4 Assassination.

Rui Hachimura has gotten another assassination deal from Giran. This time it is a hero however, but Rui has no qualms about that. It has been a few weeks since his first pay, and he has to pay rent for his apartment Giran got for him.

The hero in question is The Chain Hero: Chainsaw. Nothing is wrong with Chainsaw; he seems to be a competent hero even if he is rank within the middle of the hero rankings. But recently, his questionable actions have come to light like choosing to abandon a few civilians in a fire because he does not have the suitable quirk.

Now that does not matter to the majority of the society because it looks like valid reason. It was not for Rui, however.

To him, it was infuriating that Chainsaw dared to call himself a hero when he abandoned a job because his quirk was not suitable. A hero should save all people no matter the situation, yet Chainsaw left innocent civilians to die horribly in a fire.

That led to a civilian whose mother was caught in the fire to be enraged. He was beyond mad. He did not like how Chainsaw acted in front of the cameras after he 'did the best he can'. He did not like the smile he put on in front of the man who had just lost his beloved mother in a fire due to incompetency. As a result, he contacted Giran and ordered an assassination.

Rui had no problems with this, he was rather excited really.

'My first hero! I can't wait to make the old man proud!' celebratory cheers erupted in his mind at the thought of finally facing a hero like Garou did in the past.

He would receive seven million yen, a whole lot more from last time. The reason for this being a hero's assassination being more risky and therefore demands more money. Also because Giran was afraid of him from last time. That extra money was compensation.

According to Giran, Chainsaw usually work a few cities away from here [A/N: I have no idea about Japan's geography, I barely know my own country's B)] and works in the day.

Rui sets off immediately to find Chainsaw.

Izuku Midoriya sits in his classroom listening earnestly to his teacher, Mr. Aizawa. The events from yesterday was surreal. First, a group of villains come into U.S.J to attack, then Aizawa shows off his skills as a pro hero. Finally, a mysterious character comes in from nowhere and defeats a villain with oppressive aura and sends the other two scurrying away.

"Speaking of yesterday, it has been confirmed that the man from before is a vigilante,' murmurs scatter throughout the classroom,' he is not registered in the hero registry. Despite him helping us, it is still a crime to act without a license. Well enough of that, we have more important things to worry about."

Izuku straightens up his back as he eagerly waits for what could be more important than a vigilante helping his class.

"We have a U.A sports festival coming up soon, you have to be ready to showcase your abilities to the outside world. This is your first true step to become a hero."

Chainsaw walks around his city as per normal. So far nothing seems out of place and is quite peaceful right now. Too peaceful. He couldn't hear anything. Not even birds chirping, or the plane engines whirring he heard a few seconds ago. Then came his vision. It turned upside down. The trees and cars and buildings were all upside down.

He did not feel anything wrong with him. Only after a few seconds had passed did he register what was going on, his neck has been twisted, and his ears cut off. He couldn't even scream or feel pain.

He felt comfortable actually, before he died. He had expected to die on the job- he was an incompetent hero, he knew that- but he expected to die horribly, impaled maybe. Maybe being shredded to pieces.

But this death felt serene. Like he was lying on a comfortable white pillow mattress, and slowly sinking into it.

He dropped to the ground on his knees.

Rui got his ears and was ready to report back to Giran for his payment. He could not wait for his seven-million-yen payment, that shit could last him a lifetime!

Principal Nezu is in a pinch. The U.S.J event did not go out to the public thankfully, but it was only due to the appearance of the vigilante. From the oral anecdotes of the students, he realized that the vigilante was imperative in the 'kick assing' of the villains.

Next, was the murder of pro hero Chainsaw. He was asked by investigators to solve the murder of Chainsaw. At this point, both cases on his hands had the same perpetrator.
