1 Job offer and new reality
My day began like any other, I woke up, ate some breakfast, took a bath, and went to work at the local computer store in my city, my job is to fix computers is an easy job, and I love the fact that I do not have to talk to anyone, the customer service department deals with the customers, I just get the computers to fix, and that is a paradise for me that I am an introvert, I'm comfortable around people that I know, but I rarely surrounded of people I know.
The salary is not bad, and I don't have very high expenses, but I wish I could earn a little more so I could buy a car.
"Frank, we are closing the store early today, and we are closed tomorrow; the boss called and said that the carpet cleaning company is coming early, and you know how hard it is to get them to come," Jane, my supervisor, said, entering my workplace.
"Got it, boss, are we still getting paid for today and tomorrow?" I asked knowing full well the answer; our boss was a petty person, if he could get something for free, he would lie and cheat anyone.

After taking the bus home which was late today, I decided to take a relaxing bath to clean my mind of the shit and stuff I usually deal with, after that I selected the snacks for my game night that's a pretty important factor when gaming the wrong snacks can fuck up your game night, but first I had to check my email, two weeks ago I had applied for a beta key for a game that seemed promising, and I wanted to see if I had been approved.
So I turned on my computer and went straight to my email to check, and unfortunately, I was rejected.

As I followed them I noticed that they were not giving me a tour, they were taking me directly somewhere, maybe the tour was for later? I also noticed after the stress was gone that their names were car brands, was that intentional or just an inside joke in the company?
"I think I'll need a map," I said with a chuckle.
"No need," Ford said, stopping.
"You are not gonna remember much of this place anyways," Ram said, opening a door and gesturing me to enter.
Following what they wanted from me, I entered the room, a woman, a beautiful one was waiting sitting on a chair, with a white desk in front of her, the room had a VR SET, but nothing I had ever seen before.
"Welcome, is a pleasure to have you with us, my name is Honda, please have a seat there," Honda said, and again I started to see the pattern, they all had car-related names, if that was a requirement I was fucked.
"Sure," I said, going over the chair that was under the VR and sitting as she wanted.
Honda started to connect wires to every part of my body, and without me realizing it, she injected something into my arm, it felt cold like ice entering my veins.
"Enjoy this, as for us the mighty trucks have chosen you," Honda said with a smile, while I was in-between running and asking what in the hell she injected me.
"What did you inject into my arm--" I was about said that, but she silenced me putting the VR helmet on my head.

This game was realistic as fuck.

I was so busily appreciating how realistic the man looked, down to the lines on his forehead, that I forgot to answer, after a minute of watching him, I saw a title floating about his head, [Rasa no Suna LV???].

"Yes," I answered fast; he looked so realistic that making him angry didn't seem like a good option.

So, I've been in this place a month, trying to get out of the game, and I've come to the conclusion that it's real, either that or I'm crazy.
The academy has been something interesting so far, it's like being in school again, they still don't give us anything I don't know already, or that is hard to grasp, mostly because we haven't done anything that ninjas do, I have yet to throw a kunai or a shuriken, the classes are composed of teaching the children how to write to read, about the history of the village, etc. which has boosted my INT and WIS every day, not by a lot, but still works.
My teacher is impressed with the fact that I can read, write perfectly, which leads me to the next question when in the fucking hell did I learned Japanese, I don't remember the difference between English at Japanese at all, is a weird feeling.

The man started to look at me, so I knew that was my cue to do the same, concentrating on my right hand, I pushed it forward. A rush of energy flowed through me, from deep within his stomach, traveling down to my arm, and as the old man, a silent explosion took place, I felt a bit of my chakra deplete while doing so, but nothing too high.

The boy who had been suspended during the assault resumed his attack as if nothing had happened, I avoided his attack barely and repeating what I did in the tutorial I hit the boy in the jaw with a focused strike, if my anatomy knowledge was still useful as hit with enough strength should be able to knock someone out, and it did.
