4. Martial Artist Genius?
When the Su family's arrival announced, the whole place is put into silence.
Everyone's eyes focus on the little girl in yellow dress who is calm and graceful like not noticing everyone's gaze on her. When they were recovered after seeing Meixiang's different aura brought, the so called noble young masters amd misses continue their whispers as they reminisce what happened eight days ago proving that the well know vase is indeed an only vase.

She can't help but sigh, if not with this banquet she may already had read a book. While thinking of her older brother Tian Ling, she can't help but sigh again.

Noticing Meixiang's stares, Tian Feng look at the young lady's direction. Meixiang didn't even show a shyness of being caught staring at a young man but instead she let go a sigh and calmly withdraw her gaze and look at the main door.
Not long after, the eunuch announced the arrival of the royal family.
All the people present bow their heads and welcome the royal family.
Entering, the king is carefreely laughing while the queen have a restrained smile as the fourth princess is telling something that obviouly is the reason of her royal parent's light mood.
Now realizing the presence of the people in the hall the king leisurely wave his hand while walking to his throne, "You don't have to be formal."
Everyone follows and raise their heads. They took their seats after the royal family.
After a short ceremony the performance of the noble young misses started. This young misses are to show off their talents as they know the so called crown princess is about to be replaced by the most deserving one. The smiles of these young misses got stiff when they heard the last performer.
"The last performer- the second young miss Su Ruwan of Su manor playing the guqin."
Su Ruwan shyly get up from her seat and gracefully place herself in the middle of the hall. This scene melts the hearts of every young man especially the crown prince Long Jiang who is staring at her intently.
When she plays the guqin, every young masters' emotions are in stir aside ofcourse from Tian Feng who can't wait to get home and continue his cultivation. On the other side where the young misses are sitting, they simply steal a gaze to the crown prince's reaction only to be heartbroken ofcourse this is not the case to Meixiang as she is indeed heartbroken not because of the crown prince but because of her wasted time which if calculated inside the sacred book, she is now wasting two days!
In the middle of Su Ruwan's performance, a white creature flew to the direction of the young misses that cause the disturbance of the entire hall.
They all look at the direction where the ladies are sitting only to see Meixiang stretching her right arm, on her right hand a white creature is being strangled by her small hand.
A shout suddenly rang to the hall as the fourth princess' eunuch walks toward Meixiang.
"Third Young Miss Su."
Meixiang calmly look at the eunuch few steps away from her. The eunuch spread his hands toward her indicating her to hand the white creature on her grasp.
"Do you own this wild thing?"
A shout arise again. Everyone's attention turn to the Fourth Young Princess Long Qiaoran.
"You! You!"
Everyone held their breath. Who didn't know that this so called wild thing by Meixiang is the well loved tier three beast White Gust Sparrow, a wind attribute beast own by the fourth princess!
A tier three beast is indeed nothing special but to the small kingdom of Long Dynasty, owning a spiritual beast with element attribute alone is special not to mention a tier three with element attribute!
"It must be the third young miss of the Su family?"
A voice rang and everyone look at the king who have not lose his composure since at the start.
Meixiang calmly gave the dead body of the White Gust Sparrow to the eunuch and bow her head to the direction of the king.
"Responding to your highness, this is indeed the third young miss of the Su manor, Su Meixiang."
"Hmm. This king remembers that summoner Dan Feihan's daughter just passed her tenth year of age and now seeing how a tier three warlock with a wind attribute was single handedly killed, this king is astound. Indeed the daughter of the genius summoner Dan Feihan would also be a genius like her."
Everyone choked with the king's statement. Who didn't know that the third young miss of the Su family is a waste?! No one believes that the king didn't pay attention to the result of the aptitude test of his son the crown prince's betrothed. The king isn't dumb not to understand the blatant threat of the little girl. Dan Feihan is indeed not from Long dynasty and with her aptitude she is surely from a big family outside the small kingdom. The little girl respond is vague but holds a lot of meaning. The 'others' can be said as her family in her mother's side. If she compares her aptitude of her own to her mother's family it means they are in touch with her---or she's just bluffing. If not then how could she have the ability to kill a tier three beast without cultivation? It is indeed from an external factor and surely this isn't available to this small kingdom of Long Dynasty! The king is smart enough not to take a risk and only swallow his anger.
The so called external factor everyone speculating is indeed not fully wrong. Meixiang indeed used a needle but without internal force these needles wouldn't affect the tier three warlock.
This internal force is only a drop of knowledge she learned from those sea of books. After reading the first batch of books, Meixiang learns that in different world they use different way of cultivation and one of this is cultivating internal force.

Although it's not fully appropriate to cultivate this internal force in her current environment, she still tried as ten days is not short and accidents may happen before her real ability will be shown.
