He sighed as he signed the pieces of paper in his hands and placed them in a box. He turned to the merchant sitting in front of him.

"Are you sure these are all the available estates in the surrounding area? Only 4 mountain villas? Only 10 city estates?" He inquired releasing a strong concentration of killing intent. His wifey deserved the best so naturally he was completely willing to give her the best.

The merchant gulped as he felt himself being suffocated by the raw killing intent, he had never felt so oppressed before, this man was definitely a man that had faced death multiple times.

"Yes sir!" He said not even daring to lie.

"Then what about the villa by the cherry blossom orchards?" He asked with a cold voice, a measly merchant dared to lie to him? Did he not value his life?
