"Yep, what do you think of it Paimon? Pretty neat right? Except… it feels odd with out my brother…"

"Don't worry Lumine! We'll find him!" Then Paimon mumbled under her breath, "After I go find some tasty food here that is. Hehe."

"What was that Paimon?" Lumine asked.

"Uhhhh, it's nothing Lumine, Paimon was just devising a plan to find your brother! Nothing related to new tasty food at all. Nope! Nothing like that." Paimon blurted out fast, looking behind her pretending there was something interesting. "Look! Maybe your brother is in that, that, McDonalds? Yeah, Paimon thinks your brother is hiding in that McDonalds. We should go investigate."

"Uh huh." Said Lumine, sounding unimpressed, "And it has nothing to do with the poster on the window saying "BEST FOOD IN TOWN!!" right?"

"Uhhh, yep, nothing at all, let's gooooooo!" Yelled Paimon zooming away, flying through crowds of people and odd looking metal contraptions on her way to the McDonalds.

"Wait up Paimon! I can't fly like you!" Screamed Lumine, having a harder time weaving through the crowds, and also… HONK HONK.

"WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING GIRL!!" Screamed a man raising his middle finger from inside a metal thingy, "YOU TRYING TO GET KILLED?"

Lumine paused and stared at the metal thingy as it zoomed away, pondering what the middle finger meant. "Hmm, whatever, PAIMON, wait up!!" Paimon had already flown over to the "McDonalds" and was pouting looking at Lumine, "Hurry up! Paimon is hungry, wait no, your brother is in here!"

Lumine raced over, weaving between the metal boxes and ignoring all the honks and screaming people, eventually reaching the McDonalds door. Panting, Lumine gasped, "Paimon, slow down. I can't fly like you."

"Paimon thinks we should go in an eat all the tasty food."

"So you admit we came here for food?"

"Yep, Paimon is starving, Paimon thinks we should stuff ourselves full."

"Ok Paimon, let's go in then." Said Lumine said exasperated opening the door. When they stepped in, Lumine noticed that everyone was staring at her and Paimon, muttering things such as "Kids these days, dressing up like it's still the medieval times." and "Is carrying a real sword even legal?".

Paimon and Lumine walked to the counter under the stares of the other customers, and got ready to order food. "Uhhhh Lumine? What's a chicken nugget, and what's a Big Mac?"

"I don't know Paimon, but that Happy Meal looks good, I think I'll get that. Lumine said, looking at a glowing screen with food items on it.

"Ok then, Paimon will get a Big Mac then because it sounds big and filling."

Lumine approached the person selling the food, and said "Hello, can I order a Big Mac and a Happy Meal?"

The cashier stared at them oddly, looking at their attire and Paimon, and responded, "uhh pets aren't allowed in here, I'm going to have to ask you to leave your floating pet outside if that's ok."

Paimon immediately pouted and whined, "Why does everyone call Paimon a pet or a mascot, Paimon is the best travel guide there is!"

Lumine looked at Paimon and said to the cashier, "Paimon isn't a pet, Paimin is my emergency rations!"

"HEY, Paimon just said that Paimon is the best travel guide, not emergent rations! Take that back!"

"Nope" said Lumine looking smug, "is it ok to keep Paimon here since she's emergency rations?" Lumine asked the cashier.

"Uhhh I think it's ok." Replied the cashier, looking confused about what's happening, and whispered under his breath, "I'm not payed enough for this."

"Ok then, one Big Mac and one Happy Meal, is that it?"

"Yep" replied Lumine, pulling out her Mora pouch. "How much will it be?"

"A Big Mac and a Happy Meal brings you to $7.36." Said the Cashier.

"Wait what?" Questioned Lumine, holding mora in her hand. "Do you by any chance accept Mora?" Lumine sheepishly said.

The Cashier leaned over the counter to get a better look, "Nope, that's not any currency that I know of. If you don't have money I'm going to have to ask you to leave then."

Lumine and Paimon felt the gazes of interest from the other customers waning, whispering things like "Turns out their just a bunch of broke folks trying to dress up nice." Lumine and Paimon's face started to blush after hearing what the other customers said.

Hanging their heads down the slowly left the McDonalds depressed. "Is this what Zhong Li feels like every day?" The both muttered in sync.
