CHAPTER 21 Get His Mark

　　As the pain surged through my body, I collapsed to the ground, cradling my chest. Eden reacted immediately, abandoning the fight to rush to my side. His big eyes filled with panic and fear as he knelt down beside me.

　　"Elissa! What's happening? Are you hurt?" He exclaimed, his voice laced with worry.

　　I tried to speak, but the pain was too intense, searing through my very core. I clutched at his shirt, tears streaming down my face as I whimpered in agony.

　　"I don't know. It hurts. Please help." I managed to choke out the words; they were barely audible.

　　Sensing the urgency, Eden scooped me into his arms, cradling me protectively. He carried me towards the pack house, his movements were swift and determined.

　　"I won't let anything happen to you, Elissa. I promise I'll find a way to help," he vowed, his voice filled with determination and love.
