11 Giving the Honours

Margaery looked at leaving carriages with her family sigil leaving from the Red Keep. She noticed that there is not a single person in the city.

Which sends chills through her body. Thankfully she was able to save her grandmother and all her ladies in waiting.

This was a VERY close call.

"Do you have anything else to do?" He asked her with a bored tone. The guy ended up carving something from wood while her household guards were scrambling. Honestly she started to get worried that he would get bored and leave her to die.

"N-No…we can leave," Margaery said while trying to sound professional and submissive at the same time.

"What of the rest?" She then asked about the rest.

"You mean the Blonde Bitch and her inbred children?"

"Yes. Will you leave them behind?"

"That's the plan. You could have smuggled some of the people in those carriages of yours."

"...and risking your wrath?"

"Oh? Are you afraid of my wrath?" He asked her curiously.

"Your reputation precedes you. I am no fool."

"Tell that to Riverlands, Vale, North, Crownlands, Westerlands, Stormlands, they all see me as a KID or a BOY."

"And so they are dead." She said that simply. Which made the Hunter slightly raise his eyebrow.

"Heh…true. Let's go."

"And the wolves?" She asked with some concern, the girl already started to like these wolves which act like puppies. Honestly, her luck was absurd with them as some of his wolves would have bitten her hand off.

"I will recall them when we are out of the city and some distance away."

She didn't say anything after that the girl needed to follow Raynor through the disgusting city. She had no guards or servants with her which made her feel strange.

Though this was the first time that she was in an empty city like this.

No one was around…

"Look closely, this is the last time you will see this city."

She furrowed her nose for a bit.

"There is nothing to see. It smells horrible. One of my goals as the Queen was to clean up this city."

"Who is stopping you my 'Queen'?"

She smiled at him.

"I don't need to tell you that it's a pipe dream by this point?"

"Depends on what you want to say. Even if you wanted you would have not become a Queen with that Bitch around."

"...You keep on calling Cersei Baratheon a Bitch…where such a thing is coming from?" She asked curiously. Such gossip is juicy for her.

"I am Greenseer, so I know future and past events to some extent. Cersei has been practicing incest since she was just a girl. She seduced her brother to be used for her relief. She saw herself in him and she doesn't mind using her looks or her body for anything.

So she is a bitch."

Her eyes widened for a bit. She does want to learn more! Having dirt on Cersei Baratheon sure is good. Sadly the woman won't be around for long. But she can always slander the Lannister family.

All fair in war.

"interesting…so…Stannis Baratheon knew that Joffrey is not legitimate." She said that as she realised the reason why Robert's younger brother is on the move.

He rolled his eyes at her.

"Your Political scheming is so meaningless when you can just go and end your threats."

For a second she blushed from embarrassment as she realised that he was seeing through her.

"Yes. But I am new to this whole magic thing. I have no idea how much you know."

"Fine. Since we have some time to walk. Stannis has a Fire Priestess to see visions by looking at the fire. Sadly for her, those visions are cheap knockoffs from Greenseer and Dragon Dreams.

It's like comparing Steel and Bronze Weapons. This means that the Priestess could interpret them wrongly. Making Stannis chase a wild goose chase."

"Ohhh…thank you for telling me this." She properly thanked him.

Truth be said Raynor is enjoying a proper conversation. Even if it was her making him tell things. Yes it has been years since he talked normally with anyone. In the village next to his hut where people are proper villagers and farmers who don't know jack shit, then some Nobles were cut and dry. He threatens and then kills or blows them up. Nothing constructive.

"It's basic knowledge, nothing to gush about."

"It's basic to you but I have no experience with magic except from hearing a few tales."

"I know. Andals made sure you have little to no knowledge of magic. Their fear of the Valyrians made them terrified of magic."

"Hoh? Never heard of this."

Sure enough…Raynor continued to brag about his knowledge. Maybe it was his awakening hormones or the girl's mannerism but he didn't mind telling about history or some magical basic stuff.

She didn't ask anything about his magic because of her basic fear. It was after all too early for that. From what she saw he could easily just kill someone with a swift movement of his hand.

He can throw those daggers easily. She doubted she would even see it coming.

Yes, it is better to be careful.

Oliana Tyrell, the grandmother of Margaery Tyrell, is quite infamous throughout the whole of Westeros as Queen of Thorns.

She is the brains behind the Tyrell family and is the one who raised Margaery and trained her in court politics. What she is famous for the most is that she was the one who made sure Tyrells survived the change of Dynasties.

Though even for her the Wolf Wars, which people are already calling, are confusing and absurd.

It was because of how hard it is to follow what is going on and to predict the moves of a boy who is slightly younger than her granddaughter.

Even now she was forced to escape King's Landing because she was told that it would explode.

Eventually, her eyes ended up on all the people who were dumbly just standing on the outskirts of the city… there were thousands of people… She even saw Master of Coins with his guards, Master of Whispers, and even the Imp, Tyrion Lannister there. And they all are confused!

The old woman could not control her curiosity and wanted to know what in Gods name was going on!?

So she left her carriage and walked over to the Imp. The Imp is the smartest of the whole bunch here.

"Imp! What is going on here? All I know is that Margaery's ladies-in-waiting told me to collect all the things and leave as quickly as possible."

"...Wish I knew, Lady Oliana. I was minding my business before I had the urge to leave, but now for some reason I can't return to the city."

The old woman slowly nodded, she understood that the Imp was in a Brothel before he was hit by this urge she was feeling as well.

"My Lady… look to your right." One of her guards said respectfully to the old woman.

The old lady looked to her right. She saw her granddaughter walking with someone who was dressed in full leather and a hood hiding his face.

Her body at that moment got cold. It was an attack by that Hunter boy. But Margaery most likely used her wits to make their escape!?

As the pair was walking she used her brain and instructed her guards.

"Do not engage that boy next to Margaery, that's the Hunter who controls the Wolves." At that moment the guards twitched for a second. From fear.

Oliana noticed that and she knew well enough that boy's…infamy is on a level of its own.

"...This is the one who killed Jaime?" Tyrion said with an unreadable expression.

"And the fat king, his Wolf friend, and many more. You better be careful Imp…he might kill you by the incident."

"Duly noted Lady Oliana."

A few moments later Margaery and the wolf boy walked over. The guard's hands were shaking while they tried to look as professional as they could.

"Grandmother I would like to introduce you to Lord Raynor, you might know him by his other title."

"...Yes, I know well, enough you were the one who was deposing all those nobles through the Kingdoms." When she said that he laughed for a second.

"Now I see where your granddaughter is getting her madness. I heard about you, Queen of Thorns."

"Me mad? Why do you think so?"

"You were utterly lucky that the wolf you patted was one on the docile side."

"Oh… It doesn't matter now, does it? It's either that or I am dead." The brown-haired girl's words gave more understanding of what is going on for the old woman.

"Margaery tells us what is going on?"

"Yes. Well…" She said while looking at Raynor for a bit.

"...I made a deal with Lord Raynor… It's well…" Then Margaery looked at the Imp not far. The Imp made sure to take some distance away. He doesn't want to get noticed by the Hunter who kills nobles for sport.

"What your granddaughter is saying is that she bought your life and your house life by joining me. She betrayed House Lannister."

Oliana raised her eyebrow for a second before looking at her granddaughter.

"...Sweetling , you are still engaged to Joffrey Baratheon."

"...He is Waters, not Baratheon… And well." She wanted to say something.

"...You can do the honours. Just break this stick." Raynor said while handing her over a simple stick with a few carvings on it.

"This is?" Margaery looked confused for a second. Sure it was interesting looking. She eventually followed what he said.

*CRACK*

"Not bad. No hesitation."

"Hmm? What do you mean?"

That moment of bright white light confused the entire group.

The girl's eyes widened to a huge degree as she looked behind her.

King's Landing has turned pure white before the sound itself was erased.

What followed next was an enormous explosion that created dust clouds reaching the very clouds.

The City, the castle, all of it was gone.

It took a while but the people eventually recovered their hearing and vision. These explosions were not normal as normal explosions would have enormous shockwaves which go for many miles. These were more like implosions that erase things.

"The city is gone… God, it's just gone…" Some of the guards collapsed on the ground. The rest just gulped down and passed out. Others just started to prey while looking at Raynor. They are asking for salvation…from him…

This was pure madness. What kind of magic does he wield?

"...And Joffrey Waters with his brood is gone. Oi! Imp! You are Lannister. Can you go to your old man and tell him to pack his things and go back to his Rock? Otherwise, I will turn Casterly Rock and Lannisport into a crater, like King's Landing."

"I can try My Lord. Can I leave to bring this message to him?"

"Yes, go. Finally some respect. The only thing I needed is to blow up a couple of castles and a city."

"...There are other ways to gain respect, My Lord." Margaery finally spoke. Her eyes were still on the crater where King's Landing was. The seawater started to fill up the hole.

"Of course there is. One of them is to grow up. It's like people automatically are more respectful."

She smiled for a second before turning around to face him.

"Yes. Or you could be part of a tourney. With your talents, you would win and gain wealth and the admiration of people. In Reach, we constantly have tourneys you could participate in one " The girl quickly proposed the most common way to become famous.

He smiled before lifting his hand and squeezing her nose. Which made her slightly shocked by his behaviour.

"I am no Knight, and my fighting style is tailored to kill as quickly as possible. Your Reach would be losing their knight faster than they can produce." He said with an amused tone as he lowered his hand. The brown-haired girl slightly stroked her nose, she did have a thoughtful look. She can see this being a bad move all the noble children dying would be a huge issue in the long run.

"Yes, on second thought can you forget I said anything?"

As Margaery said that her grandmother decided it was time to address the crater in front of them. By this point, many of the people proceeded to do something else. Either commit suicide or just walk away to find a better place to live or just start building another city here.

"My Lord, may we discuss what happened here?"

"I suppose…" He said with a shrug. He doesn't have much time left in this world. If he can guess he should be able to visit this timeline since his system is based on a game. And you can replay tutorials as much as you want.

"We should start moving towards Highgarden, My Lord you will like the castle. It's full of greenery and flowers." The girl said as she quickly regained her vigour.

"I will, after spending a day in the cesspool of Westeros, any castle will do."

The old lady snorted in agreement.

"The only reason I was here was to help Margaery. I would have never come to this place."

"I don't think anyone wants to come here unless they know they will be living in Red Keep."

As he said that she motioned to follow her into the carriage where the driver was instructed to take them to Highgarder. Once everyone was sitting nicely in a comfortable carriage the old lady went immediately to the point.

"Yes. Now on the matter of this abrupt alliance. "

"Nothing complex, Queen of Thorns. Your granddaughter promised anything if I am to spare her, you, and her group. I fulfilled my part of the deal, I was even allowed to do the honours of blowing up the cesspool of Westeros."

The brown-haired girl twitched a couple of times while hearing that. She is pretty sure it will haunt her for a very long time.

Oliana looked at her granddaughter, she understood the situation. While Margaery indeed saved them she made a deal with the devil.

A devil which can use an array of magic, something which intrigues and terrifies her.

"In that case, what do you want?" The old woman didn't beat around the bush. She can see that the boy doesn't care about scheming.

"I will take you Granddaughter, thank you very much." He said that while wrapping his hand around her and pulling her closer which made her slightly widen her eyes before she controlled herself and just smiled at him.

"...This…"

"Don't worry grandmother, I think this will work out fine."

"Yes, well, in what form do you want to take her? She is my family's golden rose." The old lady was pushing for more answers. Though she was having a hard time not sounding like her old self where she can say shit without the worry of repercussions.

"You mean the whole marriage thing?"

"Yes, my granddaughter is still a lady of the house Tyrell."

"And I killed the King. It tells you how much I care about the way of nobles. However, to ease your consciousness it depends on how good your granddaughter is. If my interest is piqued long enough…why not?"

This was all the Tyrells needed. Their brain already came up with solutions to these issues.

"It's good enough for me."

Not true, the old lady would prefer a proper wedding, but this was the best she could get from this…being.

"Yes. Your family is going to be busy either way. With only Westerlands and Dorne at full strength, the rest of the Kingdoms are in chaos. It's time for your family to go on offence.

Her eyes for a second widened before she started to think. While the old lady was plotting something Raynor focused on the brown-haired girl he was holding close.

He has not smelled someone using perfume for a long time. It's kind of nice and she was quite fragile.

'Now I sound like some sort of barbarian…' Internally he rolled his eyes at this situation.

"Since we have several days of travelling, why don't we talk about things~?" She said while getting comfortable in his hands. Margaery even started to inspect his clothes, eventually, her eyes ended up on his face. She was trying to see how he looked.

Feeling a cat-like gaze he once again rolled his eyes and removed his hood.

"Impressive~ You look better than Lord Renly~"

"I don't know how I should react to this. You compare me to a sword swallower." Raynor didn't know what to say about that. Since Renly is Robert's youngest brother and rumoured gay… Well, it's not a rumour since he knows the source material and used Greenseer's powers to see certain things which he doesn't want to talk about. He wants to forget some of the stuff he ends up seeing.

"No offence my Lord, I am only comparing looks not preferences." The girl quickly recovered and smoothened out.

"I am more curious how you know such things, is it magic?" The old lady stopped thinking about plans and instead is more curious to learn some juicy information.

"Greenseer, I am sure you heard about Bloodraven, or some of the Starks have this ability."

"Yes, I heard some tales, this begs the question are you some sort of lost Stark? You look spitting an image of Rickard Stark. I was only able to see him a few times."

"Heh…this was why Eddard Stark sent his household guards to get me which started the whole thing. But I am not a Stark. Though I could pass like one easily. My looks come from my Blood of First Men. Which is extremely potent inside of me."

"Thus the ability to control wolves and do all the things you do." She finished that herself. Now she started to think about how to utilise this for the best of her house. Something Raynor noticed, he does want to see how her conventional means will work against his supernatural. It will be amusing in the meantime he will entertain himself with Margaery. He wants to see how much he can corrupt her.
