There is a young man who really hates his helplessness against the current state in Inazuma. That young man is Shikanoin Heizou. He is a 20-year-old detective with a height of 170 cm. He has burgundy hair with a dark highlight, light olive green eyes, and a mole below each eye.

Heizou seems like an ordinary young man at first glance. However, he does possess a wild imagination. As a detective, he also has a mind for meticulous logic and reasoning, as well as an extraordinary sense of intuition when it comes to solving cases.

The way Heizou sees it, detectives are to destroy their opponents' defenses using their intelligence. However, it all comes to naught the moment absolute power reigns everything.

Ever since the decrees were initiated, Heizou didn't know if justice could still prevail. 

"What's the point of working as a detective if my higher-ups are hurting innocent people? Especially the Raiden Shogun, causing common folks to suffer."

That was literally what he had in mind and eventually made him resign as a detective at the police station. He felt nothing but rage and disgust about the culmination of all the sins in this world, hovering over all like a titanic shadow covering the skies, fixing its cold and unfeeling gaze on all that was good in this world, and seeking ways to snuff it out. He wanted to change, but he was too powerless against a godly being who caused the turmoil.

(AN: Idk whether Heizou resigned his job or not in the original timeline. But knowing he has high values of justice and for the convenience of the story, I made him resign from his job. And retake his job again after the Raiden Shogun abolished the decrees.)

To his surprise, something changed. It started when some kids bought a tabletop game called Let's Get Rich. As a game, it sure has such a fascinating name.

And then, he witnessed a bs moment where cards from a game manifested, or projected into monsters. When he investigated, it turned out that the two people who projected those monsters from the cards were originally the creators of that game and somehow the Shueisha store had some sort of connection with them. Because of that, he was interested in that store as well as the owner.

Based on his investigations, the owner of that store hailed from a fallen clan but was kicked out five years ago. With his roots from a certain fallen clan in the past, he was sent to the other clan and was now engaged to a young lady from a prominent clan.

'What a twist.' Heizou muttered after investigating Ryūhei's background.

More importantly, it seemed Ryūhei didn't have a good impression of the Tenryou and Kanjou Commissions while his in-law family opposed both Commissions.

The day when a lot of new manga were published, Heizou wanted to meet Ryūhei. Too bad he was too late as Ryūhei already went back to Liyue. That was what Shinobu said to him in a whisper as if to prevent someone from hearing. Considering she knew what kind of person he was, she didn't hide the fact that Ryūhei went back to Liyue secretly.

But then, several questions popped into his head after her words seemed to imply that Ryūhei crossed to the other side secretly without alerting the Shogun's army.

'This guy is quite daring.' That was his thought of Ryūhei.

Just then, he caught a glimpse of the manga title from the corner of his eyes.

"Detective Conan?" As a detective, the title of the manga naturally piqued him.

"Don't you want to try?" Shinobu asked as she approached him.

"Is this good?" Heizou asked her back. But Shinobu shrugged her shoulders since she had no idea. She only heard from customers that the story was entertaining and suspenseful. And most people anticipate what will happen next. 

Heizou decided to buy and read it inside the store. After reading it, he closed the manga with a pleasant surprise showing up on his face.

'This is definitely a masterpiece.' He thought.

The main character turned into a 6-8 year old kid. Even then, he didn't give up on solving cases with such a bratty appearance that nobody would believe him that he was a genius detective.

'Perhaps, I should do the same. In my case, I should try to find someone with the best chance of changing the Raiden Shogun's mind to abolish those kinds of crap. And the suitable person in my mind is only that woman. Let me visit the shrine then.'

The woman Heizou mentioned was Yae Miko. However, he didn't believe such a crafty woman would stay silent in this kind of situation. If Miko already tried but came back with empty hands, then he wasn't sure of what to do next. At the very least, he had to meet her first.

Meanwhile on Ryūhei's side.

The second floor of the Shueisha Publishing Company is a work office with a co-working space concept, and each desk is separated by a slightly tall board on each side.

There is also a table flanked by two couches in the corner with some plant decorations.

Ryūhei sat there while checking the stuff inside the carrier bag.

Ryūhei, who was supposed to explain why Hu Tao acted strangely in front of others when he was around, decided to use secret technique number 1, running away.

"Yare yare…" Ryūhei let out a sigh.

Hu Tao's previous words seemed to imply that she had no intention of hiding the "accident" at that time. If that was known to others, Ryūhei would definitely be blamed even though he apologized already.

But he didn't know if that was on purpose or not. If it was, he didn't care anymore whether he would feel bad for Hu Tao or not since she was the one who started it.

Ryūhei is not like other people who will shrink if he is blamed for just touching "them" a little. After all, it was just an accident. And he might just counter the blame with spicy words.

Putting that aside, Ayaka and Nibi entered the work office together.

She noticed some people working in their respective desks. However, when she observed carefully, they were the same person. And more importantly, they were Ryūheis.

"This… What is this?" Ayaka asked with an expression full of confusion.

Since Ryūhei let Ayaka come to Liyue, Nibi can naturally assume that Ryūhei allowed Ayaka to find out some of his secrets.

With that in mind, Nibi replied, "Ah, they're just clones. Master is over there." She pointed at the corner where the Real Ryūhei sat on the couch.

Ayaka couldn't believe that all of the manga were all of his works alone and she was sure they were all only responsible for drawing, not providing the stories.

Then again, to be able to create clones to help him in his business, Ayaka wonders, how many secrets has he been hiding all this time?

Yet, having known Ryūhei for more than 5 years, Ayaka somewhat understood him as he rarely talked about himself. 

'But that's strange. If he had this kind of skill, why didn't he show it to my brother and instead he let himself lose so badly? Or is this skill he attained after the so-called awakening?' Ayaka couldn't help but ponder.

On the other hand, Ryūhei seemed to be lost in thought. Or rather, he racked his brain after knowing his Sacred Gear's full potential. He didn't even seem to notice Ayaka entered the office.

His Sacred Gear can create any monster, demon, or spiritual entity. He had tested it before and for some reason, his Sacred Gear didn't work if he wanted to create humanoid beings like humans, elves, or demi-humans. Even if he created a demon, he couldn't create one with an appearance similar to a human. Rather, if the demon he created didn't have such a hideous appearance or any similarities with Wikipedia, or perhaps the Bible or Scripture in his previous life, his creation would have failed.

However, there is an exception though. He can still create monsters that can transform into human form through skills or abilities as he did when creating Rimuru.

Ryūhei indeed managed to create a holographic Dark Magician previously. The reason was… that Dark Magician was created as a spiritual entity. As such, even if he created humanoid beings, they would end up as invisible entities or transparent humanoids at most. Other than that, the spiritual entities he created could only attack other spiritual entities. In other words…

'I CAN'T CREATE A STAND!!!' That was what he had in his mind.

(AN: Just saying. If the Annihilation Maker could create anything, then that Sacred Gear would be the number one and most broken Longinus. Anyway, I even made some changes since the original could only create demons, so don't tell me I nerfed this just because a certain Lucifer could even create a lot of Stands 😄)

Even though he somewhat regretted not being able to create a Stand, he still had plenty of ammunition, Yu★Gi★Oh TCG for example. Other than that, his manga could work as well, especially Kimetsu no Yaiba since that manga was a story about slaying demons and those demons were still within his reach if he wanted to create them. And he wondered if he could create a Shinigami as well.

'Hehe. I have a very very nice idea regarding this. However, I'll have to confirm something.'

Ryūhei suddenly grinned from ear to ear after he had devised everything in his mind as his surroundings
