131 Last Chance and Princess

Grand Orchestre was the 5-stars catalyst that the previous Columbina used as her main weapon and was inherited by Allen. However, even when Allen was able to bond with it, she could not force it to cooperate, the catalyst refusing to be summoned. However, now just as Allen was about to try to escape, the weapon react, letting Allen used it and guiding her in her piano play.

With Grand Orchestre and the environment, Allen was quite sure that she would have been able to deal with the 5 Oceanids at the same time. However, she obted to follow the will of the weapon and playing normally, inspiring the Lochfolk rather than attacking them.

All of them stooped talking, focusing on Allen and thinking "But even if she was able to obtain it, it will be the same, she is not a Lochfolk in the end" Chryseis deducted.

"We can't neither help her. She is too different and we are unable to enter Fontaine" Thoe stated.

"Whatever! It might be useless, but she has the possibility to take revenge. That's enough for me!" Urania shouted "Let's convince her!"

"B-but revenge won't change anything. We will end the same." Dione said "We better forget about it."

"I think that you forget about someone" Rhodeia stated "She certainly can't, but there's someone here that could."

All of them showed shock, before moving their focus on Endora "The newborn!" "One completely blank. It could work" "But should we put that heavy weight and danger on someone so young?" "I doubt that Endora will be able to do it, she is too weak in the end."

"Yes" Chryseis stepped forward "It seems that the possibility came too late, we have no power left to take it."

"Individually, you are right" Rhodeia said "But all of us together, we still have an opportunity. The last opportunity."

"Are you saying to sacrifice us?!" Urania asked "You know what will happen, we won't be different than the others. Rather than end like that I would prefer to be killed."

"It's a bet" Rhodeia explained "We gave ourselves to open this opportunity. If it goes well, we will be saved, the Lochfolk recovering their past strength and if it doesn't bear fruit... We will only lose some decades or centuries at most. If we don't do anything, we are resigning to live the remaining time like this, slowly approaching our inevitable end."

"The possibilities of exit are extremely low. You are only working with supositions" Chryseis rebutted.

"I might" Rhodeia nodded "But remember what we were and in what we have become. Do you not want to return? We all might be in disagreement about how to deal with Focalors and humans. That's also the reason that Endora is perfect. She is a newborn without any experience or knowledge, she will grow on her own and make her own decision for us, showing in her blank state which of our ways is the correct one. This is our last opportunity. Think about it for a minute and we will vote."

All of them stayed silent for a minute thinking about it.

"Endora is our only and best hope. " Rhodeia stated "I vote in favor."

"When Endora discovers the truth, she will want to take revenge" Urania said "I vote in favor."

"The probabilities are extremely low, but are zero in any other way" Chryseis explained "I vote in favor."

"I hope Endora will learn to live with humans" Thoe said "I vote in favor."

"I-I want to be like before and be together with everyone!" Dione said "I vote in favor!"

"With all votes in favor, it's decided" Rhodeia turned over Endora who couldn't really understand anything that they were telling, similar to Allen who was next to her. "We will give you our strength, Endora."

"Will you join with Endora?" Endora asked.

"Fusing will corrupt your mind, making you unable for this quest. We will give you our pure strength and be reborn with it" Rhodeia explained.

"But what is the quest?"

"There's no use in tell you, knowing about it will make you unable to accomplish that why you do not need to worry about, simply live your own life. Learn, travel, experiment... live. That's the only thing that you need to do."

"And you who is named Allen" Rhodeia turned over Allen "Take care of her, let her follow you and look after her. I can feel your thirst of power and strength and I can assure that Endora would be a great help to it. You can use her as you wish until the time comes. Would you?"

"I will take care of her" Allen thought about and accepted. They were telling that they will give Endora power and even if she only reached Rhodeia's strength, Allen could put her to good use for her activities, being easily manipulable by her as Endora liked Allen very much.

"It's decided!" The Lochfolk stated and started fusing each other, being all of them swallowed by Rhodeia who increased her size and strength.

"Endora, never forget it. You are a Lochfolk, be proud of it." The new Rhodeia summoned a bubble of water that was slowly increasing in size while Rhodeia was becoming smaller. The buble was pearly clear as the most virgin water, devoid of any contaminant.

"Endora, take our strength and be reborn as the Lochfolk Princess." Rhodeia shot the bubble to Endora who was swallowed in it and she started absorbing, her body shining."

"Good luck" Rhodeia said weakly before only a trace of her was behind, a drop of water about 20 cm that was lost into the lake.

"SHIN* Endora finished absorbing the bubble, causing a blind light. Once the light was gone, Endora's body had transformed. In her place now, stood an incredibly cute girl. About 9 years old, deep azure eyes and long platinum hair with pink high ends, wearing a princess dress.

"Allen" Endora blinked cutely and turned to Allen with shiny and hopeful eyes "Can Endora follow you?"

'It seems that all the answers have been lost just like that so I'll need to do as they said, discovering once the time comes. There's still time to go to Fontaine' "Of course" Allen smiled.

"Yay!" She jumped with glee, none of them knowing what awaited in the future.
