Though, some of them might not care and just have fun with the game or become card collectors.

"Calm down, peeps!"

Everyone glanced at Ryūhei. Then, he said, "I'll start selling these cards once my other shop is done with renovations. 1 booster pack contains 5 cards with random rarities inside it. There are 5 rarities, namely; normal cards, rare cards, super rare cards, ultra-rare cards, and ultimate rare cards. Booster packs mean that each pack contains a set of cards that can be used as a deck if you get all the cards on the booster pack list. For example, this Blue Eyes deck or this Gate Guardian deck. In addition, I will sell the book containing the rules, system, mechanics, and card list of this game the moment I sell the packs."

The people in the surroundings were rather disappointed since they couldn't immediately buy the cards to play. However, Ryūhei had not finished speaking. He continued, "Do you all want to try this game?"

"That's right!"

"Can I?"

"Let me play first, shop owner!"

"Hey, hey, I came here first, it's not your turn!"

"No! It's my turn!"

People started arguing because they wanted to play the game. This caused Ryūhei to facepalm after seeing the scene in front of him.
